My wife and I enjoy the food atmosphere and drinks here at least 3 times a month.

The champagne sangria, the appetizer sampler and our entrees were all amazing!! The server Stephanie was amazing!! Can’t wait to go back again soon!! Thank you havana central for an awesome night!!

Food was delicious. We were seated immediately. Great music. We’re vegetarians and the items we selected were amazingly delicious. Great time. Will be back soon.!

My family of 4 went to dinner hoping to take advantage of the BOGO deal. We had gone in years past. This time around, the BOGO was only redeemable for two entrees. I was, to say the least, very disappointed. With regard to the food, it was okay. To be fair, I was being a bit adventurous with respect to my choice, and it didn't turn out so well. My husband did the same and was disappointed in the mofongo. We are Puerto Rican, and It just wasn't presented or cooked in the way we traditionally expected.

Great menu & service! Enjoyed the dinner!

Restaurant has declined in cleanliness and service since our last visit. Silverware and plates, the table and chairs, and even the walls were dirty. Wait staff was lackadaisical and not welcoming or friendly. We loved coming for the live music and food but may not return.

Service was great and the live band was an added bonus. Luckily we made a reservation because there was a bit of a wait otherwise, which is expected on a Saturday night.

Our server was amazing! He took really good care of us! However, when the food came out it was lukewarm and seemed a little overcooked (the steak to be particular)

Food wasn’t bad but appetizers were a little cold and so was the side dish of rice and beans

We were there mid week and I think our server was waiting on the whole restaurant, it seems to take forever to get his attention. I had a free dinner the took my cell phone for the coupons and should of given up the bill, but no it took at least another 20 minutes to find him for the bill

Food & drinks could’ve been better. Felt it was to pricey for what we got. Service was ok, thanks to the busboy who seemed more like our waiter.

It is always a great meal and a fun time

With a reservation still waited over half an hour to be seated service was too slow the food was cold weighted a long time for the food to be served also for the desert to be served decided to take a home cuz they took too long it's not my first time at this place been there a few times but I was very disappointed the last time with their service

The ambiance was magical! And our waiter Charse was so nice he wasn’t rushing us and was very polite. The music was awesome 👍🏾

We were the first arrivals on Sunday for Brunch at 11. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly. The servers were attentive throughout while letting us enjoy our meal and we never felt rushed. It was a fun atmosphere and the food portions were generous. Will be planning to go back again for a meal!

I honestly enjoyed this night with my boyfriend. The band was a good leeway to enjoy drinks until later that night :]

Disappointed in the service we received. Our birthday celebration turned into a 3 hr long experience of waiting on the waiter to bring us things he missed from the order.

Great ambience

The food was delicious and the mbiance was wonderful. The lighting, decoration and music made it such a fun place to have lunch with my family and celebrate my mom's birthday!

All we wanted was to celebrate New Year with good food, great music and great spirits. From the original ad, we thought we would find it at Havana Central’s New Year’s Eve party.
It started from the beginning: we were welcomed with no smiles by three employees who took their time to find our table-which was reserved ahead of time. The server directed us to a small table by the passage to the kitchen. We were four people and we asked for a table closer to the band. We were lead to an additional table, which was characterized by having “great chairs”- again, far away from the band. Our husbands walked around the restaurant and saw a few tables available in the front area, nearest to the band. We asked if we could be seated there. The two hostesses who were trying to find us a place said that would have to be required ahead of time, and that will require a special order from the manager. We were told to get back to the entrance and wait for the manager. So far, not exactly the happiest way to start our celebration.
Finally, the manager acquiesced to our “special” request and we were finally seated at a booth closer to the entrance. We sat there for 45 minutes without water or any attention from any server. We looked around us- there were more tables available next to us that were never filled- which meant that all the fuss in the beginning about finding our table was totally unnecessary. We also noticed that next to us there were 8 people who were sitting at their table before we arrived. They weren’t being served - didn’t make us feel better, just that something was really wrong with this party. The place was understaffed and unprepared for a celebration. Service was VERY slow. Band stopped playing at 10:15 pm and then played 5 min before midnight. They sucked. No count back to 12:00 AM. No MC announced the New Year or mention of celebration. No dancing space. Check had mistakes -overcharged- corrected after complaint. Not a Happy New Year at all. Never again!

We went for happy hour. You cant beat $1 empanadas!! Drinks are great. Food was great but service was lacking. But will definitely go back

New Years- the band was amazing and we got good food for good value.

Everything was great food came out fast our waitress Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and had a good sense of humor. For singing Happy birthday they brought out the photo cut out which was a great prop. Great experience!

The food was awful, it didn't reflect what we were paying off. Also, the customer service was good but the waiter got upset after we tip him $20 dollars, I really don't how much money he wanted me to give him, that's like I am paying for another plate . Sorry but I can't recommend this place to my family to go and waste their money.

Birthday celebration but no one sang Happy Birthday. Pork chop was too thick and tough to cut

Loved the live band playing salsa and other beautiful music. The server was amazing and super friendly and as always the food was spectacular

I enjoyed it but I ordered a dish which came with 3 kinds of pork on a tower. Don't know why but the meat arrived cold so I believe it was sitting to long waiting to be picked up. I didn't eat the 2nd tower plate cause it was really cold. Other than that I enjoyed it.

The hostess that sat us down wasn’t friendly but our waitress, Luz, made up for it!! She was incredible!! Super friendly, was able to answer questions about the menu and tell us about their specials, and even made some recommendations that were amazing!!! The music was incredible and we had a great time dancing!! I would recommend this place!!!

We went early so noise level could change according to ambiance. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Our server Stephanie was a DOLL! She was speedy and knowledgeable on all the items we asked her about and she was not wrong. Our food was great! My daughter tried something new, (a holiday miracle), the garlic chicken and she LOVED it. I ordered the churassco, unfortunately is was too chewy. I've had it many times before and it was perfect, tender and tasty, this time it faltered. My hubs ordered the Triple meat dish,(forgot the name) he liked it but we had to return the pernil portion for a replacement batch because they gave him all fat and hardly any meat pieces. The ropa vieja portion was DELISH and the fried chicken peices were average, tasty but dry. Our drinks were yummy and even better because it was HAPPY HOUR at the table. We had mojitos which were on point and my kid had a virgin piña colada which she enjoyed. The end was the BEST!! They had a birthday surprise for my hubby which was totally unexpected and truly lots of fun!! Thanks Havana Central for the great experience, although a few glitches, nothing a great restaurant can't handle. You've def. upped your game. Can't wait to go back.!

Everything was great. I made reservations for the sunday brunch because it was my sister in law birthday, when we arrived we were promised that the bday girl had a surprise waiting at the end. I specifically made the reservations for you guys to sing and when we got there were promised that too and none of this happened. Next time stick to your promise because it wasn't even that busy that day. It was a raining day.

I am a vegetarian and the menu accommodated me well. I was able to have various options which is not something i normally am able to get when I eat out. The waitress was great and very attentive. She was knowledgeable and suggested items that we delicious. The only con I have was the noise level. The music was great however it was just a little to loud for my liking with all the was going on.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I originally had a group of 7 but more people came and they were able to give us a bigger space with no problems. Service and food were great
