I frequent this establishment often times in a year because of its proximity to my family house, great music and positive vibes but my most recent reservation on 7/5/2020 was not a positive experience. Understanding we are experiencing a pandemic and restaurants are still trying to get back in the swing of things, I called to advise of my party coming in. I made a reservation for 6 and my sister did also. Requested if it’s possible we could be seated near each other because we knew the state restriction on having no more than 8 to a table and we completely understood. Upon arrival we were seated on the hottest section of the “outdoor” patio. After almost an hour of sweating I asked the waitress if she could move a portable fan over. The fan was literally on the other side of the room where no one was seated. I went to the bathroom and noticed there was a cooler section of the “outdoor” patio that could accommodate my party and requested to be seated there. After we were seated there we added 2 chairs to make the table of 6 a table of 8 which was fine because we weren’t exceeding state restrictions. The manager Rachel then came over and asked we move the chairs back and take the chairs from a different table. This was extremely rude on her part and if she had an issue with where the chairs were moved from she could’ve asked a member of her staff to add more chairs to the table. She did not do that. The worst part was after we asked her why she spoke to us that way, she became defensive and not in the least bit apologetic nor accommodating. We paid for our drinks and left. There was only 2 other tables being used (both were parties of 2) so the issue wasn’t a space issue. She was being difficult and didn’t exhibit the customer service we expect from this restaurant and it’s staff. Unfortunately this experience has soured our view on this establishment and We will not be returning.

Well, due to the coronavirus i guess it is not worth to even leave the house. When you go they check your temperature, yet still gotta wear a mask to walk to the table [what if you're asymptomatic], then you wait there to be served. The food and drinks are too expensive and the menu changed for the worst as well. Not recommended
Alexander we are sorry you did not have a good experience. Per the NJ Dept of Health we are required to take temperatures at the door (on the forehead) & enforce that patrons wear masks when not at the table. Our staff wear masks the entire time to add to the safety for all. We did cut down our menu a bit due to the current situation but look forward to adding more items once things go back more normal than they are right now. We do hope you might give us another try then. Thank you.

Due to Covid guidelines they are only offering outdoor dining under a covered are the air and circulation was very poor making it extremely hot and hard to enjoy the meal. The menu seems to be limited at the moment but the food was tasty.

The NJ Dept of Health has permitted us to only use our covered porch for now but under their strict guidelines we must keep the A/C off in that room and the windows open. I understand it can get hot. The wait was longer then expected with a reservaron established, which I understood due to the precautions that need to take place. However, our server was not so pleasant. When questions were asked, she had no interest in working with us. Her attitude was not professional and she was not attentive. Twice we had to ask the manager to assist us. The food was ok. Would I recommend? No.

Customer service was excellent!! Food was great. They even took temperatures. Left Bahama Breeze because the service was horrible. Went to Havana instead. Very satisfied

Made reservations for today, 6/21/20, for Father’s Day for my daughter and I to take my hubby out! Given the COVID situation we were happy to get a reservation to their so called outside dining! Girls greeted us at the desk when we walked in, no problem!
Waited about 5 minutes while they claimed they had to wipe down tables! Got seated, and tables were super sticky still!
Ok, no problem! We’ll go with it for now! No server greeted us!!!!!! Girl who was the server passed us by to go to another table!!!! She never even said “hi, I’ll be right with you all”!!
About 10 minutes later she plops down two plastic cups of water!!! There are THREE in our party!!!!
Then we get handed paper menus and again it’s only TWO, and not THREE!!!! I asked for a wine list, server had no clue what wines they had on hand! An older gentleman came over to advise what wines they had!
I eventually get the third water and menu!
I ask for a margarita but, they don’t ask my hubby or child why they are having! Guy comes over and he’s NOT our original server and I ask for my daughter’s drink, he corrects me on the type of soft drink she wants in an obnoxious way! My hubby inquires about the mojito(which he has had many times at other places), and he is met was sarcasm from this guy!!!!
We are still waiting for our original girl server to come and take at least the appetizer order! Mind you, it is now about 1/2 hour we’ve been sitting there!
I get up to talk to a manager or hostess or just SOMEONE!!! I find a hostess and I’m expressing my dissatisfaction! A lady manager comes and interrupts and is ABRASIVE AS HECK!!!! I told her my experience so far and that we have been waiting to just simply order some appetizers and she gets very abrasive and does not act like I’m a customer and is very rude and curt and says well you can order with me! Keep in mind I’m not at my table! I’m inside by the bar as this is not the normal set up for them considering the COVID situation

Decided to have dinner here with a friend. Menus are now limited due to COVID. Service was slow and food wasn't so great.

I expected the food to be much more tasteful. My rice was very mushy as if it was warmed up from the night before, and the shrimp were rubbery. The empanadas were mediocre and could have DEFINITELY been much more authentic to the nationality! It took EVERYTHING in me NOT to request a REFUND.
The food sucked and although my fiancé ordered it DF the gluten free menu, his food came out with gluten filled garnishes. They didn’t even take it seriously when we said it was an allergy. Also. We waited an hour for crappy food. The drinks are decent and that is the nicest thing I can say.
Had Sunday brunch. Waitress was great, food was amazing as always, live music was excellent.

I had a reservation for my birthday and they just canceled it. My friends and I had to wait more than 1 hour and 40 minutes. We just got a table because I asked and pointed that there were a free table. Really bad service. The host and also the management were very frustrating.

The hostess had on pants that would not stay on and walked around with her pants both unzipped and unbuttoned obviously so. We were placed at a table that rocked the entire time and the manager himself did not fix it adequately. The waitress was super slow and would disappear when we needed something. the food was filled with grease and under seasoned. My husband handed her the check and credit card to pay. When she returned, she came around the table and handed it to me. Everyone was given a Havana carry out bag for leftovers and we got a cheap grocery store take out plastic bag. We will not waste our time there again.

The garlic shrimp with yellow rice & black beans was excellent. I would definitely order that again. We also ordered the empanada appetizer and chocolate cake & tres leche cake for dessert. Both were very good.

Friends gathering for Brunch. Brunch menu had a variety of items from breakfast to lunch with a Cuban flare. Drinks was good. Live band added an extra element to brunch .

Food was good, but garlic chicken was dry and tostones was undercooked. The garlic chicken was a lot better eaten with the red beans and yellow rice. The chocolate cake was excellent. Our server provided excellent service.

Plastic old dirty looking water cups , they gave me plastic spoons with my dessert. Server put check on table without even knowing if we were done not knowing if we wanted antlything additional or anything, My family and i drove 2 hrs from east stoudsburg PA and it was a horrible experience. I was embarrassed i out my family throw this experience. I thought the restaurant was a nice casual place but servuce and food wasnt the best.

The live music is a lot of fun to listen to but can be a little loud. Thankfully, they take breaks. The food is AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back to try more dishes.
