Teri, our waitress, was excellent! I had the plantain chips with chimichurri, shrimp sofrito empanada, and the Salmon y camarones. I also had the margarita and pineapple mojito. All of the food and drinks were amazing!

Went with my friend on a Friday, I remember last time I visited I didn’t like their food. I ordered ropa vieja and in fact the carne y arroz were viejos, the meat was dry and the rice hard, sweet plantains were probably Goya frozen ones. My drink and coffee were good. I don’t think I’ll come back. Food was overpriced as well. Sad that this beautiful location does not have good food. Their location in Time Square is a different story!

Restaurant, is very run down, food is turned around as if it came from a microwave, very disappointing, drinks were barley with alcohol.

Great place and great food. I was upset that the menu was cut in half and their famous tres leches cake wasnt available which has always been the highlight of our visit. I ordered La vaca frita and it was a little too salty for my taste but eveything else was great

Great compare to the previous time. The place is good, the service by Alex was stupendous, still the value is a bit high, but overall 4 out of 5. Rachel the manager was very attentive too, so it's always good and refreshing to see managers interact here and then.

My husband and I reserved for outside dining ahead of time using Opentable and didn’t encounter any difficulties while placing our reservation....When we arrived, we were seated right away and saw that the venue placed outside dinning wall dividers between each row of tables in accordance with social distancing....My husband and I felt like it was date night because of the divider setup......We placed our drink order and at some point our order for our meals and we did not have to wait to long......I Love the churros which I had for dessert...My husband had the flan ....The only thing which we’ve noticed at some restaurants is that they have a limited menu to select from which is a bummer...Otherwise, we truly love our experience and food at this location (Menlo)

Yes exactly, we lucked out! The NJ Dept of Health approved our porch as "outdoors" so long as we keep the windows open and A/C off in that room. But it sure comes in handy when it rains :)

The food and drinks was awesome as always. It was rather hot and windows were not open wide enough to be considered outdoor dining. The ice was melting from our drinks so fast because of how hot it was. That was the only uncomfortable part of the evening. Other than that I’d still come back to eat.
So glad you enjoyed your time with us! We are sorry to hear it was so hot on the porch. Good news is we are now open for 25% indoor dining so perhaps an air-conditioned meal is in order next time around!
We held a surprise party for my friend and it was the perfect location! Havana really helped to pull off the surprise by placing us in the back of the patio which made it harder from the guest of honor to see everyone awaiting her at the table. Our server Alex was patient and great with accomodating all our requests. They allowed us to bring our own cake which they brought out and sang Happy Birthday to her with. In addition to the excellent and friendly service, the food was AMAZING!!!!! As were the drinks!!! Everyone was a first time diner and we all agreed we would be returning again soon! Thanks again!

Was excited to come back to Havana Central...went on a nice afternoon, but regretted it. They removed their lunch menu, and the area where you dm could sit was beyond hot, I would have gotten more air sitting outside. It was dreadful. Also the in dining and to go drinks were NOT of value. Watered down. 53$ lunch for 1 person.

The food and server were excellent as usual. What I did not enjoy was they sat 3 people right on top of us. Definitely less than 6 feet apart. They also had oscillating fans blowing in our general direction which defeats the purpose of social distancing. I’m at risk and have dined in several other restaurants with outdoor dining that were well managed and the layout was well thought out. This is not one of those places. While the manager was receptive to my complaint, and very polite, I can tell you I will not be going back while Covid is active or before there is a vaccine. If you are at risk like me I would advise you to do the same.

I normally eat at the location in the city. This was my first time in NJ so I was a little disappointed with Some of the appetizers not being on the menu and it was a lot that was missing. The food was overall ok. My waiter was nice. So overall not too bad.

Service was excellent with Amanda but the food was not very good the pork was cold and the shredded beef too the cilantro rice was cooked thoroughly and it was very warm I honestly think you need more fans and also our lunch came out in an half hour and it was not busy at all I checked and there only three tables

Their food is always delicious! They could do a little better with the attempt at social distancing. The dividers that they are using are really inadequate to protect you from other diners. The are simple folding dividers that you would use at home. They provide no protection. I was also a little upset that they had no chorizo! I know they modified the menu, but no chorizo!!!

Our server TATIANA took 20 minutes to come to the table before we sat down she also forgot appetizers and a drink and till later she also did not come back to the table for a long time but other tables were getting service quicker than us that she was serving .. Personally thought they overprice bill was almost $300 for 5 people I will not be going back there
