Lots of fun in an authentic atmosphere. I’ve been missing the old Cuban dinner shows of the 70’s and this was a nice reminder.

I felt deceived by the server when he showed the charges on the toast device and did not show the birthday dessert that he included. I tipped him extra before discovering the deceiving charge. I knew the bill was too high and had it adjusted, but I’m not sure the correct charge went through. This deception ruined the whole experience, and we’re never coming back.

We had a party of 10 and all were pleased with the drinks, apps, dinners and desserts. The service was great and the Mojito's were fantastic. Great place in Miami Beach for what I feel is authentic Cuban food.

The food was outstanding. The service second to none. And the Cuban Show, which was free was the best we've ever seen. Two FULL hours of excellent entertainment. Will definitely go again when we're here next year.

We went there specifically for the weekend show they put it on and it was a blast. Our waitress brought instead of our bill, a way to pay the bill table side. However, I couldn’t see our receipt and after I paid, I asked her to print me one and when I looked at it, we had two additional meals added to our bill, over a $50 difference. Then, another persons tab was charged to my card as well. Everything was resolved but the hassle was beyond what I’ve ever experienced before. Our waitress was very kind but we always had to try and grab her attention, she rarely checked on us. We were there for 4 hours because of the show. The mojito drinks were very good and all our food was delicious.

My wife and I have been here four times prior to this, and amazingly it seems to get better every time. Location and ambiance are amazing, but they’re only outdone by the outstanding food. The service is great and fast. After we ate outside, we went inside at 9:00 PM for one of their amazing shows with live Cuban music and dance. Overall it is a great experience. Any other restaurants in the area rely completely on their location, but not this place. They go above and beyond with their food and entertainment.

The overall experience at the restaurant was below average. The food was delicious however and the ambiance was truly delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the show, which added an extra layer of entertainment to our evening. However, our seating arrangement was a bit disappointing. Although we were given a table by the show, it was not positioned well for a clear view of the show. As someone who likes to capture special moments, I wanted to take photos and videos of the performance. Unfortunately, due to the limited visibility from our table, I had to stand up to get better shots. Regrettably, one of the hosts approached me with a rude tone, insisting that I immediately return to my table. The encounter was abrupt and lacking any ounce of friendliness or understanding. It left me feeling poorly treated and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my father had a similar experience with the same guy. We were also disappointed that the waitress didn't acknowledge my parents anniversary, despite my insistence that it was a special occasion both with the server and Opentable. Especially considering they have celebrated it for 30 years in a row. It was a shame and left us feeling questioning and wondering. As a result, we ended up buying cookies and candles from CVS to celebrate it in our hotel room.

Service charge of 20% was included in the bill, but the waiter told me no service charge was included and I was so fool to add another 7% in the paying machine. It was unfair.

It was good, the only thing is that the table next to us was empty the whole time and they did not offer us to move to have a better view of the show as we were is a really hidden position. Overall good.

It was our first time in Miami and wanted to try a authentic, highly-rated Cuban Restaurant. We opted for an early dinner due to other plans we had and got there around 5:30. I believe our server was also tending the bar. I ordered Pechuga De Pollo A La Plancha and it was the most dry, flavorless chicken both me and my SO ever had. The waitress/bartender did not check on us once the entire meal. She only worried about bar patrons. I flagged down a bus boy to bring me hot sauce (something to give the chicken flavor) and she finally came over. She brought me spicy Mayo which made it no better. The beans/rice served alongside it were 10/10. My husband got the Cuban sampler and liked it a lot. Then despite the awful service we’re forced to pay the 20% gratuity that was automatically added. We won’t be returning and advise others not to.

Unfortunately the server didn’t look our direction until 35 minutes after getting seated. The food was really, really bad and the service didn’t help. The music and show was amazing though.

Food was very good; we had several different cuisines and enjoyed each. Drinks were less impressive than I expected, Mojitos (regular and passion fruit) were good but on Miami Beach I was looking for excellent. Expensive. Waitress was missing most of the meal and we had to get others to flag her down.

We didn’t go on a show night so the atmosphere was not as lively. The food was just okay. We had the fried snapper and signature roasted chicken. The snapper was fried into fish nuggets that weren’t seasoned to my liking and was a bit overpriced. The chicken was dry but seasoned well. Overall the experience did not wow me.

We stopped here for lunch after departing from our cruise ship. We wanted some good Cuban food and a little exposure to Miami Beach with the little time (3 hours) we had before heading to the airport to fly home. After storing our luggage in a nearby storage facility, we had a short walk to Havana 1957 South Beach which was a great spot for the six of us to enjoy tasty Cuban food and excellent Mojitos. It was fun to watch all the people and cars passing by and also convenient to cross the street for a quick walk on the beach.

The skinny mojito was really good! We tried the sampler and the chicken special. The food was very good!
