    While the place was nice and inviting, with pleasant ambience the food wasn’t that good. Firstly, the eggs Benedict were overcooked; they were served pretty much hard boiled, no sign of running yolk. The carrot cake was dry and tasted quite stale as if it was few days old. None of the dishes presented good value with non-runny eggs Benedict at over £12 and rather unpleasant carrot cake at £10. Another member of our party had a cheesecake that she didn’t enjoy and actually left unfinished; it was too sweet and resembled some cheap supermarket own brand. The service was quite slow, some customers had to get up to go and chase the waiters to finally take their orders. There were 2 people serving and the place was around 3/4 full. Good thing was that the tea was served in teapots, with copious amount of water. Which helped with dry cake and long wait for the service. Would like to see some tangible improvement in near future to be tempted to come back or recommend to others.

    There was a black 8-10” long hair in my son’s ice cream. I handed it back and it was replaced but still off putting and even a small discount for this would have been an acknowledgment instead of the poor hygiene just being ignored.

    Great service, with delicious treats to enjoy. I was extremely happy to see a new menu which included lots of savoury items so now I can go in and not only enjoy a dessert but a full meal.

    Daughter's birthday treat, they enjoyed their food. Very quick service, we're in and out within 40mins. Appeared rushed. Did say the cutlery was a bit dirty and waiter spilled juice on them also. Portions small for what is priced but they enjoyed the flavours of mocktails.
