Enjoyed a beautiful meal with my husband, sons and their partners for my birthday. We wanted the Teppanyaki but it was booked so we had à la carte which was amazing, they even gave me a slice of cake with a sparkler for my birthday and all sang to me which was very special. We did get to enjoy watching the fun of the Teppanyaki Chef and his group as we were beside their table and it was animated and really enjoyable for us to see. I definitely recommend you treat yourself and dine in this restaurant Thank you

The Teppanyaki was fun. The food fresh and very well prepared. The chef was entertaining. The floor staff were run off their feet and probably would have benefited with two more table servers. Wait time for the kids desserts was a bit too long. Otherwise we enjoyed the whole evening.

We’ve had the pleasure of booking Chef Ryu for all our special occasions, and he never disappoints! The food is always absolutely incredible, fresh, flavourful, and expertly prepared right before our eyes. But it’s the experience that truly sets him apart. Ryu has a way of turning dinner into a show, making it exciting, interactive, and full of laughter for the whole family. He’s especially wonderful with the kids, keeping them entertained while also making them feel part of the fun. Every time we book him, it’s a night to remember. Highly recommend for anyone looking to turn a meal into a celebration!

So we used to love this place but shrinkflation has definitely hit. $34 for teriyaki chicken that comes out as one chicken thigh cut into pieces. Such a small portion that doesn’t even come with rice or salad. Pretty underwhelmed at the food this visit and overwhelmed at the cost. The Japanese restaurants at both Royal Pines and QT are at a level so much higher than this one.

Food was very good but were disappointed as we were looking forward to sitting around a teppanyaki plate / show. It was just a normal table and didn’t realise as we thought it was a teppanyaki place. Please be aware there are normal tables and teppanyaki tables. Food portions were quite small for the cost.
