    The food was overcooked, they ran out of baked potatoes and I opted for the sweet potato that seemed mushy, over cooked and served in its tin foil on the platter. On the upswing our server was warm, kind and helpful regarding the service and the menu.

    We went there to celebrate two birthdays and it was written in the reservation. There was no mention of the birthdays or any celebration. Food was good but there was a loud party of 40 that ruined the noise level for everyone. The room is about 1/3 of the size that it was when I went there last.

    Absolutely loved our date night out to Hathaway’s during CFD and BBQ on the patio. We will definitely make it a CFD yearly tradition. Thank You, Susan and Jared Burke

    Live music was a lovely added touch! Renee was amazing, attentive and friendly! Ask for the Renee cocktail. Food was a great and worth every penny. They could charge a lot more being a restaurant in a hotel, but they didn’t!

    Overall a great experience, three of us ordered the Eggs Benedict which was very tasty overall…however, the holiday sauce was cold, and virtually thin as a glaze but our server Yogi was very attentive and brought us some extra hollandaise sauce and worked very hard to correct everything that we needed. We will definitely be back again, as a matter fact, we’re going back for dinner tonight for the bacon wrapped dates and the Lamb. We do Hope it’s fantastic and will write another review to reflect our experience!

    This was best brunch we’ve ever been to. The extra price to be in Hathaway Room was totally worth it! All the servers and hostesses were so friendly and courteous. Food was fantastic, especially prime rib! We’ve eaten in banquet rooms, and prime rib was cut into pieces so thin with no au jus. It was still lovely, but nothing like being in the actual restaurant.

    Made a reservation for 2pm but we weren't seated until 2:45pm due to tables not being turned over quickly enough. Hostess was nice and kept us informed. Once seated, everything was great

    Everything was good except the service. We were there for Easter and our server was non existent. I had to search her out to get silverware and she just sent me to get my own. She had to be begged to get coffee and mimosa refills and was angry when we asked for more cream. She even proceeded to throw a dirty knife in my lap because she was careless in picking up our dishes. The food was very good and the omelet station and meat station had exceptional servers. We were thinking about going to your Mother’s Day brunch but the server really ruined the experience and I doubt we will go back.

    First of all, our server - as were all the others that I could see - was terrific. After having said that, this was a terribly overpriced Valentines Day disaster! Orders were mixed up, food was mediocre - a $60 meal became $200 in the blink of an eye. $75 per person - and that mess - never again. Who is running this place? Seriously?

    Christmas buffet was good. Could have used some extra servers. They needed help. Fire was going! It was very expensive. Good prime rib and a kids table of choices. I liked that. I wish there had been stuffing with Turkey. Thank you for the fun Day. We love Little America

    We cannot state enough our disappointment at this experience. It was our anniversary, so I thought we would do something different. We made reservations weeks prior because we had never been there before. We showed up early for our reservation, but we were totally ignored by the Hostess. She assisted two ladies they were placing to go orders but did not even acknowledge that we were standing right in front of her. At first, we did not mind because like I said earlier, we were early. After we had been standing there for 20 minutes, a manager even came over and asked if we were being helped? We stated that we were waiting for her to finish helping the two ladies with their to-go orders. The Hostess however after she assisted the two ladies with them to go orders she simply disappeared. A reservation time came and went but still no Hostess. Eventually my husband went and asked for the manager, which had come to check on us earlier, but instead of the manager the hotel clerk went back into the restaurant and came out with the server who then seated us. At this point let me say that the server was FANTASTIC! She was very attentive to our needs. The meal, as far as taste goes was decent. What we got for the price we paid was not fair at all! Totally overpriced for what we got. We will not be returning, nor will we be recommending! J & B Lawrence, Cheyenne, WY

    Our server, Tambra was very attentive and a delight to have as our server. The food was good, however there was no warm vegetable dishes. Crab legs were served but no melted butter to go with it. Overall, the food was delicious, and we enjoy having Thanksgiving Dinner here.

    Love Hathaway’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their buffets during the week, Sundays and holidays are outstanding. We love to go anytime and always go for holidays with family.

    Our server was wonderful. Salmon was drowning in the teriyaki and over cooked. Little disappointed that it wasn’t taken off the bill.

    Great food and Brooke was awesome. I had the grilled chicken breast. Great flavor and the sauce was perfect. The mashed potatoes were not boring at all.

    Hathaway's was closed for refurbishment so diners were directed to the opulent Wyoming Banquet Suite for dinner. We had made a reservation sometime back (we were staying over at the hotel) but were never advised of this change. There were a handful of people dining in this massive space and we felt like wedding guests that had arrived too early! The waitress was pleasant and we joked about this strange arrangement. The waitress said it was strange and the sooner Hathaway's was back up running the better. We enjoyed our meal in resplendent silence, the handful of diners spread to the four corners of this lavish palatial room. The food was much better than we were anticipating and we enjoyed the meal very much. The wine was fair too and the end bill was surprising reasonable.

    I signed up for a reservation and when I arrived at 1/2 hour before closing they told me they had already closed the kitchen. I made a simple request for grilled chicken and it was badly burned.

    Way, way too expensive for the quality of food served! Nothing special, and definitely NOT worth $45 per person just because it was Fathers Day! We used to drive to Cheyenne for brunch here and the quality and variety of food was wonderful! Not any longer! Won’t rush to return! Definitely are other places better!

    Staff could certainly use more help, as two servers handled the entire dining room. This made service a bit slower than optimal, but staff were pleasant. Food was quite good and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. We weren't in a hurry, so it all worked out nicely.

    Most of the food was cold even though it was on warmers. Our table never got cleaned off. We waited ~8 min to get water, Champagne. The waitress only came by twice once to give us water and the check. The price was $65 a person!!!! So not worth it. I had to wait at the server door to get a Second champagne for my Mimosa. We were there for maybe 1.5hrs

    Food was good! Service was so poor I won't return. It took 2 1/4 hours for breakfast, with a reservation. Food didn't arrive until 67 minutes after we were seated. Contrary to online information, Hathaway's is closed on Saturday mornings. I also spoke on the phone to an employee with questions about Mother's Day brunch, and they didn't mention the closure. They did honor the reservation, and sat my party, but had insufficient staff for the breakfast customers.
