We were met at the door by a member of staff, he showed us to our table and he was very friendly, the restaurant was COVID friendly with screens at every table, the members of staff had masks on, the food was delicious and plenty of it all at very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend.

The only critique I would have is that this time we sat on the bench tables by the window - it was a bit chilly, and the benches were too far from the tables to be comfortable

Didnt have much expectations, but one of the most flavoursome and juiciest mixed grill weve had.
Drinks were a bit too sweet (we ordered some mocktails) but other than that the experience was wonderful

Our 2nd visit - As a family of 2 adults & 2 Children. The service was good. The meat was all over cooked especially the lamb chops & kids burgers. The rice also was over. My second Coke was poured out a 2 litre bottle and brought to table - I pulled them and it was replaced by individual 300 ml bottle! Tricks of the trade

My daughter’s birthday party had to be cut from 5 friends down to just me and her. The staff provided excellent service, the food was fantastic and my daughter enjoyed every minute - a great experience👍🏻

My husbands main course was cold , service was slow two other tables that ordered after us Were served there food before us. Cold food was rectified and dealt with very promptly. Would go again

I had stuffed vine leaves starters served cold, nice although I prefer them heated. Enjoyed the moussaka main meal with salad. First time at a Turkish restaurant and I think I prefer the Greek version of these dishes.
Lovely meal for me. But my friend was disappointed with the vegetarian kebab. We were offered a free dessert for her as she didn’t eat her main which was good.

Great experience. Been looking forward to going to Hasturk since i heard about it opening! First time out for a meal since lock down in March and i was extremely nervous to go out on a Saturday night knowing it might be busier. However, i felt very safe and looked after in the restaurant.
Our waiter knew the menu well and was able to explain different allergies we had on the table.

I've never felt like someone wanted us to leave so quickly. The food was lovely however we were asked numerous times how our food was. I hadn't finished my main course and I was asked twice if my plate could be taken. We were sat on a table that shouldn't have been there as so many people had to keep walking past us to get anywhere else in the restaurant. It was packed and didn't seem very Covid safe. We asked for the desert menu but within 30 seconds we were asked twice by 2 different waitors if we wanted anything. By this time we were fed up and asked for the bill. Its a sham because the food was lovely but the experience was poor.
