   Nice meal but dessert let it down a bit, Eton mess was mostly cream

   Great night, food was amazing, live music drifting into dining room was superb, was great we didnt have to leave our table when we had finished our meal, but could sit and enjoy cocktails, our waitress was first class, quite young possibly called Emma, think she said she was scottish.

   Starter and main served very quickly. However no dessert menu offered and it took about 30 minutes to catch a waitress' attention to order tea/coffee. Enjoyed the live music.

   The food was great and i felt was good value. The service was terrible. Drinks take ages to arrive, we were left for 25 mins (and actively ignored) after main course so couldn't order drinks. One of the waiters basically barked your order at you as he delivered your food. Its a shame because we love going to the Haslem; its a nice place and the foods great but this was not great. Also, i'm sure were supposed to get a complimentary Prosecco and sporadically a waitress was depositing them on some tables but we never got any and my wife was too embarassed to let me ask! As i say, normally a great place for a meal but this occasion wasn't good.

   An absolutely delicious meal. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Food was incredible and we would highly recommend to others. The valentine menu was great value and the complimentary aperitif and rose was just lovely. Thank you.

   Night started off well. Orders taken quickly and food and drink arrived in good time, however seems to be once you receive your dessert service just disappears making you feel like you have to leave. I understand if it is busy you need to turn tables but surely when it is quiet it would be good for business if people stayed on to spend more money. This is no fault of the staff this clearly seems to be a management decision / instruction. It is really poor customer service and one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. After receiving dessert and finishing it waited around 10 minutes for someone to come near us to see if we wanted another drink or if everything was OK I had to go to bar myself.

   Beautiful food. Very pleasant and helpful service. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the meal. Will certainly be back.

   Waiting staff lovely, ambience & decor really nice but the food was just ok. I’ll give it another try as online the food looked great but I was underwhelmed last night. Chicken special was nothing special but I think some of the other dishes went down ok. I’ll give it another shot as it is a nice spot in Lisburn.

    First visit since the early bird menu changed. The food and choice were fantastic. Excellent value and the staff were superb definitely be back soon
