Very good owner made sure we were happy even though AC wasn’t working overall staff very nice

The AC was broking that day and the dessert was really hot , we went out not satisfied enough. Food was yummy.

I love this place it’s very beautiful but customer service it’s zero , Everywhere I go they have hookahs, they always smoke the hookah when it's ready to use and give it to the customer, but this was the first place where they delivered it without any hassle and Without bringing a disposable plastic hookah mouthpiece. I am as a store manager I can tell so many things they can do for get more and happy customers.

The place has nice decor, the food is good but not authentic. They were trying to keep the ambiance lively, but the DJ’s song choice was strange, and the conversations were so loud you can barely hear the music. There was a long waiting queue inside the restaurant and it was so congested. The service was horrible though the waiters and waitresses were nice but it took them 1.5 hours to get my main platter and 30 minutes to get the bill. Shisha is good and lots of options and was well taken care of by the staff. Overall, good place to dine but the Saturday event is totally not worth it.

Food was delicious, honestly, 10/10, 2 thumbs up. Service was terrible. Had to constantly chase people down, had to chase someone down for a hookah, had to chase someone down to order food, and then the server screwed up the bills. Service is awful, food is delicious, atmosphere is fun. If this place could just get it together I would go there every weekend, I will probably just order take out once in a while.

It was a wonderful experience and beautiful ambience and enjoyed our tasty food. Had booked early dinner so was able to enjoy our food with friends. Service was great

Although I made the reservation 3 days ago, they said they could not seat us and they would not accept us if we did not order more than $35 per person. We liked the world because we came from downtown Toronto but we did not like to be treated so rudely. It was a place we recommended to our friend, we took her as a guest and we were chatting and we were going to order after dinner but they took us out 1 hour later because someone else pointed it out. It was not worth the change and we were embarrassed in front of our friend. We used to come very often but after this behavior, we will not come again

This was our third time dining at Hashtag. We brought our family to dine as they were visiting from Florida. They loved it as much as we do, to the point that my husband’s daughter said she wants to move here JUST so she can go to Hashtag anytime she wants! Thank you for amazing food and lively ambience! Service can be challenging sometime to locate our server but all in all, we will be back!
