   Food was delicious, honestly, 10/10, 2 thumbs up. Service was terrible. Had to constantly chase people down, had to chase someone down for a hookah, had to chase someone down to order food, and then the server screwed up the bills. Service is awful, food is delicious, atmosphere is fun. If this place could just get it together I would go there every weekend, I will probably just order take out once in a while.

   It was a wonderful experience and beautiful ambience and enjoyed our tasty food. Had booked early dinner so was able to enjoy our food with friends. Service was great

   Although I made the reservation 3 days ago, they said they could not seat us and they would not accept us if we did not order more than $35 per person. We liked the world because we came from downtown Toronto but we did not like to be treated so rudely. It was a place we recommended to our friend, we took her as a guest and we were chatting and we were going to order after dinner but they took us out 1 hour later because someone else pointed it out. It was not worth the change and we were embarrassed in front of our friend. We used to come very often but after this behavior, we will not come again

   The food was great and we loved the vibe — the DJ and music were on point! But the service could be better. We had to wait 20 mins before anyone brought water, even after ordering apps. We’d also requested a birthday surprise at 12 AM (mentioned on OpenTable, called ahead, and reminded staff multiple times) but it only came out around 12:50. Understand it was busy, but would’ve been nice if the notes were acknowledged. Overall, still enjoyed the night!

   The Restaurant was closed. We waited at the locked doors but the restaurant was dark. I phoned their number and left two voice messages with no response. We went across the street to another restaurant for lunch.

   Service is absolutely horrifying and terrible ! The food is good though . But still the scale doesn’t balance the food being good to how horrible the service is!

   We ended up leaving after being given our pop in a can with a straw and then asking for calamari and they didn’t have any? Also it was Ramadan so all the great tables were reserved. Tables are so tight together you can’t get in and out of your seat. Cool walls and tech features - everyone that was there were staring at us as we are Caucasian and it was Ramadan. Kind service. We won’t be returning.

   We went for a Iftaar Buffet and it was great. Food was amazing, so many varieties and everything was delicious. Service was great and overall ambiance was wonderful. Loved the vibe. Totally going back again.
