Hash House A Go Go is always excellent, but this new Summerlin location is beautiful. I love how open the layout is and how friendly the staff was. Sad to see that they are unable to be open Friday and Saturday evenings due to staffing shortages, but I appreciate why and would rather see them close than sacrifice customer service that is just as amazing as their food.
Another outstanding breakfast! Excellent service food and prices. Love this place!
Years ago we tried this place at what I believe was their flagship location in San Diego. Loved it then and love it now!
This location is almost a secret in a massive complex behind a couple of other restaurants. That said, the restaurant is boxy but super cool inside. Team there mostly welcoming and our server, Kristin, was fantastic!
The food is cartoonish in size but the presentation is gorgeous! And, it's delicious. People complaining about prices are really being silly because you could easily make a couple of meals out of each plate and the quality is excellent!
Hours are a bit strange, 8 am - 2 pm, but it's way worth a visit!
We went to brunch on Sunday and our experience was very lacking. We waited at our table for 15 minutes before I finally went up to the host stand to get menus. We then waited about another 15-20 minutes before someone even came over to give us waters. There were 4 of us and we ordered drinks and food right away since it was already taking so long. I got my meal first - before any of our drinks, and well before any of the other 3 meals. I then sat with it for another 15 minutes while it got cold, waiting for my friends to get their meals. We then got our drinks and the rest of the food shortly after. We had to walk up to another person's table to get their salt, pepper, and hot sauce since there was no waiter to be found. We then waited a while, as we expected, to finally get our check. The food was expensive, average tasting, and the service was terrible. Will not be back.
Simply an amazing breakfast experience. So happy that we were able to reserve via Open Table. The customer service by ALL of the staff was superb. This was our first visit and the host informed us that the portions were very LARGE. He was not joking! The pancakes are some of the largest I have ever seen, at least 12” in diameter per cake! My wife ate 1/4of one. I had the bacon, avocado, cheese and onion scramble. It was absolutely delicious! One of the best prepared egg dishes I have ever had. Hash House has it ALL- outstanding customer service, delicious food, great location and reasonable prices. We are looking forward to returning soon!
Food was good but overdone for breakfast. Not able to get many traditional breakfast favorites and no flexibility when ordering. Portions are huge. Bigger than they need to be.
We had three adults, a preschooler and an infant. The server was amazing, attentive to all (including the preschooler) which was really impressive. Food was on point and no complaints at all.
It was my 1st time there and I couldn’t stop talking about it. I told my boyfriend every-time we are in Las Vegas it’s a must we stop here for brunch.
Delicious food, huge portions and fabulous service, as ALWAYS!
Awesome bloody Mary's and chicken and waffles
Overall it was a great experience!
Good brunch spot. Large portions and has multiple TVs
Portions are extremely generous. Fun for family and visitors.
Great service and food
We usually go to Hash House on Sunday late mornings for breakfast. However, we took another couple with us tonight, on a Friday, and it is the absolute place to go on a Friday night! No crowds, no wait and food was exceptional
I ordered a side of sweet potato fries and they were so salty I couldn't even determine that they were sweet potato fries. I didn't finish my order. Based on this I would recommend the restaurant to anyone.
Excellent service and food would highly recommend
Everything was great, didnt have to wait forever to be seated
There were 8 of us on this reservation. SO, I had to call HH A Go Go in the morning to add 2 more person, which was delightfully handled by the hostess.
Wish Open Table will allow 8 people instead of a limit of 6.
I forgot our servers name but she was awesome we dined in for a late breakfast Friday, all staff was helpful and the restaurant was clean! Chicken waffles, and biscuits were so good be ready to share or ask for a box
They forgot to bring us silver ware and they ran out of knives.
Frankie was so sweet and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a phenomenal experience.
Place is amazing. Awesome food and great customer service.
Wait time was a little long but well worth it. Chorizo and eggs… Yum, Yum, Yum! This is now our go to place on Sunday afternoons. Service was spectacular! Ambience is great! Just a happy place!
Good was awful! Famous for their chicken and waffles so all 4 of us got them. They had no taste and very bland.
A good breakfast/brunch location if you are really hungry. Food was ok, but was everyone in the group did not receive their food at the same time (one meal was 15 minutes late - no apologies extended).
Love it every time I go 💜
I visited with my family from out of town, and we all had a good time. The service was very good, efficient but not intrusive, which I appreciated since we were under a time constraint. We all had more than enough to eat, and the food was hot and tasty.
Fun place but With the name of hash I expected Moore Hash options.
Our waitress was amazing!
We always go to the one on sahara. Never had issues. We came here w a rsvp. Waited 15 min for them to sit us after hubby had to ask again n whys there 2 empty tables. Then we ordered usual chicken n waffles. Chicken was not crispy n waffles fell apart soggy n not fully cooked. Manager refunded us one n remade our waffles. Just wasnt the same. Took a few bites n left.
Excellent for brunch. Large serving size of food. All of us had leftovers.
Had brunch. Food was good.
Been a few times in Summerlin and it’s ok. Never great. We got seated in a dark side room away from the energy. Waiter forgot our drinks until we reminded them it had been 15 min. Toast was burned. Not a little…black burned and they still served it. It’s never so bad I won’t go back but it’s never great. The location in Chicago is way better.
Excellent time out!
Birthday breakfast for my wife. We had a really good experience.
Came in for a quick dinner. Food was served quick and was hot. Can’t go wrong with the chicken and waffles :) Service from waitstaff was great.
My family, some friends and I visited this location on 7/18. I asked for a Cherry Limeade (unaware that there was an alcoholic and non-alcoholic version) and was served an alcoholic beverage (I didn’t ask for one nor was ID’d or asked if I wanted alcohol or not). No one at our table had ordered alcohol to drink. Since we didn’t know there was alcohol in it and it didn’t taste like it, my husband let our daughter because we thought it was just a regular cherry limeade. She didn’t like it and neither did we so we sent it back. Upon receiving the check I noticed I was charged and refunded for an alcoholic beverage and was stunned. Since we didn’t want to cause a scene, I left and promptly sent an email via the Contact Us on the website and didn’t hear a word back. I called the restaurant on 7/19 and spoke with Donnie who told me they had taken action and asked what I wanted them to do for me. I advised that I want to speak with the General Manager and he told me that he would let him know to call me right away and took down my name and phone number. He never asked how we were until I mentioned that my daughter seemed fine. He only tried to justify it by stating that children’s cough medicine probably has more alcohol than she drank from her sip however he failed to realize that it could have been bad if I was pregnant or had an allergy of some sort. This could have been a horrible situation and the fact that it has been 4 days and I haven’t heard from the GM or anyone for that matter is concerning. There was no response or remorse whatsoever and that is disheartening and I will never eat at this restaurant again.
Food was not good. There were 4 of us and we all got sick after we left.
The kitchen must be really slow. It took us 30 minutes from ordering to get our food. And nothing I hate worse than waiting to get our check.
