Enjoyed a meal at HN recently. Marred by being told on arrival that they had no record of my booking even though I’d confirmed it with Open Table. Ordered from the set menu and the food was good and nicely presented but portions very small and this made me question value for money. Very good service though. The ambience was lacking when we first arrived but got better as more people arrived.

Had the most brilliant experience when dining at Harvey Nicholas all down to are server his name was jack and he couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly the service was exceptional the food was delicious and we will definitely be returning

We went for a pre concert meal at 6pm on Friday evening. At first we were a little perturbed as we were the only ones in the restaurant but more people did arrive to eat which improved the atmosphere. Went for the £30 summer menu - 3 courses plus a glass of wine. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Really good value . We had a small issue with one of the starters which was dealt with brilliantly and we got a a free glass of wine and some money off the meal - neither of which we expected or asked for. We will definitely be back.
