Good food and service
Quality food, would be very good for a special occasion.
Not enough staff around the place had to wait a bit for one to sit us then generally not enough about. Breakfast bar used to be good wide selection, but now pastries have been taken off so it just consists of cereal and toast. Breakfast was average but there are better places with better quality for a cheaper price.
A warm welcome and speedy service. Food was hot and tasty.

I attended for breakfast at about 9.30am. I had booked and when i got there, there was 2 other people only. They took a while to take our order then said help yourself to the breakfast cereals and other items. None of these were out ready and we had to ask for these and for the cups for the tea we had ordered. That itself was difficult as they didn't seem to have enough staff and the ones there kept disappearing so everything took a long time. When the breakfast came it was of a good standard.

Food was cooked properly but arrived cold, possibly due to them being put in cold metal containers and on a cold plate.
We complained but did not get an apology, just a lecture about how temperature was checked after cooking.
Appalling service from Simon the Assistant Manager, but waiting on staff were ok until we complained. Apparently according to Simon we have higher standards than most people because we like our food hotter than Luke warm. Also no response from written complaint.
Food was good but the service was poor. The waiter made two mistakes with the drinks order and then the bill was also wrong at the end. We only used this restaurant because it was adjacent to the hotel we were staying in. We've used it before and we'd probably use it again.
Apart from nobody being available for a good 10 mins to check us in when we arrived, we had a great time. The salad bar is a nice touch and we loved the refillable soft drinks option. The service, once we had sat down was excellent, and the food was very good. As a vegetarian, I love the Halloumi Fish and Chips! Would highly recommend.
Thev food was standard fayre but the service was excellent. I enjoyed the beer!
