   The resteraunt was not clean and rats were seen outside. Despite booking on line we were incorrectly told that we had arrived an hour early! Food was not particularly good but the service was good

   The service was awful. Had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes for food. The staff just kept avoiding the table as they could not tell us a reason for delay When it did come out my husband wanted a medium to well done steak. A good vet could have brought back to life. It was practically not cooked. And my chicken stack was burnt

   I ordered chilli chicken and prawns, the prawns came out pretty much raw, and white/grey (undercooked) i asked them to change it and it came back exactly the same, didn’t look like it had been changed at all. So i then said i wouls pick something else off of the menu so i asked to have 2 starters so it was quicker, and they were undercooked too. Not Happy!

   Booked table, so no wait. Wanted fish & chips, didn't have any. Not many good veggie options. When shown to table weren't asked what drinks we wanted, when we got waitress attention for drinks, she said there was no drinks menu, so we had no idea of prices etc. Difficult to get waitress attention between courses.

   Good location though parking spaces are limited. Good place for everyday dining with friends and family. Good value for money.

   Didn't have our reservation when we arrived,although was seated straight away. Salad bar was repetitive, no pasta,cucumber,potato salad ,peppers. No white rolls, 1 of the fryers were down so no scampi again. Has had a lovely refit ,but I feel that I would rather go out of town to other harvesters as have not had these problems elsewhere,but have a few times here.
