Harvester - The Five Bells
I booked a table on the 6th November for 4 people When we arrived on the door was a note that there was no heating and there had not been any for a month Why ? was we not told when we booked The table we were offered was pushed up in the corner After refusing this we were offered another table which we refused I found my own table .The whole place was freezing cold so much so we could not take our coats off. The dishes were freezing cold and when the dinners arrive they were on cold plates The Jacket potatoes were hard inside It was a disaster We saw other people putting their dinner in dogie bags to take home as it was to cold to stay there or have a desert .
the waitress was far from helpful , had to argue with her in order to get a cordial , had to ask for a salt pot with some salt inside it,, had to ask for a steak knife which seemed to much trouble , then my daughter found a hair entwined in her chicken piece which stopped us all from eating any more ,, a complete disaster of an evening x
