   We attended the Test Kitchen Tuesday event at Harvester and were thoroughly delighted! Dining for twelve people with canapes to start, six different tastings in the kitchen followed by an entree at the table along with dessert. All that was paired with great wines. Having gorged ourselves, we are in recovery today with a big smile on our faces.

   Expensive. Not much food. Left hungry. If you want a meal, don’t come here. I understand what the owner or chef are trying do but not my kind of place. When I pay $40 for tenderloin I expect a good sized portion not 2 slices of meat. I did not like the sauce on the tenderloin either. I won’t be back.

   This was absolutely the best restaurant experience we ever had. From the food to the service to the wine to the ambiance. It all was beyond perfect. I took my wife here for our anniversary. She loved it. We shared the tasters, which were five-course meals (one plant-based and one with meat). We were so glad we chose to do both tasters because instead of tasting 5 of chef Bryan’s creations we got to taste 10!!! The veal was incredible!! I can still taste the almond pistachio ice cream a day later. And I never thought I would love a beat dish (my mom would've been proud). The manager, Alton, made us feel like a million bucks from the moment we walk in until the second we left. And our waitress, Kat, was nothing short of a delight. She is also a great artist. Check out her mural across the street. I highly recommend.

   Harvester Kitchen is a premier dining experience in Sioux Falls. The food, presentation, and service are unlike anything you will find in the nearby area. This is definitely worth the investment. We have been here twice and have experienced exceptional service and the most amazing food.

    This place is awesome. Great flavors. The Gnocchi was amazing. I’m from Los Angeles, so it was nice to find a restaurant that can meet up to my expectations of a perfect dining experience. The service was amazing!

    Beautiful restaurant. Coming from Manitoba, Canada, where we are more aware of the environment and carbon footprint, we thought all the plate and silverware replacements were unnecessary. It took a long time for new courses to arrive, however the food was great. One course came from the kitchen lukewarm, however they were quick to compensate for this in the bill. The staff was very knowledgeable on their description of each dish. Not somewhere I would visit often because of the high prices, but wonderful for a very special occasion.

    A culinary delight and wonderful experience. Greeted with smiles by the staff which all are amazing dedicated people. We arrived slightly early and were taken to a lovely sitting area in front of a big fireplace with glasses of sparkling wine. While sitting and chatting we were able to peruse the eclectic and unique menu. I could go on and on but simply to say the food and wine amazed our palettes divinely. Hugely recommend trying Bryan’s cuisine, and you’ll be coming back foe sure. Well done Bryan and staff, well done!!

    This is definitely a special occasion restaurant. I brought my son and his girlfriend so they could try a tasting menu. They were impressed with all of the special touches a restaurant of this caliber has to offer and amazed by the food! It’s terrific Sioux Falls has a restaurant like this.

    Very friendly staff. Had the burger tasting menu some of the burgers were hard to eat as finger food, if you need a knife and fork is it really a burger? Loved the tuna burger, surprised I didn’t like the iberico pork maybe because I was just in Spain and have had steam buns on the streets of Beijing. The final chocolate cake burger was amazing and creative. One of the nicest restaurants in Sioux Falls. As a chef who somehow started specializing in burgers it was a fun night

    Everyone was super friendly! The service was superb! And all of the food we had was excellent! The ambiance was nice and it was not loud at all so it was easy to carry on a conversation. It was my first visit, but it won’t be my last!

    We were extremely disappointed with the delayed servicing of our meals. Our reservation began at 7pm and we weren't served our main course until after 9pm. The food was very good, albeit smaller portions, however the service brought the whole experience down. Realize they just reopened, but expected more for the price.

    It was our first visit to Harvester and we had a great meal/experience. Our server was knowledgeable and provided good explanations of the menu. The wine list is comprehensive and provides a good range of price points. Entrees (we each had a fish entree) were excellent; flavor, temp, sides, etc. Overall, a great evening!

    Highly recommend Harvester Kitchen by Bryan!! We traveled 4 hours just to be able to experience this phenomenal restaurant - a real jewel in downtown Sioux Falls. Our dining event was impeccable- from the gorgeous presentation of each course to the amazing and sensational flavor of each bite. Chef Bryan is a true artist and it’s apparent that he and his staff truly care about the whole experience. Counting the days until we can return!

    Fantastic meal at Harvester Kitchen! A friend recommended it for our trip to Sioux Falls. Wonderful to see a high end restaurant doing well executed elevated food with good wine in South Dakota. We did the tasting menu with an additional appetizer. Highlights include the foie gras tart, lobster with nasturtium oil, and (of course) the wagyu. The price is very reasonable for the 5-star experience you are getting. Would happily dine here again and again if I lived nearby.

    Might just be the best all-round dining experience in Sioux Falls, if not broader area. The variety of the food on offer and the quality of the execution were excellent. There were plenty of food options for those who prefer plant-based dining as well as many no-alcohol options for non-drinkers. What really stands out, though, is the service. You never feel like you’re wanting for anything, you never feel rushed, and everybody we met was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Though it is expensive for the area, it’s worth it for the stand-out experience.

    We wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a special dinner. Harvester Kitchen was an excellent choice. The service was exceptional. The menu and our choices were intriguing. The small plates were prepared with exceptional detail and talent. While it was an expensive evening, it was worth it!
