Harvester Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant with a focus on the time-honored belief of warm, welcoming hospitality. Chef-owned, operated and focused on innovative American cooking based in classic old-world technique. Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2 mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. And is a few steps away from the Arc of Dreams, the centerpiece landmark sculpture of the DTSF sculpture walk, spanning the Big Sioux River.

This was our third dining experience and it was fabulous! We brought two other couples and everyone agreed how wonderful the food was. Perfect portion sizes and exquisite flavors. The service was amazing as well. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it to others.

The tasting menu was everything I could have imagined with so many subtle surprises on each plate. This was the 3rd time and each has been amazing. The staff are all very knowledgeable and the pace is appropriate for the tasting menu. This is a foodies delight but plan on at least 2 hours to fully appreciate the experience. Brilliant.

All of the courses were a pallet pleaser. I have to eat gluten free, and they helped me choose what I could eat, I only had to make a few switches, they did not disappoint. My husband ordered the wine pairing and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of wine served. Amazing experience, definitely recommend. Be prepared to spend money, if you don’t find value in quality over quantity, and experiencing food, then maybe pick a different place to eat. This is definitely worth trying if you love to try new dishes, and are a foody at heart.

Absolutely fabulous. The four course tasting menu provided a variety of delightfully appetizing and colorful experiences. I didn’t try the wine pairing but from what I could tell, it was expertly crafted. The service staff are impeccable, as was their service. This is a top-notch dining experience and we’ll worth the price. Make reservations in advance so they know you’re coming.

Food is amazing and the highest quality, but plan to be there a while. It took us 2.5 hours, so our night was pretty much only spent here. I wish it would’ve been a little less of a time commitment.

Harvester Kitchen serves the finest quality, prepared with the finest ingredients presented with distinction. The quality of the china and cutlery is also to be remarked on, as well as the restaurant's décor and architecture which is noteworthy. There is no where else in Sioux Falls that is up to this standard.

For those who love France and French food, sadly HK's month long French Bistro menu ended yesterday. So grateful that I got to experience! I cannot begin to describe the amount of work, and creativity which Chef & staff put into this food making it such a treat for any Francophile. Chef Bryan Moscatello is truly world class. Sioux Falls is very fortunate to have him here.

Excellent food and service. All of the tasting menus are top notch. Harvester Kitchen is far and away the best restaurant in Sioux Falls. I just hope that Sioux Falls gives it the support and love it deserves. Chef Bryan is personally involved in all aspects of the restaurant and it shows.

This is truly the best restaurant in Sioux Falls and would rival any restaurant in a major city. The food preparation is unique and changes on a regular basis. My wife had the fish flight, and I had the chefs. All are small plate. We did this so we could share and experience the different options. There were so many incredible items, and everyone is an experience. The scallop on the fish menu was unbelievable. If you want to impress a client, take them here. If you want to impress a date, take them here. If you want to have a special date night with your spouse, take them here. It is not an inexpensive meal, but it's more than a meal...it's an experience.

Excellent as always! The New French Bistro Menu is exceptional! We loved the Jambon e beurre, salade Lyonnaise and the Paris brest for dessert!! We were so glad our waitress recommended the ravioli du dauphine, as it was absolutely delicious! Harvester Kitchen is the perfect place to dine in Sioux Falls!

The courses were hit or miss on flavor. Fish and steak came out cold. Fish was fishy but not in a good way. They charged 40 dollars for and ounce of wagyu beef. Our first experience there was great 1 year ago. Excellent meal…. Not so much this time. I have no problem paying a lot of money for a meal…. But I expect quality to match the cost. It clearly didn’t happen this time.

The testing Tuesday are so amazing. A large portion of the evening is spent in the kitchen with the Chefs and staff. Hearing about every course. This was a 13 course event this month. Many great wines paired with amazing food

This was our third time eating at Harvester Kitchen, and the current menu is even better than the last two. We got the fish and chef's tasting menus and loved every dish. The cuisine is innovative and elevated, and there is no other kitchen in town that comes close. The service is also without comparison.

Another fantastic dinner at the Harvester Kitchen! I had the fish tasting menu, and my wife had the Chef's tasting menu. Each dish was wonderful - beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We had the wine pairings, which went perfectly with every dish. A really great meal. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, and knew what they were doing. Can't recommend this place highly enough - a very pleasant surprise in a city of the size of Sioux Falls. One thing I noticed, which I wish the restaurant would reconsider, was that the a la carte section of the menu, from which I often ordered in the past, had been deleted. I think this is a mistake, since most people in this town are probably not going to go to a restaurant that offers only fixed price menus - that can work in New York, Chicago and San Francisco, but I think it is risky here. The restaurant is happy to accommodate diners by reducing the number of courses and lowering the price, but this would not be so clear to someone viewing the web site or just walking in. We want this restaurant to be very successful here in Sioux Falls - I guess they know their business, but I would still like to see the return of an a la carte portion of the menu.

If we could have licked the plates we would have! Each dish was a work of art and each bite was savored and admired! I have had the distinct pleasure of partaking in several tasting menus in New York City and this dinner has jumped to the top! Bryan and his staff are attentive, accommodating and helpful. Wow. Just wow. Easily one of the best dining experiences ever. From the front of house crew to server to server assistant/busser, impeccable knowledge, service, and attention. I got the fish tasting menu, my husband got the chef’s tasting menu - each and every course was incredible. Clear gazpacho with yellow swordfish - sooo good. Mussels - how in the hell did they do that?!? Aleppo BBQ quail - yum. Icebox cake - we wanted the whole thing. Wish we were staying in Sioux Falls longer, we would go every night. Bravo, Bryan and crew. Great job all around.

Outstanding as always! This is our favorite place in town hands down. Bryan was the Executive Chef at arguably one of the best restaurants in the best cities... first The Little Nell in Aspen, then Oval Room in Washington, DC. Bryan's dishes are brilliant. He takes food to an artistic level with it's depth and breadth not only visually, but with its flavor. We feel so spoiled every time we treat ourselves to dinner at Harvester Kitchen!

Granted it was a hundred degrees outside so it was a little warm in there. There may have been some music playing but we could not hear. But other than that we had a wonderful time. The food was incredible. There were so many new flavors I experienced that had my palet feeling like I was in Wonderland. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Any questions we had regarding the dishes were answered promptly. It was a very memorable experience!
