    Harvester by Bryan is truly the finest dining in Sioux Falls and as good as any of the finest restaurants that we have ever eaten at in the U.S. or any country. In a larger city, this would be a Michelin Restaurant. The staff is excellent, and the wine selection is the best in Sioux Falls. Chef Bryan creates some of the most unique and flavorful experiences. The menu changes monthly and although we no longer reside in Sioux Falls, we try to dine here once a month. There are a lot of very good restaurants/ steakhouses in Sioux Falls, but Harvester by Bryan gives you an opportunity to experience something only found in major metropolitan cities. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE!!!

    Chef Bryan is amazing! Our food was delicious as it is each time we dine! The service was excellent and they accommodated our dietary restrictions. We are lucky to have Chef Bryan and this restaurant in Sioux Falls!

    We only are in this area once a year and make every attempt to have dinner here. Everything is spot on food, service, wine, ambiance. Highly recommend this place

    Highly recommend the 5 course Chef's Tasting Menu , cavier service and ALL of the mocktails. AMAZING service from the staff! They helped arrange a surprise birthday dinner for my husband.

    Another phenomenal experience at Harvester Kitchen. Chef Bryan continues to come up with innovative offerings unlike any restaurant in the region. The 9 course tasting menu plus multiple little extra nibbles was such a fun journey. The service is exceptional and the space is intimate. Cannot wait for my next visit to see what’s next!
