Boring dishes, ambiance is dated. Better places for brunch when visiting Napa.
Colin is a fabulous server!
we have always had great meals here. Because it's part of a hotel, it often gets overlooked, but it is an excellent place to go for a meal. Prices are consistent with its non-hotel cohort.
We were trying to schedule a get together with family visiting from the East Coast. There is not a lot open on the 1st in the St. Helena/Calistoga area. Harvest Table was available, so we booked a reservation for 7 people. Lunch was wonderful. The food and beverages were delicious, and the service was outstanding. Thank you for allowing us to socialize at the table once we finished lunch. We had a great mini-reunion with lots of discussion and catching up. Thank you for not making us feel rushed to leave the restaurant once we were finished with lunch.
My husband, our teenage son and I had an enchanting evening on New Year’s Eve Which coincides with one of our birthdays. The menu was fabulous, which is one of the major reason the drew us to the restaurant in the first place for that special night. The food quality and presentation were outstanding so was the ambience and the welcoming of all staff members that we came in contact with. One or two times we need to ask her remind our waiter about some thing but you were so gracious helpful and unpretentious that everything ran very smoothly. We would definitely go back and encourage your friends to patronize harvest table. Great ambience, “feutrée” , low noise level.
Went there for nye. They Had a set menu. The scallops were the first course and were great. Everything after that was mediocre at best from the striploin to the duck and lamb loin. Staff were great though. Scenery outside was nice.
There was too much potato included with breakfast sandwich. Otherwise, good. Water glasses tip easily because of rounded bottoms. We had two spills.
Food was very good. We had soups, fish, pasta, risotto.
We used to live in Napa and enjoy every single meal in Napa valley. Food here is totally not Napa standard. Overpriced regular food. Service people seems are not in the mood of working.
Great menu selection of fresh items; good ambiance for lunch.
Granted it was Christmas Day and very busy at certain points but a restaurant of this caliber should be aware of staffing and customer needs. All in all, is was pleasant. Bartender Alexis saved the day! We did enjoy our experience overall.
Christmas dinner was perfect in every way! When you get great food AND outstanding service in the same meal, there’s nothing left to say except, Thank you🎄🎄🎄
We had a wonderful dinner, delicious unique choices the chef prepares are both beautiful and flavorful. The service was excellent from the time we walked in the door and were welcomed until exiting the staff is all warm and courteous.
Food was good not great. Coffee was not very good. Service was very good except our conversations were interrupted numerous times. It was expensive-out of proportion to quality.
Great Service and great food
Food and service is okay!
Disappointed. Harvest Table was written up as one of the better restaurants in Napa Valley. We did not find it so. The menu felt uninspired as did the execution. The Rock Cod in particular was not very good. Overly salty I could not finish it. Our recommendation. Try another Napa Valley restaurant
We had a drink at the bar before heading into dinner. Diego, our waiter was so helpful and friendly.
The meal was very delicious and our waitress, Zulmira made the whole experience so pleasant.
The location of the dining room off the lobby was unusual and felt more like a hotel breakfast room. Closing it off and giving it more of an entrance would add to the ambiance and fit better with the quality of the food.
Excellent food. Romantic and fun atmosphere. The service was excellent yet not pretentious. There were many fresh and seasonal choices including soup, salad, appetizers and entrees. The entrees were varied so everyone in our party was able to find one to their liking. Desserts were decedent. The craft cocktails and wine list were excellent.
Surprisingly TGV poor restaurant for a higher quality hotel. Pretty much on the level of an Outback Steakhouse but at much higher prices. Would not recommend other than for convenience
Great food and service!!!
Restaurant sold out of all their fish plates and beef plates. The 8 of us had to eat chicken and fish sticks for lunch. However fish sticks were raw and chicken were undercooked. Staff mentioned “there’s nothing I can do”. Well, guess what, sir? You could have warned us that you had no food when we made the reservation earlier that day. Definitely the worst restaurant we’ve been to in California. Would never return and I expect them to go bankrupt in 12-18 months if things don’t change.
Thanksgiving. Having stayed and dined here before I thought it would be a great choice for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was ok. Our dinners were lukewarm at most. Service was lackadaisical
Visited Harvest Table for Thanksgiving dinner. We had a fabulous 3 course traditional Turkey dinner and we loved it all. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was the perfect choice for our family to enjoy a lovely Thanksgiving meal together.
Lovely place. Make sure to walk around the property after your meal. Good standard fare brunch selections, prepared with care. Outstanding local wines too.
Beautiful and quiet dining room. Excellent service and stellar food. Craft cocktails and expansive wine list.
Great food, great service, I rate it 5 🌟. Wonderful
Some interesting selections. Food and service was excellent. The restaurant manager was very helpful in terms of the special wine selections. I'd go back again.
The food was just above average for such a highly rated restaurant. And, for a restaurant in the heart of the wine region, the wine list was pretty slim.
Lastly, the servers were pleasant but the service was extremely slow.
What a beautiful restaurant!! Service was wonderful food and wine was top notch.
Surround by trees such a lovely patio.
Our first time & definitely plan to return whenever we are in the area again! Great food & especially top notch service / thank you for a memorable experience !
Lunch recently was very good. Fish and chips were excellent. Others had salads and pasta. I thought the pasta rather bland, not bad, just bland. Very nice setting. An oasis in the hustle and bustle of St. Helena.
YUMMY describes the way the food and service at Harvest Table. Our waiter was outstanding taking very good care of us. The food was excellent and very well presented. Will go back.
There were 6 people in the restaurant for lunch on a Friday. That should tell you everything about how mediocre Harvest Table has become. The food was just ok- burgers were overcooked and tasteless and the fish was bland. There are just too many other good restaurants in Napa Valley to waste your time going here. Pass...
Phenomenal experience, exceptional food and excellent service! Colin was our waiter and he was absolutely wonderful!
Great place for an affordable working lunch. The food is fresh and always perfectly cooked. Topping off one of their salads with salmon is always a favorite. Service is good and I like that they have an outdoor covered patio open.
A treasure awaiting discovery by the casual visitor to the region. Superb in every respect.
Great food with quiet relaxing atmosphere
