   Food was not nearly as good as previously. Not correct temp and uninspiring cheese board. Clearly not enough help.

   Our waiter was terrible it took one hour for our soup to be served We also ordered an appetizer for the table which did not come out until soup was almost finished Water glasses were never refilled I asked for pepper for my soup It came out with the main course We have eaten here many times when the restaurant was across the street I’m not sure if we will return

   I've been to Harvest many times in the old location. This was my second at the new location. It is so noisy. I could hardly hear the people in my party sitting across the table. The waiter spoke so softly, it was hard to hear him. It wasn't until after we ordered that I realized he hadn't told us the specials for the day. One of my favorites is the General Tso's Cauliflower Wings. I've gotten them countless times. This time they were so mushy, I did not finish them. My husband had the burger. It was one of the best burgers he's ever had. I had the brussel sprouts and they were delicious! I love this restaurant, but have to say I was disappointed this time. They need to do something to soften the sound.

   Service was excellent and the Fall specials fun and delicious. The Butternut Squash Soup was so good!

   Excellent service…food tasted average. Fish was a little undercooked but service recovery was excellent. Would give the place another try.

   Friday was definitely a busy night so we expected a bit of a wait. Drinks came quickly Apps took about 40 minutes Looked around at tables seated after us who were already on their dinner course. We were a larger group of 6 compared to the groups of 4 but didn’t expect the food wait to be that drastic (as two of the meals were kid meals). We ordered apps and dinner together relatively soon after being seated. Told the waitress- who really was not as great as we’re used to at harvest- to bring us the check and we went over to firebirds where we were seated and served our meal within 30 mins. Really a horrible birthday experience. Funny enough, our last visit to harvest with just my husband and I was the same, took over an hour to get food. The difference was during that trip the waitress and manager walked over several times to apologize, offered us a free app, and made sure the food was perfect. It was great customer service. Tonight - non existent. The waitress looked flustered, management no where to be found.

   Rare opportunity for dinner with my daughter. The good: Live musician was very good! Splurged on a glass of Chimney Rock “Iconoclast” and it was glorious. Food flavor was quite good over our 3 course meal. My daughter’s fall-back cheeseburger (more in a moment) was even outstanding, so tender, perfect match/balance of ingredients, even the marriage of beef and bun was perfection. Dessert was scrumptious and was the best value for money of the meal. The unforgettable exception: We were in no hurry so we didn’t mind the very slow pace of the meal (but if you’re on your way somewhere after, dinner here may not be the prologue you need), nevertheless, 50 minutes after we were seated, after our appetizer had already been served, our server announced to my daughter that the entree she ordered wasn’t available!!!! Then the server immediately asked what she’d prefer instead, as if she was to have memorized the menu and remembered it so much later. My daughter isn’t the confrontational one in the family, so simply recalling that there was a hamburger, she ordered it in response. I hadn’t seen my daughter in weeks so the company made my evening and that couldn’t be ruined. The service coordination was a let down.

    Food was delicious. I ordered the butternut squash soup and the Salmon BLT which was amazing. Our waitress Rachael was excellent.
