Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar - Lancaster
Harvest never disappoints
Overall good menu. Service was excellent. A tad overpriced for what it is.
A very excellent dining experience. Serving size was a bit on the small size but every bite was amazing.
Anna was out waitress and she was AMAZING! It was my birthday and they literally treated us so well. It was also over very first time and everyone took such care in explaining the menu and being super kind. The food was absolutely delicious and overall a perfect experience. I highly recommend this place. We will be back for brunch tomorrow!
Very nice dinner and great service in very nice atmosphere
This was our first time dining at Harvest. We were to be seated next to a table with small children and a baby in high chair. When we asked to be moved, we were immediately moved to the Garden Room. We truly appreciated this. The server was knowledgeable and offered us many other options. The dishes we selected were EXCELLENT! We liked that most dishes were 500 calories....healthy options. We will definitely return to try other menu items!
Professional staff, fresh and delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere! We cant wait to go back!
The new Autumn menu is out, and is fabulous.
Everything was wonderful! Our server, Shannon, was wonderful!
Awesome food. We stopped by for brunch and my oyster omelet was amazing. Very attentive server who was friendly and helpful as well.
Above average prices.
Outstanding! Great food.awesome 15tth Anniversary dinner
Great concept and love the indoor, halfway and outdoor seating options. Generally food and service were both good but not great. I cannot understand why a wine bar that sells wine flights without bread which is the quintessential way to clean the pallet between tastings and food pairings. I had the beer flight and arrived with no explanation of which beer was which. Also, one wine and one of the beers was not available and the waitress did not know this until after we ordered. Overall, an ok experience and we may come back occasionally but it missed the mark in a couple key areas.
Very loud. Meal was overpriced for what you got.
I was there before and had a wonderful meal and overall experience, this time not so much.
This was my third visit to Harvest and I left feeling very disappointed this time. We ate on the patio and it was a beautiful night but I was on a date with my boyfriend and we were so far from each other across the table and the umbrella was between us so we had to lean over and across the table to see and hear each other. We were also quite disappointed with our server. We saw all the other servers being extremely attentive and often times we wouldn't see ours for quite some time. It also took quite some time for our food to arrive and other diners that arrived after us received their food first. I was also disappointed in the lack of vegetables that accompanied my meal. I told our server when we arrived of my food sensitivities and I feel she was not conscious of these and didn't offer information on the food she brought to our table. When we inquired about our food taking so long she brought bread to our table (I am gluten free my boyfriend is not) and sat it directly next to him and didn't offer me a gluten free option. I will return to Harvest because I love the food and have had great experiences in the past but my boyfriend being there for the first time was not impressed.
Excellent service would be an understatement. Wait staff was very knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu, I was further impressed because the autumn menu had only been release 2 days prior to my visit.
Food was amazing, I had the Grass Fed Grilled PA filet mignon. I ordered medium rare but it came out rare, I have no complaints because it was delicious. I believe the chef was doing me a favor lol. The Cabernet reduction and coffee rub work so well to compliment the potatoes and Brussels sprout au gratin.
All around a great night.
Waited far to long for food and my daughters salmon and sides were well overdone. Waiter and manager were very nice and took care of us so we will go back
Sat outside which was nice, just a little noisy because of the cars.
We had a very nice evening. Weather and view was perfect. Music was playing from the roof top of TellUs360 so we could hear it but is was not too loud that you could not have a conversation at your table. We would highly recommend the avocado fries!!
Amazing service ! Our server had plenty of knowledge of the menu. Being aware of food allergens and taking them into consideration is great.
New Fall menu had a lot of choices and variety. Server was quite knowledgeable about the menu.
I usually love coming here but food was subpar and cold. Salad tasted like dirt. Waiter was not interactive and did not ask if there were any allergies which my mom had a lot of. Won’t return... there are better restaurants to choose from.
I’ve eaten at Harvest several times before but this visit did not stand up to the rest. While the server was friendly and took care of us, I think she had too many tables at once and service was slow. I was happy that the butternut squash soup was back on the menu because that is always delicious. But the entrees were pretty uninspired and over priced. I got the teriyaki rice and veg bowl with shrimp and it was pretty basic - nothing special and def not worth $24. The waitress suggested extra sauce and it was definitely needed. My companion felt the same way about her salad. I will try again as I do prefer their fall/winter menu to the summer one.
I had dinner with my son and it was absolutely delicious from appetizer to dinner to dessert. The music was wonderful and relaxing and our waitress Melissa was wonderful. Please open Harvest in Connecticut.
Great food and great ambiance. Fun to sit in the indoor/outdoor bistro.
We have been to Harvest Seasonal Grill twice and both times we had great service, excellent food, and the price of the food was appropriate. We will go back again and again as long as the food, service and atmosphere stay excellent! Thank you Harvest for your great hospitality.
Amazing gluten free options and wonderful environment!
Cedar roasted salmon had no flavor. The potatoes were dried out and hard (appeared to be lunch leftovers). $14.00 for a (maybe)5 ounce drink is way overpriced. Service was fine. I liked the ambience and outdoor seating. I have no interest in returning.
The tofu scramble was super small. Not a good portion. The hummus was bland this time.
We have had several meals here absolutely love the food and service. It is consistently delicious and friendly. My one complaint is it is SO loud - like deafeningly loud. It really ruins the whole experience which would otherwise be outstanding. Their interior designers need to add some noise-absorbing materials to the decor...
It was 3 strikes, you're out just based on the 3 apps we tried. What could have been good (sashito peppers and brussel sprouts, were way undercooked. The peach tomato app was swimming in a bowl of dressing instead of on a plate. Tomatoes were not of quality or freshness to be used as a focus, more for a tomato sauce. My salmon salad entree was outstanding, hubby's scallop special was good, nothing great. He loved the s'mores dessert. Server was good and communicated well. General manager apologized for our experience but not enough for us to risk a return disappointment. We did enjoy the wine flights. Ordered 2 lavender mojitos to start, came out at different times, and tasted completely different. Wonderful menu options s if prep could be consistent.
Andy was great! Very attentive and informative. Thanks.
Delicious food in a lovely setting. Noise was a bit overwhelming from other guests
Food and service excellent. Hard to talk and hear each other. Very loud. Seats not very comfortable either. I’d go again but avoid sitting in the enclosed porch area.
This is a haven for healthy eating that caters to food allergies. Portions were more than enough. The service was superb but food prep was not fast although we were early. Plan on a fun, leisurely dining experience.
Absolutely awful, they seat us by a folks that don’t control their little kids. They were screaming, running wild. Just not the place for that. The management did nothing, but they did give me a bill for that experience. Meals were ok, but for the price I had much better service, food and experience at Checkers. Never going back.
I plan on coming back again:
My wife and I got the pesto caprese flatbread for an appetizer and it was delicious! I got the crab cakes entree and my wife got the Seared scallops (4 scallops over risotto). Her dish was very good and I’d highly recommend. The crab cakes were okay, but lackluster in my opinion - I’d save that crab cake itch for another restaurant.
They don’t give you a dessert list - instead they bring a tray of assorted mousses and sherbets or whatever and if you want any, you just take what you like and they’ll pass you a fork. I had a raspberry purée over lemon curd with a basil whipped cream and my wife had a chocolate/peanut butter combo; both were very good! They had a good variety of wines and bottled beers; the draft list was mostly IPAs (our favorite) and my wife and I each had one. We will definitely go back another time.
This was our first visit to the Lancaster location and it did not disappoint. Our server, Andrew, was first rate.
This is always a good choice. The restaurant and bar area are both very nice and they have a seasonally changing menu. We've gone here numerous times and never been disappointed.
