Birthday dinner. Waiter was excellent as was food!
Disappoibted this past visit. Usually always pleased. Service super slow considering it wasnt crowded
Always a good meal, great bar service and professional/attentive servers
Dinner was AWESOME tonight as usual! Our waitress, Carolyn, was very sweet and friendly. She's another great server! For drinks, I had soda, and Mom brought her own water as always, For an appetizer, we had the Jerk Chicken Flatbread, our favorite!! We are so happy that it's going to stay on for the new summer menu! For the main course, Mom and I both ordered the Pan-Seared Local Trout with the Spring Onion and Leek Fritter, Herb Salad, Meyer Lemon Crème Fraîche, Marigold, and Chili Oil. It was cooked perfectly for the two of us! It was my first time trying the trout and I loved it!! I would order it again, except maybe next time, I would get it without the fritters. Hurry up and order it before it's gone on June 19th! For dessert, I got the Chocolate Salted Caramel Mousse with no salt, my favorite! Mom and I decided to eat outside on the patio by the water fountain, since it was a nice night out! R.J. the new manager that Steve is training, came by to say hello and see how our food was. Blake and Alyssa, two other servers that we love, also came by to see how our food was. Thanks Harvest for another great experience tonight!
We typically have a good meal at Harvest, which is why we chose to celebrate our special event here. When we made the reservation, I clearly specified that we were there to celebrate a birthday & anniversary. There were several restaurants we were deciding between, but ultimately chose Harvest because we hoped they would do something (anything) to recognize and honor our event. Upon arriving, our server asked again what we were celebrating, so we reiterated again the significance of the night. As the night continued on, our server continued to reference the birthday and anniversary we were celebrating. After dinner, she asked if we'd like coffee or dessert, which is typically when a server will say that they'd love to 'pick up' the dessert in recognition of the night. So we ordered coffee and dessert. When they delivered the dessert, they put a tiny candle in it and lit it before walking away. That was a nice gesture. But, when it was all said and done and the check arrived, the restaurant did nothing to 'make our night' special. We paid full price for everything. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. I am fairly confident that I know what the other restaurants we considered would have done for us tonight. I just thought it was important to put these thoughts down on paper in case someone else is considering celebrating a special event there. My opinion? Celebrate somewhere that may appreciate your business more.
Delicious meal. Lots of different choices. Went for a birthday lunch with friends and everyone enjoyed their meal. Would have been nice to eat outside but the weather didn’t cooperate.
Our waitress was VERY slow. She kept disappearing. Food was very delicious but it took us so long to even get our drinks and to order.
Dinner was AWESOME tonight as always! Jack was our waiter again; he is the best server EVER!! Mom and I decided to eat outside on the patio because it was so beautiful out! For drinks, I had soda and Mom brought her own water. For an appetizer, we had our favorite, the Jerk Chicken Flatbread, which was yummy as always!! For the main course, we both ordered the Beef Burgers. I ordered mine with cheese and caramelized onions with a side of the Award-winning Mac and Cheese. It was delicious and cooked perfectly! Mom ordered the same, along with a small Harvest Salad to go with it, but without the roasted soy beans. It is a vegan dish with baby mixed greens, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and a Harvest Vinaigrette. She loved it! For dessert, I had the Chocolate Salted Caramel Mousse with no salt as always! Lauren, an assistant manager, and Steve, the General Manager, who we LOVE, and Derek, an amazing talent from the kitchen, all came by to say hello! We also met R.J., a new person who is training. He is super nice! We always feel like family when we come to Harvest and we love it there! Looking forward to coming back again soon!
Food was excellent. So was my drink. Service was spotty - server inattentive even when asked for water. Restroom is tiny for the size of the place. It was very noisy even though not crowded. Several dropped dishes by staff and we were seated very close to kitchen considering number of empty tables. I will return to the one in Newtown, PA but not this one.
Their seasonal menu is generally very good - never disappointed.
We had the rice bowls with Salmon added really good hope they keep this item
Service was outstanding. Fish tacos were ok.
Great my date choice of food was not great
Dinner tonight was great as always! Blake and Allyssa took turns waiting on us, they were great as always. For drinks, I had soda, Mom had her own water and Dad had water too. I ordered the Kid's sliders, with cheese, cooked onions, and Un-Fried Fries, and the award winning mac and cheese, which was yummy as always! Mom had the Pan-Seared Local Trout, which was just as good as the last time she had it! Dad ordered the Dashi Ramen Noodle Bowl with fresh noodles, and the mushroom miso dashi broth, shallots, and scallions, minus the other vegetables and the egg because he wasn't feeling too well. Although he didn't eat much of it, he thought it was good. Mom and Dad both ordered hot tea, and I had the Chocolate Salted Caramel Mousse with no salt for dessert. It was packed here tonight, but we enjoyed ourselves as always. We came here after seeing a movie, so it was the perfect ending to a great day. Thanks Harvest!
As always, a wonderful meal and attentive service. We went specifically to try their weekend specials. Very creative. We are long time fans.
I was pleasantly surprised to find an enhanced menu and readable sized portions. I keep vegetarian and found many options. Excellent. I will be back.
Great place that always delivers. I have Celiac disease so eating out is very stressful, but it's great to know that there are certain restaurants that pay attention to their customers needs. I love the freshness of the food and the seasonal menu. They keep me coming back
portions getting smaller
salmon with potatoes, very little potato serving
cosmo cocktail served shy of full glass/second serving corrected
Very nice place, nice and clean and all the staff was very friendly, we look forward to next time.
The best mixed drinks and fresh food menu in town!
The hostess seated us probably at an outside table. The waitress was wonderful she was very attentive and she brought whatever we needed and kept checking on us. The strawberry salad I had was delicious. Overall it was a good experience
They had a plant based menu night this evening. I am vegan so love this restaurant since they have a vegan menu. However, this particular evening I didn’t enjoy the plant based selections on the menu. I did enjoy the beet and rhubarb tartare and tomato soup. Wilted salad was not a good idea, as well as the Impossible meatballs. The sweet pea flan was weird as it was flavored with mint. Service was okay and it was very noisy.
My mom and I had dinner here tonight; it was yummy as always! We decided to eat outside on the patio since it was a nice day out today. Our waiters, Jack and Servino, (who was in training), were very helpful and very friendly! For drinks, I had soda and Mom brought her own water. For an appetizer, I had the Jerk Chicken Flatbread, which was delicious! For the main course. I had the Kid's Sliders with cheese, and grilled onions on a brioche bun. The bread was a little stale, but it didn't matter. They were cooked perfectly! I got the Un-fried Fries and broccoli to go along with it. The broccoli was OK, I would not order it again, but the fries were yummy! Mom ordered the Pan-Seared Local Trout served with a spring onion & leek fritter, herb salad, Meyer lemon crème fraîche, marigold, and chili oil. She LOVED it!! I tried some too, and it was really good! For dessert, I had the Chocolate Salted Caramel Mousse with no salt. Steve and Greg, the managers, came by to see how everything was! Thanks for another great experience, Harvest! We cannot wait to come back again soon!
I had the Jamaican jerk salmon salad. It was delicious. There are so many yummie choices you really can’t go wrong for a business meeting, romantic date or lunch with a friend!
Wonderful and delicious
Always a great place and one of our favorites to frequent. All food was tasty just slightly overdone, but we’ll definitely be back!
If you’re looking for traditional and unique food try this place! Awesome food awesome service.
One of our absolute favorite spots for a date night. We like to pair a trip to Longwood Gardens seasonally with a visit to this restaurant, as their menu also changes 4 times per year, with the seasons. The food is top notch, and the service and ambiance is, as well. They always make us feel extra special, and help us to celebrate any special occasions. Every dining experience we've had here has been perfection.
Sat outside, they put us off to the side which was basically forgotten (the folks next to us left unhappy as well). Had to ask for silverware, napkins, water, and plates. Took forever to get our drinks. To top it off, staff decided to smoke outback and which came over to our table for the last 45 minutes we were there. I have come here many times and each time its not that great for the price so I will most likely pass next time and grab a table outside at the other two restaurants in the shopping center.
Great drinks, a superb menu of always fresh seasonal food that is ever changing. The staff is excellent and the atmosphere is comfortable yet classy. One of our favorite spots in the area.
We had reservations and were seated right away. It took a VERY long time for our waiter to come and even get us water. He was training someone so it could have been that. After the initial wait, the service was great. Food was delicious.
Fantastic food and atmosphere. The amount of food you get is just right. The staff is very friendly. I wish the drinks weren't so pricey, but I come to expect that with this type of restaurant. I LOVE this place.
Amazing how the food differs from one Harvest Grill to the next. We usually go to the one in Radnor and it is nothing short of stellar. At Glen Mills, I ordered the same Impossible Burger I always get in Radnor and it came out an overcooked hockey puck. They clearly do not know how to cook with this particular ingredient. Although it is indeed meatless you are supposed to be asked how you want it cooked and I was never asked by the waitress and it was really overdone. If you are going to do Harvest I would suggest avoiding this one.
We sat out on the patio, which is normally delightful. Unfortunately, the parking lot had just been resurfaced, and the noxious fumes pervaded the patio space (and every where else outside). This is not the restaurant's fault; just an unfortunate circumstance.
Nieces coming home from college!
We've been to Harvest many times. Mother's day was very crowded and noisy, but that's because it was Mother's day. The food is always great.
The food and service are always excellent. My wife and I went for Mother’s Day brunch. We were not disappointed.
I absolutely love this restaurant. My favorite place to eat out as I'm on a strict diet. Food always taste so fresh and cooked perfectly. Many items to choose from that are all fantastic. One of the only places where I can eat alot of food and not have a stomach ache after lol.
Right now they have roasted broccoli on their appetizer menu, it is delicious!!!
