Service was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I recommend the beef and lamb curry.

We had dinner in Harvest and it a really great experience for my family. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Their cocktails and cocktails ain’t a joke, it was very well mixed. Definitely need to try their chicken parmigiana and Ika vakalolo. The service was great and definitely would give 10/10 for the great team at the Crowne Plaza Fiji. Great place for special occasions. Hoping to get back here soon 😬

We booked for dinner and we ordered chicken wings, fries, chicken satay skewers, crumbed lamb, butter chicken and fish in coconut milk. We got complimentary fruits and creme Brule. Out of everything, the only thing that had some flavour in it was fries, fish in coconut milk, creme Brule n fruits. Firstly it took almost 1 hour for the food to come and my kid almost fell asleep and couldn't eat. The dishes didn't have any taste, no seasonings and no flavor. Suggest to please review the tasting process. Whilst on the other hand, breakfast meals are amazing at the same restaurant, so abit surprising of the dinner menu.

I must say Wow Just Wow once we walked in the Plaza we were greeted by the staff amazing friendly, absolutely felt so welcomed. Rooms so beautiful & clean, Pool & breakfast bar, Restaurants just delicious. Thank you so much husband & I appreciate you all we couldn’t fault anything we enjoyed yourselves & relaxing time. Entertainment loved it. Thank you Crown Plaza Highly recommend 💯 will be coming back with our kids next year.

Whole resort experience was very underwhelming when it comes to food. Overdone, poorly executed, nothing matched to its origins.

From checking in at the front of the restaurant, to be shown to our table, taking our coffee orders & then both the lovely servers who came to our table, introduced themselves & asked if everything was okay: Jose & Teresia - THANK YOU!!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the New Year's Eve buffet experience at your restaurant. We chose your establishment based on the advertised buffet menu, which seemed promising, but unfortunately, the actual offerings on the day were significantly different and did not live up to the expectations set by your website. The food was subpar, with some dishes, like the lamb, being dry and tasteless. Overall, the hot food was disappointing and lacked flavor. For a 5-star hotel, the standard was far below what one would expect, especially given the price we paid for the event. To make matters worse, the food provided was not aligned with the menu that was advertised online for the event, which added to our frustration. I still have a copy of the menu from your website, and I was truly disappointed by the stark contrast between what was promised and what was actually served. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of the dining experience for future guests. Regrettably, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
