At The Harvest restaurant for dinner our main server was O.K. Did not follow up after receiving our appetizer and main course if we needed anything. No offer of Parmesan cheese for the two beef and pork bolognese pasta dishes and the thousand island dressing was missing on the dry aged burger. Dante and Tristan were more attentive and friendly making sure our drinks were refilled and clearing the dishes. The meals were excellent!

Dinner and service at The Harvest restaurant was excellent! Amy was our server, she was very attentive and friendly. The three of us had the steak, scollops and salmon, all well prepared and delicious. Thank you Amy for the wonderful service.

First and foremost, the service was absolutely impeccable! The hostesses and waiters went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant time. The food was very delicious! We ordered the Spanish Octopus, fries, onion soup, and fettuccine Bolognese. Portions are more than enough for two people.
Would definitely come back for the beautiful live music and amazing food & service!

Can’t beat the view. Servers were friendly and accommodating. It was a bit cold in the outside patio but the heat lamps helped the problem. Loved the pancakes! 😁

Couldn't have been a better Valentine's Day dinner! Outstanding ambience, service (our waiter, Josh), heated blankets, superb cocktails (Manhattan and Kir Royale) and outstanding meals. Fresh oysters harvested just the day before, fall of the bone Pork Shank and collard greens and a Rib eye so tender I didn't need a knife. Even the delicious smoked bacon in my baked potato was outstanding! Loved the soft guitar music and soft vocals in the background. After dinner we enjoyed sitying down by the fire to hear more music. Lovely evening!!

So relaxing it’s like being on a mini vacation for a few hours the music the view every one so welcoming

Valentines Breakfast

The waiter, Sal, was a trooper! It looked like he was the only waiter working all of the tables (some support staff, but not enough). It took well over 30 minutes to get our first drink, which came after the appetizers… Granted we saw a couple sit next to us, after we were seated and, get our exact same drinks, so we think they just happened to be delivered to the wrong table.
It was fabulous having live music, it was the first time we’ve heard it since the shut down and whoever he was was very good and we had a lot of fun listening to him.
We had a late seating and maybe that explains the dryness, but the Caesar and green salad were freshly prepared and then gnocchi was tasty, as were the cocktails

I love this place and will continue to go. The setting is beautiful and a hidden jewel in orange county. Unfortunately, I’m always disappointed with the food. I had shrimp tacos today and they were very average. They didn’t have a lot of flavor. My son had a club sandwich and there was nothing special about it. I will say the french fries were good. I just think for the location and the price, the food should be delicious.

Beautifully done outdoor dining. View of the golf course which is in great shape, tables spaced apart, plenty of heaters for chilly days/evenings, nice selections of wines and cocktails. Food was great too - we had the roasted Brussels sprouts which were perfection! Shrimp tacos and Cobb salad. All were delicious.

Hubby and my Valentines Breakfast was wonderful! Rosie was very nice and prompt to take our order. I had the American Breakfast which I chose two poached eggs, fennel sausage, wheat toast and potatoes. Hubby got the avocado toast. Our meals were so yummy. I also got a Bloody Mary which was delicious. Our view was of the beautiful golf course. There was plenty of seating and social distancing and all were wearing masks. Breakfast is the best time to come if you don’t want the crowds. We will definitely return with our teens.

I had the French onion soup and it was absolutely delicious! Probably the best I’ve ever had-

We had a 55th Birthday celebration for my wife and were staying at the Ranch Hotel for the weekend. There were six gusts in our party and the service from Philip was excellent, he was very accommodating with seating requests and heaters as it was quite cold in the evening. He also allowed out birthday balloons to be placed near to our table. The manager also assisted with some of our requests. The live music was great too, and he played many of our requests. Food was very good especially the scallops and Chocolate Bread Pudding! Thank you.

My fellow and I are locals and this is our favorite date night restaurant. Food is always fantastic and service is outstanding. Love the Brussel sprouts, French onion soup, and the sea scallops.

The patio was in direct sun and got really hot. More umbrellas would be nice!

Normally I never give a bad review but our experience was so bad I have to share. Pluses: Nice patio, lots of heaters, live music on the patio, good food.. Service was the issue, we arrived for dinner seated promptly - waiter was slow greeting us but took our drink order... 20 minutes later our drinks arrived, waiter took our appetizer order 30 minutes later the appetizers arrived.... they had our favorite wine ordered the wine server said they didn’t offer that variety, I showed him the list indicating that they did offer the variety. He said he would check time went by he came back - could not find the wine. Another 30 minutes went by and our server came by and asked if we wanted desert.... I said it would be nice if we could order dinner first. Needless to say we asked for the check and left. Did I mention we were stay at the Ranch also?

We enjoyed lunch on the patio. The Harvest never disappoints! The food was delicious and the service was top notch.

I will blame COVID. Short staffed, out of things on the menu. Normally that wouldn't bother me but when you're staying at The Ranch you expect more. It just wasn't all that it was made out to be. Maybe my expectations were too high.

We’ve been frequenting Harvest for a while now and have noticed that food quality has slowly gone downhill over the past 6-9 months. New chef? COVID cost cutting measures? This last outing today was so mediocre that we are contemplating making it our last.

Harvest is an awesome beautiful restaurant tucked into natural hills overlooking the golf course. My bean burger was delicious. I will definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our lunch. The food was good and the service was exceptional.

The ambiance of being in nature is the big plus here, so I didn't expect much when I saw the menu. But we were happily surprised. The offerings seem simple, but the food was amazingly delicious! And Jayne, our server, and Frank, a Buser, were kind, helpful and delightful. Our experience could not have been better.
