A steady Harvard Square presence for almost 50 years, Harvest embodies the ever-evolving spirit of Cambridge and deep respect for culinary tradition. Our seasonal menus marry the innovation of contemporary cooking with a timeless respect for American culinary traditions and an emphasis on local farmers and purveyors. Our spacious bar, fireside dining, and hidden gem of a patio each offer a welcome reprieve from the fast-paced world happening just outside our doors.

Serving Lunch, Dinner, and Saturday/Sunday Brunch with seating on our seasonal outdoor Garden Terrace. We highly recommend making a reservation; outside tables are available weather permitting and may be requested but cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Harvest offers Private Dining from 15 to 60 people. Sit-down lunches, dinners, and receptions are just some of the Private Functions Harvest can provide.

We had a wonderful experience at Harvest. We started with martinis with chip and dip! Such a nice way to start our dining experience!! We followed that with the arugula salad - light and fresh plus the toasted pine nuts really added the perfect note! Next we had grilled asparagus and the ribeye steak. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! We want to give a special shout out to our waitress who was very personable and accommodating. I highly recommend Harvest and look forward to going again!

I love that Harvest is still around after all these years. The food is great, nice menu choices. Only downside was the service was very slow, almost non-existent. It won't keep us from returning but will try dinner or sitting at the bar next time.

We had the great pleasure of attending the second in a series of three Harvest Alumni Dinners. During these dinners, past chefs return to Harvest to bring together a feast of extraordinarily delectable dishes. We were served four generous courses of a variety of seafoods - topped off with a spectacular peach tart. The next in the series is on September 18th - menu yet to be posted. I urge you to attend if you are in the area - this is dining at its best!

Great brunch on Sunday! We really enjoyed the 3 cheese plate as an appetizer. I also appreciated that my request for a seat near window was made. We’ll be back again.

Celebrating a 25th birthday. Brunch on a Sunday morning. Lovely outdoors seating but under cover. Good food and strong drinks. Wonderful server. Not rushed. An oldie but a goodie….Harvest.

Keep in mind that, with Harvest, if you find it by searching for good lobster roll, you may be quite surprised by the (quite) high prices. By 8:30 p.m., the dining room is packed (on weekends) and the noise level is fairly high. Serice, in our experience, is extremely good: attentive, prompt, and friendly.

Great location. Beautiful space. We sat outside, which was lovely. The food was well presented and very tasty. Unfortunately, our waiter was very inattentive, requiring to waive him down.
