Harvest by Roy Ellamar - Bellagio
Here, we pay homage to the origin of food, with farm-fresh ingredients and naturally-raised products. Being born into a family of farmers, hunters and fisherman, I understand the process food goes through in the journey from farm-to-table. I hope to share this experience with you by ensuring quality, purity and freshness prevail in every creation.
We invite you to share plates and moments, and be captivated by the reinvention of locally-sourced rustic cooking.

We came for my birthday and when they learnt that the server brought a sticky toffee cake for the table with a candle, it was delicious and a great touch. They also knew we were in a rush for our show and they were very accommodating . It was an excellent experience.
I will definitely return to Harvest when I am in Vegas again. The spiced pumpkin soup was delicious with all of the "crunchies" sprinkled on top -especially the white pomegranate seeds. The lambchops were cooked to perfection. And the brussels sprouts salad was simply yummy in every way! GREAT RESTAURANT!!!
Thank you to everyone for making our dinner experience an unforgettable one!
Thank you to the chefs- especially D for your taking such good care of us! We really appreciate it! Every aspect of our evening at Harvest was incredible!!! Thank you!!!
This has become one of our favorite places for a nice meal in Vegas. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is fresh and creative. We have been 5 times now and we have never been disappointed.
Food is good, totally solid. Not great. Service was really rushed despite a mostly empty restaurant. Some might appreciate their efficiency but when I was just swallowing my last bite of appetizer as my entree arrived it felt overly speedy.
Energetic restaurant with inspired menu choices - overall one of the best meals we had in Las Vegas.
The food exceeded expectations . Four of us had dinner at harvest and all of our choices were very creative and tasted great. It was my first time trying branzino and it was fantastic. The staff were attentive without being intrusive.
Trop long a servir
C’était très bon mais il ne faut pas avoir faim
Great food and service made for an enjoyable evening.
We have eaten there several times when staying at the Bellagio, and have never been disappointed! The food is incredibly good, and all fresh ingredients from all over, the service is always outstanding, and the restaurant very nice!
Amazing service, great ambience. Food was fresh and tasteful.
We ordered mostly vegetarian items and they had no taste and were quite hard to get through. I was served underripe figs and melon in the melon salad that never should have left the kitchen. The carrot soup was very good however.
Amazing! Food and service was excellent! Farm to table which was delicious, tasted fresh and was a good size portion to share with a small group. Probably one of my new favorite spots on the strip. I will be back!
An amazing restaurant - not to be missed. Flavors, presentation, service all spot on!
This was an impressive menu. Harvest is a winner, vegetarians and carnivores alike. Although there are main entrees, don't go there. Stick to the small plates to share. Octopus and cheese board were great. If you want a quality cocktail for two, the smoking gun is not to be missed!
Great spot, lively. Great food
Good overall meal with great presentation. Diverse menu selections. Enjoyed some small plate appetizers and drinks.
We started with two appetizers: the toybox melon & figs and the heirloom tomato with burrata - both were delicious though the heirloom was served colder than we would have liked. We moved on to three equally fine main dishes: the branzino, the lamb chops, and the roasted chicken brined in local ale: all boasted balanced flavors and perfectly cooked meats. We finished with three desserts: the chocolate/lemon mousse (good but forgettable), the very fine spiced pear bread pudding (superb) and the clear winner - toffee pudding with crispy bacon and an utterly perfect caramel sauce. Order it. After a satisfying and meal woth every penny of its medium-high prices, the toffee pudding made us want more.
Our group of 3 shared everything, ordered no alcohol, and spent approx $280 (this total includes our tip.) We would do it again and highly recommend Roy Ellamar's farm-to-table haven.
The Gunsmoke cocktails, the salt & pepper octopus, and the Washington oysters were outstanding. Wildly exceeded our expectations.
This beautiful modern farm to table restaurant does not dissapoint. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Great for that special occasion.
My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had a great meal, and the service was attentive but not overly so. The food was interesting and delicious- it was clear the chef values creativity!
Excellent service, friendly hosts, a quiet table as requested for a birthday celebration. Food was excellent and the sommelier helped us pick an excellent bottle of Bordeaux. Highly recommend
Food was terrible. Service in an empty restaurant was painfully slow.
The scallops came out lukewarm, the eggplant dish was no more than soggy croutons in tomato sauce with some eggplant and cheese and my daughter’s chicken dish was ok until we tried the spinach and it was simply a watery pile of spinach flavored mush.
This restaurant is overpriced, overhyped and my guess it will be out of business within 6 months.
Really poor showing for a hotel of the Bellagio’s calibre.
Worst part about it was we went for my daughter’s 10th birthday and when she left she said “ we have blood clots in our legs because we sat there so long.”
We learned of harvest when we were staying at the Bellagio Las Vegas. The ambience of the restaurant is really unique and the service was friendly and accommodating.
The food was good but quite overpriced for what it was. Both my husband and I got vegetarian meals and were happy with them but felt they were not worth the price. We can’t speak to the meat options because we truly don’t know.
After dinning at Harvest I can attest to some of the reviews I read which expressed concerns about being overpriced. If money is no object and you like crafty cocktails and a cool ambience check it out.
Loved the smokehouse drink and presentation. Food was Delish! Joseph our server incredible!
My daughter is vegan and the restaurant had several options that met her needs. I liked all of the fresh vegetables and fish. The shrimp were fabulous.
This is the best restaurant in all of Las Vegas! The food was absolutely perfect. We shared the appetizers, salad, a main course and a dessert. We had the octopus appetizer which was tender and the best we had ever had. We also had the Hamachi appetizer which was exquisite with an avocado mouse and a wonderful flavored oil underneath and a chopped relish to die for. The salad was delightful, fresh and tasty with beets and rainbow radishes. The bread was irresistible. The scallop main course was done with a perfect sear and presented beautifully. The mango desert was simply amazing in color, taste and creativity. The entire meal was so good we cancelled our reservation for the next night and returned to Harvest. Chef Ellamar and his team are doing a tremendous job!
We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and our bus boy. The first words spoken by our waiter were, “so, have you made a decision?” We ordered the Harvest (tasty) and Kale (big and bland) salads; and, the Bronzino (wonderful) and Halibut (very dry). Our bus boy checked on us often, the waiter remained aloof, introducing himself as he picked up the check..... We were expecting more.
Got a nice booth for our Bday party of 6. EVERYTHING was outstanding. Great wine list.
Food was exceptional and presentation was beautiful. My fish entree was one of the best I’ve tasted, but the portion size was a little disappointing considering everything is alacarte.
The Havest restaurant in Las Vegas is a gem. We had the harvest braised eggplant, lambchops and mushroom farro risotto. Roy was in the kitchen and we were told that he is in the kitchen most nights. He sent the spicy avacado toast to the table with his complements. A very nice treat. He also came to the table and was very gracious. We will be back on our next visit to Las Vegas and maybe he will open another restaurant in Miami so we can enjoy his creative cuisine more often.
The food was good, but the value just wasn’t there. The portions are small and although the food tasted wonderful, I expected more. To pay $170.00 for two entrees, a side, and two cocktails was a little over the top. But, that’s Vegas. Would I go back? No.
Unique dishes as well as standard american fare. Excellent!
They ran out of chicken and lamb chops on a Saturday night. Food was average and not creative. Ambiance was cold and the vibe dull.
One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. Kind of tucked away in Bellagio but well worth finding. I usually get some kind of seafood and all the dishes have been excellent. Halibut this time. Yum!
Excellent! One of my new favorites...Don’t know why we haven’t eaten here before, i guess because it’s not very publicized but well worth it!
The Vegas restaurant scene is top notch with familiar and exciting new chefs constantly trying to outdo one another. We have eaten at many of these amazing places, but Harvest hands down is the best meal we have had in Vegas. Fresh ingredients, locally sourced, and meticulously prepared. Chef Roy is on site to oversee it all and even found time to visit with guests. Highly recommend the ribeye, halibut, beet salad, and salt & pepper octopus, but I really don’t think you can go wrong with anything on this menu. The hardest thing is settling on one meal because you will want to try everything. We will come back for that very reason. Simply amazing.
Very nice place, just small portions for the price.
I live Harvest. Always delicious food. A gem at Bellagio
