This was a wonderful culinary experience. The service was exceptional. There was such attention to detail and genuine interest by the staff. And the food, there are no words. It was so creative from the flat bread appetizer to the best dessert ever. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this restaurant.
Excellent food! The Man from Hilo did a great job! Mahalo!
Harvest was fantastic. While it is on the pricier end (the portions aren't huge), we shared two entrees and three appetizers between two of us and we were still very satisfied. All of the dishes were interesting, well presented, and tasted great. I highly recommend the mushroom truffle risotto if it is on the menu during your visit, and the Brussels sprouts were also very flavorful. I told them in advance that this visit was for a birthday and they presented a nice treat at the end. Overall, very happy with the food and the service and would definitely recommend.
Let me start off by saying- the food was FABULOUS. My boyfriend and I had the Flatbread, Scallops, eggplant, and mashed potatoes and they were incredible. I highly recommend the Mashed potatoes! The menu was creative, fresh, and fun! The atmosphere was wonderful, the open space was cozy and relaxing and the modern design with a rustic feel was super exciting to look at!
With that said, the service was legitimately the worst service I’ve ever had and I will never be back. We were a birthday party of 11, all excited to eat and enjoy, and we’re all pretty forgiving people who are just there to chill out. But wow. We ordered drinks 20 minutes after we sat down, waiting 15 minutes for them, then were able to order food. Our food took over an hour to come and 2 people got the wrong dish. After that, we waited another half hour for more drinks. They were lovely and brought my friend a dessert on the house which was great, but as soon as we were finished and ready to pay the bill, we waited another 25 minutes for the bills to arrive. As soon as the bill arrived, we waiting 20 minutes for the server to return. He took our cards and disappeared for another 25 minutes! If he was busy and gave us the heads up as to why were were waiting so long, I would understand, but we barely saw him. We weren’t in Las Vegas for a long time for waiting that long to get going and enjoy the rest of the hotel was awful.
It’s so unforunate that the service was so bad because the Chef absolutely deserves better.
Lamb chops were perfection!
I had a great waiter who recommended several dishes and I chose the crispy shrimp and ribeye. Both were excellent! My steak was cooked exactly the way I asked and melted in my mouth. The restaurant is expensive...but that’s Vegas for you!
My husband and I have been dinning there for the past two years and the food has been outstanding! And the service ..excellent! It’s one of our favorite places to dine in Las Vegas.
Food was disappointing. Salmon was dry, albeit served medium. Vegetarian Eggplant Parm was Ok...but croutons melted in the sauce - not the best texture. Naan bread was tasty as well as the Brussels sprouts.
Given the plethora of excellent options, I would not recommend.
It was great!
Great dinner, service, and overall experience
Service was attentive and outstanding. Ambiance was beautiful! We had party of 7. So we had orders from fries, salads, pastas, scallops, ribeye steak, cocktail, etc. Let put it short. The foods qualities are NOT worth the prices they charged. My very pricey ribeye steak wasn't as good as or as tasty as the prime rib steak that I had the next day at the Wynn buffet. Beautiful restaurant but not the place to be if you are looking for good foods.
Everything was great
I am so sad to write a negative review for Harvest. First I must say that we have eaten here once before which at that time was wonderful. This time it was just okay. I was sad that they now only offer the snack cart in the bar area, this was one of the fun parts of dining here. When we asked if we would be able to order anything from there we were informed that it was only an option for the bar area. I felt that the menu was limited. We had the CRISPY GULF SHRIMP and the Pork Lettuce Wrap both were good and the best part of the meal. For entrees we had the Ribeye (okay) , Filet mignon ( had an odd taste to it) and the Lobster Risotto (a bit fishy but okay). We did not order dessert since we did not enjoy our meal.
Food was good, but not great. Nothing stood out as “spectacular”. I had tuna poke and diver scallops, my colleague had a filet and smashed potatoes. Both of my dishes were a little bland, and seemed to be missing something (cilantro or a little more kick for the poke, and some citrus or salt would have been perfect for the scallops). Unfortunately, our server was pretty inattentive - to the point that (20 minutes after dinner; which he never checked on us during) the hostess finally came and asked us if we wanted desert menus/coffee. Over all, it was ok, but probably not a place I feel compelled to return too.
Great service and outstanding food
Service painfully slow
Very very disappointing meal. As well don’t trust the internet site since key menu items are not available.
Service was slow and not very attentive. Seemed like dinner lasted longer than expected or needed to be.
This restaurant is in a great space, glassed in kitchen stations in the center, nice vibe. The place was full, but that doesn’t excuse an extraordinary wait for service, for refills from our wine bottle, or for delivery of food. After a salad course, we sat waiting for close to 25 minutes for the mains. The waiter stopped by once and said the food would be up in a minute, but it wasn’t. When it came, it was essentially tasteless. My companion ordered farro “risotto,” which was very watery and tasteless. I had questioned the waiter about an eggplant dish, wondering whether it would be crisp or soggy, and was told it would be crisp and tasty. The eggplant slices came in a watery tomato broth. Ordinary bread croutons had been sprinkled on top and had quickly become soggy. The dish had no taste. “Crispy” Brussels sprouts were undercooked, and couldn’t be cut with a table knife. Our waiter was very inattentive and flippant. We sent back the dishes and declined replacements. The manager comped the “meal,” which basically meant we got a free salad and half bottle of champagne. In Vegas, this doesn’t pass for the kind of evening one expects. We come to Vegas often, but won’t go back to Harvest.
Awesome food and very cool design
The ambience does not feel like you are in an upscale LV restaurant. The food is outstanding!
Excellent pork belly, shrimp, pork chop. Wonderful service. Fresh, well cooked, great flavored food.
Unfortunately- they had a larger party and they kept moving tables and chairs. It was very distracting and they left us sitting in a very awkward location with no thought of how it effected our dining experience.
Great food and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed talking with servers and the sommelier. Octopus was dynamite! Nice place for a date. Open kitchen is always entertaining to watch as well.
Will gladly come back again next time in Vegas!
This place covers all categories: date, biz, family, special occasion ! Great food, beautiful interior fixtures and LOVE THE FOOD!
Great experience with very good food and wine list. Ambience was ideal and very neat to be able to see into the kitchen. Only qualm was the value and fact that some items on the menu were not available at time.
Group of 14, private room - fantastic experience.
The food was absolutely amazing... will definitely return the next time I am in Vegas!
Third time I have been there. Each time has been wonderful. This may be my favorite LV restaurant!!!
I used to love Sensi. That was the previous restaurant in the same space. Harvest was just as Memorable. Creative presentations and delicious food. The service is also excellent. Open kitchen concept very pleasant. Will definitely go back.
We loved the Wild Alaskan Halibut and the Harvest Chicken. The Chicken was amazing in complex flavor and juiciness; a triumph for this chef. Service was over the top. We are from Hawaii and look forward to another great meal at Harvest on our next trip.
Food was outstanding as it usually is at harvest. Server and chef were very accommodating to allergies and attentive to needs of the table. Great spot for a delicious meal!
We had a great time, our waiter was very knowledgeable and perfect with his service!
It was good but not special. Nice menu and wine but not my favorite place.
Second time at Harvest and enjoyed it again this year! Food is good - nice mix of creative and some basics -- service is always good. Good wine list with a lot of variety. Only downside: tables are close together and noise level is pretty high...so wouldn't choice for a romantic option.
Have been here many times and always enjoy it. The service staff is great and fun to watch the food prep in the kitchen.
outstanding dining in las vegas would recommend this rest. to anyone
visiting las vegas. great food and service, a little pricey but your on
vacation so enjoy.
It all began at the bar with amazing handcrafted cocktails. We would have been satisfied with only that. But fortunately the sights and flavors continued throughout dinner with each morsel being more impressive than the one before it. Thank you for an excellent Anniversary dinner, a wonderful table with a sweet view of the kitchen and impeccable service from hostess, bartender and waiter. You all made it a memorable evening for us.
What a wonderful evening. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and shrimp tempura appetizers. The beet salad was perfect and our main entrées were all satisfying and flavorful. Highly Recommend this restaurant
