Harvest by Roy Ellamar - Bellagio
Here, we pay homage to the origin of food, with farm-fresh ingredients and naturally-raised products. Being born into a family of farmers, hunters and fisherman, I understand the process food goes through in the journey from farm-to-table. I hope to share this experience with you by ensuring quality, purity and freshness prevail in every creation.
We invite you to share plates and moments, and be captivated by the reinvention of locally-sourced rustic cooking.

I really enjoyed EVERYTHING about the food! Harvest salad could possibly make me a vegetarian! The fish entree was simple in the design yet had the depth of flavors and textures really experienced... I can’t really explain what made it all so good, but it was all really damn good!
Located in a more quiet area of The Bellagio this was a very nice evening. The kitchen is in the center of the restaurant open to watch the cooking. Food was very good and had several vegetarian choices.
The ambiance and food were outstanding. My 82 year old mother and I split a steak that was beyond delicious.
Food was good, service was good, ambiance was great
Food was delicious; steaks were perfect, truffle fries were amazing, everything was delicious. Ambiance was pleasant. Noise level was low. Good for a business dinner. Our waiter, Fabio, was lovely. I would recommend to friends/colleagues.
Family March break
Very large party near us that was very noisy. We were told they would be leaving in 30 minutes. They didn’t leave for 90. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk
We tried this restaurant as our before show dinner and could not have been happier! From the open wall/glass kitchen, which we love, to the fine dining experience, quality cocktails and food and great service! And Roy himself was delivering plates to the tables. The food was excellent and the waiter was superb! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend.
It was a great experience
The food was very good but choices were limited. Service wasn't the best we waited a long time before the server appeared. While he was helpful with the menu items overall wasn't very attentive.
After researching this restaurant, we arrived with pretty high expectations. I am glad to say they were all met.
The service was absolutely phenomenal. Every person we came into contact with seemed warm, and genuinely happy with their job. They were incredibly attentive, gave great recommendations, and made us feel very welcome, almost as if we had been there 100 times before.
For food, we had the filet, which was cooked perfectly, with incredibly rich sauces. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The salad was great, with a lot of color, crisp, great dressing. The surprise for us was the flat bread. The prosciutto was seared nicely in the oven, and goat cheese was melted just right. But the bread was what truly set this flatbread apart. It appeared substantial and thick, but this couldn’t have been further from the truth. The bread was airy, light, and had a wonderful sear.
The ambiance is great, combining a modern atmosphere of glass and stainless steel with warm textures like wood and stone. It is interesting, while comfortable. The kitchen has to be the quietest we have ever experienced.
Overall I cannot recommend Harvest highly enough, what a wonderful experience!
Horrible frozen tasteless food.
The atmosphere was lovely, food and service were outstanding. Will definitely visit again when back in town!
I’ve been wanting to go to Harvest for over a year now so being it was my birthday I thought it was the perfect occasion. It DID NOT let me down! The drinks and food were absolutely beautiful and delectable. The waiter was great. The ambiance alone was spectacular. HIGHLY recommend even for Harvest Hour (5-6pm) for $7 drinks and snacks!
Six of us with differing tastes, all enjoyed a great dinner last night. I’ll always come back here. Thank you! Diver scallops, filet, arugula salad.... the meal, the wine, the apps....everything was spot on
Fresh, innovative, well-proportioned and delicious food. Service by Ken the waiter and Matt the sommelier made a very relaxed enjoyable dining experience. A special thank you to Shelly the manager for overseeing our dining experience Definitely a restaurant I would return to.
Outstanding service. Food was very good, zero complaints about quality of presentation and delivery.
This place is in Bellagio, so if you are local, you probably will feel it is over priced. If a visitor, remember it's more expensive b/c of location.
Would I go back? Absolutely. I was there for dinner this time, previously lunch. Both visits met or exceeded expectations.
Wonderiful food and ambiance! Highly recommend this fabulous restaurant!
Harvest by Roy is a must! Everything on the menu is delicious!
Perfect place to go with work colleagues to celebrate or work together and enjoy excellent food and conversation
It was amazing!! Great service and great food!! The scallops were amazing as was the filet.
Marriage vow renewal dinner. My wife and I visited Vegas from Nashville for hockey, marriage renewal and see the sites. We had a wonderful time and our dinner at Harvest was a great finish to our special day. Harvest is absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and the cocktails creative. Our server was excellent and we will definitely for at Harvest on our next visit.
Absolutely recommending to other people and returning myself. We had a few amazing cocktails and a number of appetizers that were all great. The kitchen is all open concept and broken up throughout the place with walls are all massive boulders. Great date night
Really good food, great service.
The restaurant is stunning, loved the look and layout. The service was just so-so. Food was not worth the price. My scallops tasted good, but really, 3 scallops for $44 is crazy.
The food is well presented and flavorful! The ambiance is great. It has a great wine list at reasonable prices! I will be back to try other dishes.
Best scallops I've had anywhere and I get them anytime I see them on a menu. Everyone in our party of 8 loved their food and the service. Very loud during a busy dinner time. May be much quieter when not full.
What an awesome dining experience! Food was over the top and having the kitchen open was a spectacle in itself. We had a party of 5 and were seating at a table which could have called the chefs table right next to the kitchen. If you’re a bourbon drinker I highly recommend the smoked bourbon. All the other specialty drinks were amazing as well. From a food standpoint our party had the ribeye, salmon, scallops. I’m not a ribeye person but that was the BEST I have ever had. Salmon and scallops were done to perfection! Notable side dishes were the mushrooms and truffle fries. Too die for. A MUST in Vegas!
Seafood tower salty, overcooked
Eggplant entree inedible
Divers scallops and lamb ossobuco came to table barely warm
Once the waiter knew we weren't interested in their red meat options he seem to lose interest in telling us about he menu. This was NOT a high end Vegas dinning event. Service was poor to average, the vibe of the place was just not appealing to me, while my wife did like the decor. Food was super average not at all what you'd expect at the Bellagio. We went there the first night of our stay and right way it was a disappointment. Also perhaps telling on a Friday night the place was not at all full. There are so many outstanding places to dine in Vegas, skip this one.
Great food and staff
The food was good, not great; the service was also good, not great. For the price, the value was lacking. The Branzino entree was about 2 ozs, the steaks were fine but not special (The Keg is better), the sides were average.
Fantastic! The house made root beer is incredible. Everything was authentic and fresh. Would definitely eat here again.
Excellent food, nice staff, good atmosphere. Will plan to go here next time in Las Vegas.
Really a cool vibe, great atmosphere, great contemporary visuals. Excellent menu, food and wine options, but way overpriced. A business dinner for 4 should not be $550, but typical of the "new" Las Vegas. Service was a bit un-attentive at times. The concept of "sustainable" farming didn't register with us. What is a "sustainable" filet mignon? Overall a good place to eat, just pricey!.
Presented us with a lovely 50th anniversary dessert!
Great fresh food, great location, great atmosphere (we could talk to each other easily). One of the best restaraunt designs in Las Vegas.
Excellent all around!
Wonderful. Food was fresh and well presented. Very very good. The halibut was amazing!
