Harvest by Roy Ellamar - Bellagio
Here, we pay homage to the origin of food, with farm-fresh ingredients and naturally-raised products. Being born into a family of farmers, hunters and fisherman, I understand the process food goes through in the journey from farm-to-table. I hope to share this experience with you by ensuring quality, purity and freshness prevail in every creation.
We invite you to share plates and moments, and be captivated by the reinvention of locally-sourced rustic cooking.

They ran out of chicken and lamb chops on a Saturday night. Food was average and not creative. Ambiance was cold and the vibe dull.
One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. Kind of tucked away in Bellagio but well worth finding. I usually get some kind of seafood and all the dishes have been excellent. Halibut this time. Yum!
Excellent! One of my new favorites...Don’t know why we haven’t eaten here before, i guess because it’s not very publicized but well worth it!
The Vegas restaurant scene is top notch with familiar and exciting new chefs constantly trying to outdo one another. We have eaten at many of these amazing places, but Harvest hands down is the best meal we have had in Vegas. Fresh ingredients, locally sourced, and meticulously prepared. Chef Roy is on site to oversee it all and even found time to visit with guests. Highly recommend the ribeye, halibut, beet salad, and salt & pepper octopus, but I really don’t think you can go wrong with anything on this menu. The hardest thing is settling on one meal because you will want to try everything. We will come back for that very reason. Simply amazing.
Very nice place, just small portions for the price.
I live Harvest. Always delicious food. A gem at Bellagio
Amazing food, service and restaurant! Can't wait to go back.
Our food was good but feel there are better options in Vegas. We had two other fantastic experiences so we found this disappointing in comparison. We had lobster risotto, filet, Branzino and truffle fries. The truffle fries were the best!
A best desert with Bacon..EVER!!
The place was noisy for a business meal and the food was too expensive compared to the value. I don’t mind paying $100/person meal yet want to have something relatively nicer. Overall the place seemed to us a tired looking another high name restaurant. Especially the $19/glass wine could easily be $12/bottle in generic wine store and the green tea and mango cake looked pretty but didn’t have tea and mango taste. Nothing special overall, unfortunately.
One of the best meals my wife and I have had in Vegas. We ordered a table full of appetizers and salads and never got into the entrees. Wonderful!
The snack wagon provided a great meal at a remarkable value. Watching the chefs prepare the dishes and chatting about the prep made for a special experience
This restaurant is beautiful to look at for sure! The food was good, not outstanding, and for that price point I think it should be great! The french fries were the best thing we had.
Amazing farm to table.
Wife’s 50th Birthday, everyone was very nice and professional. The food was amazing by all accounts. Wife’s Diver Scallops were so tender and sweet. My Pork Chop was very moist and tender. We were a party of 7, and everyone was very happy with their meal choices. Highly recommend!
Great meal! I would go back.
Very bland and unimpressive food.
The food and service at Harvest was exceptional. The only Downside was the noise level. It was so loud our dinner party could barely hear our own conversation. Really put a damper on the evening.
Excellent, fresh food. We loved the meals we had (scallops and Halibut), and had THE BEST DESSERT EVER, The chocolate cake with toffee, bacon, and ice cream! Would go back, just for that!
We were a bit underwhelmed with the food. We had walked by many times and were very excited. The crispy shrimp appetizers were not very crispy and bland in flavor. The rib-eye steak was very flavorful but not a typical cut of rib-eye. Lobster risotto had less then 6 small chunks of lobster in it. We are glad we experienced it, but will probably not go back again.
My favorite Las Vegas restaurant at this time - good food, good service, fresh farm to table feeling and lovely setting! This was my 4th visit here in 8 months.
Wonderful for birthday celebration. The food was very fresh, the drinks refreshing, and the service nice.
Outstanding experience. They accepted a last minute open table reservation for 9 - sat us at the chefs table - and we proceeded to enjoy one of the best meals I’ve had in years. My colleague sitting next to me died and went to heaven with his filet mignon.
I “try” and eat vegetarian - and had an amazing salad and farrow with morels and truffles. OMG!
Beautiful restaurant and decor! Excellent, friendly service. Food was great and beautifully presented.
Very pricey, but that’s Bellagio. Cheese tray $25.
Our meal was excellent. I had the seared sea scallops and my husband had the lamb. I also had the bacon and kale salad which was very fresh and flavorful. My husband ordered the raw oysters which he said were very good. Our server, (can’t remember his name) was from Croatia, and he was
More ham excellent. Made our experience better than expected.
We came in Friday night to the property and looked for a restraurant at the hotel. What was unexpected was the high level of quality and service we had. The speciality drinks started the meal off, followed by great appetizers and truly memorable entrees. If there was ONE thing we all felt was unique was the asparagus in a tasty batter fried to PERFECTION!!!
The food was fantastic!
Excelent food and service - outstanding!
A bit loud and ambiace was "ok"....not overly special
We were a large group - initially 8, but ultimately 11 - and both seating and service were a breeze. Wine service was top notch. The menu was fairly extensive. The table shared appetizers, all of which were fabulous, and to a person everyone enjoyed their entrees. I highly recommend Harvest.
We got an excellent table with views of the kitchen, it was magical. Food was outstanding along with the staff. I've eatn at a lot of Vegas restaurants and this is one of the most memorable, definitely worthy of a stop.
This was my second time at Harvest! My first time I visited during the Catersource conference and knew immediately that I just had to bring my friends. Amazing food and fabulous service! I Love the aesthetic of the restaurant as well. You get to watch the Chefs through large glass windows!
This place was appalling. We weren’t offered to order food for 35 minutes and didn’t eat a bite for an hour and a half. Comped creme brûlée was solid, freezing and borderline rancid. Steak was served tepid.
We had 4 apologies reflecting each complaint during the dinner and overall resentment from the staff. They don’t care. I know it’s vegas and there is no shortage of diners but at 50$ for a main course I expect some effort, semblance of elegance and at least feigned hospitality.
Wow - what an amazing dinner we had! We were seated right next to the kitchen, so it was fun watching the chefs prepare meals. The kitchen appeared to run like a well oiled machine. Our food was gorgeous, and tasted even better! Everything from appetizers to salads to entrees was delicious. There were 6 of us, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We can’t wait to come back!
Great restaurant …… Healthy delicious food and great service
Harvest has excellent food, great service, and super fresh ingredients! The scallops are perfect and the house bourbon pour is a must and reasonably priced. The only problem with this restaurant is that there are only a couple of small unisex bathrooms inside and there was a line of 2-3 guests outside them every time we tried to use them. This might work at a small bar or diner, but not at a sit down restaurant where you are paying to eat good food. The waitress suggested we use another nearby "casino restroom", but it was quite a distance from the restaurant and was packed with a bunch of drink gamblers. Need to fix this, because the food is amazing!
The restaurant is transparent to the major hallway of the hotel. You are sitting there eating dinner with dozens of people walking past looking in through floor to ceiling windows. OK for casual dining but not at those prices. I think they want people to see the innovative kitchen set up, but get ready to share your dinner with everyone looking at what you are eating.
We had a great dinner and the cocktails were fabulous. The server was very helpful and well trained. We had an amazing time!
Very yummy and fancy place! The cocktails are super unique and can accommodate any palette! And the food is super as well
Was a date night for us. Ambience was Great and the food was very good.
