Harvest by Roy Ellamar - Bellagio
Here, we pay homage to the origin of food, with farm-fresh ingredients and naturally-raised products. Being born into a family of farmers, hunters and fisherman, I understand the process food goes through in the journey from farm-to-table. I hope to share this experience with you by ensuring quality, purity and freshness prevail in every creation.
We invite you to share plates and moments, and be captivated by the reinvention of locally-sourced rustic cooking.

Always an excellent meal. Scallops perfectly prepared. Crushed potatoes a delight. Ahi tuna crudo better than on the Big Island. Wait staff well versed in all aspects. Put this on your list for Vegas.
Good food socially meat best I ever eat
Big selection of wine
Excellent food and great setting!
We have enjoyed eating at Harvest. They are willing to split entrees which means we also have room for a side like the Brussels sprouts. Great creative drinks plus non alcoholic cocktails, thanks! Only miss is the desserts. Too “Las Vegas”. I found myself wishing for a piece of perfect deep dish apple pie, not a weird “deconstructed” multiphase plastic apple something.
El lugar es muy bonito, el servicio excelente pero el menú muy reducido y habían comidas sin sabor.
We ate here for Thanksgiving dinner and it was absolutely amazing. Food was wonderful, drinks were great and service was outstanding. For four of us the bill was around $500 but for a special occasion it was well worth it.
We traveled to Las Vegas to spend a few days away from home during Thanksgiving week. Having had our Thanksgiving dinner the weekend before we were not looking for Thanksgiving dinner in Las Vegas. We had been to this location on earlier occassions before it was Harvest and knew it to be a little out of the way in the Bellagio and thus a little quieter. We made a reservation for Thanksgiving night.
The decor is open and light and not as fussy as some of Bellagio's restaurants. Our waiter was very attentive and appeared at the right times to make sure we were doing well.
We started with a mix of east and west coast oysters that were beautifully presented and served with a sake mignonette. They were wonderfully sized and fresh. My wife had Branzino and was most satisfied with it. I had the lamb and can say, unequivocally, that they were the best lamb chops I've ever eated. They were larger than any I've seen, perfectly seasoned and melt in your mouth tender (cooked medium rare).
The only slip up was that I ordered a pre-dinner cocktail and a glass of Malbec to be served with my entree. An assistant waiter brrought the wine a little early and, of course I started sipping before my lamb arrived. When our waiter brought our entrees, however, he brought a carafe of Malbec, refilled my glass and apologized for untimely wine delivery. Since I got a glass and a half of wine for my one glass order, I quickly forgave him. My wife and I were very impressed with our waiter's attention to detail and the food was excellent.
Give it a try.
My wife and I ate here during our last trip to Vegas. Its awkwardly located inside the Bellagio corridors that lead to the tram and Vdara walkway but it was a spot we had been wanting to try. It was overall a good dinner and the service was great. I would say the value to food quality was a bit off but that is Vegas for you in some restaurants. The seafood sampler was decent but a bit pricey for the quantity of food received. I would eat here again for a quiet dinner.
Harvest was fine, the food was good, but the experience was not special in any way. My expectation for a relatively expensive Vegas restaurant is great food and an amazing experience. This was missing something. As I mentioned, the food itself was pretty good. We started with the tuna avocado toast and it was awesome, I ordered a filet (boring but easy and with a 9pm reservation I was looking for easy and good), it was fine. Nothing special. My wife had fried trout - which was very good and a huge portion.
It was great to have the ability to see into the kitchen and watch the staff do their thing (the place is spotless and the kitchen staff were pretty animated, they seemed to be having fun). The vibe in the restaurant was OK, there wasn't a ton of energy in the restaurant for 9pm on a Friday. Our waitress didn't look at us as she took our orders and promptly screwed up my cocktail. She apologized, fixed it fast and it was fine. I get it, it's a grind, it's a long night and waiting tables is a people facing gig, which can sometimes not be super rewarding. Earlier this week we had dinners at 3 other restaurants at pretty much the same price points and had truly outstanding experiences. I guess what was missing was warmth, the experience lacked love. I feel like Harvest mailed it in.
My husbands birthday dinner- it was great! I have gluten and dairy allergies so the waiter really made me feel included by bring me bead bread- probably not the name but it was great to be included. He also brought dairy free sorbet for dessert- I am not used to be included with such allergies so it was really nice!!!
Hands down THE best meal I had in Vegas. I would highly recommend it.
Birthday celebration from the staff was a nice touch.
My experience and food were incredibly underwhelming. The dishes had no flavor. Wouldn’t recommend wasting time or money here.
We we doubted that "farm-to-table" could really be accomplished in Las Vegas but were pleasantly surprised by Harvest! It was everything we hoped for - great food and service, beautiful setting, and very romantic. We loved the open kitchen design and watching our naan made fresh before our eyes!
Great service and great tasty food
Great ambiance and lighting. Loved the flatbread, signature salad, roasted vegetables and shrimp dish!
The food was quite good, especially the appetizer of goat cheese flat bread. However, for the price, the main portions, scallops and branzino, were quite small. We left hungry. Therefore, had to score only a 2 in the value category.
Harvest is so good it’s almost worth just booking a flight to spend dinner in Vegas. The dishes are all labeled with their origin and the fresh flavor proves they are sourced in the western states and prepared with attention and care. Unlike most restaurants where the kitchen and staff are hidden in a back room, Harvest places their kitchen in the center of the restaurant, surrounded by glass so patrons can witness premier culinary magic happen.
Come prepared to spend at least $120/person but also come prepared to be blown away.
Good evening, though they were out of several items on the menu.
Excellent meal except cream brûlée was average. Great innovative cocktails. Excellent kale salad and a crispy shrimp appetizer. The fish entrees were moist with fresh ingredients. Service was outstanding. I would skip dessert.
Amazing experience! Chef invited me into the kitchen and our food was perfect!
Quality. Wonderful flavors. Fresh makes the difference. Great attentive service.
It was just delicious and we liked that we could watch the food being made. Our servers were very nice and friendly. I would definately go back.
Delicious. One of the best meals we had in Vegas. The Brussels sprout salad, octopus, and lamb were all amazing.
Harvest was amazing! The ambience was awesome and the fact that we could talk and hear what everyone had to say was everything to me. And our server was amazing and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She explained everything and was very knowledgeable. The food was presented so beautifully and was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant and definitely plan to go again next time I'm in Las Vegas!
We came for my birthday and when they learnt that the server brought a sticky toffee cake for the table with a candle, it was delicious and a great touch. They also knew we were in a rush for our show and they were very accommodating . It was an excellent experience.
I will definitely return to Harvest when I am in Vegas again. The spiced pumpkin soup was delicious with all of the "crunchies" sprinkled on top -especially the white pomegranate seeds. The lambchops were cooked to perfection. And the brussels sprouts salad was simply yummy in every way! GREAT RESTAURANT!!!
Thank you to everyone for making our dinner experience an unforgettable one!
Thank you to the chefs- especially D for your taking such good care of us! We really appreciate it! Every aspect of our evening at Harvest was incredible!!! Thank you!!!
This has become one of our favorite places for a nice meal in Vegas. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is fresh and creative. We have been 5 times now and we have never been disappointed.
Food is good, totally solid. Not great. Service was really rushed despite a mostly empty restaurant. Some might appreciate their efficiency but when I was just swallowing my last bite of appetizer as my entree arrived it felt overly speedy.
Energetic restaurant with inspired menu choices - overall one of the best meals we had in Las Vegas.
The food exceeded expectations . Four of us had dinner at harvest and all of our choices were very creative and tasted great. It was my first time trying branzino and it was fantastic. The staff were attentive without being intrusive.
Trop long a servir
C’était très bon mais il ne faut pas avoir faim
Great food and service made for an enjoyable evening.
We have eaten there several times when staying at the Bellagio, and have never been disappointed! The food is incredibly good, and all fresh ingredients from all over, the service is always outstanding, and the restaurant very nice!
Amazing service, great ambience. Food was fresh and tasteful.
We ordered mostly vegetarian items and they had no taste and were quite hard to get through. I was served underripe figs and melon in the melon salad that never should have left the kitchen. The carrot soup was very good however.
Amazing! Food and service was excellent! Farm to table which was delicious, tasted fresh and was a good size portion to share with a small group. Probably one of my new favorite spots on the strip. I will be back!
An amazing restaurant - not to be missed. Flavors, presentation, service all spot on!
