Server disappeared after taking our order. We got our entree bento boxes, but had to ask another server about our missing salads. It appears that the dining room did not have enough help.

Wonderful experience! Booked via Open Table, which was convenient. We were sat immediately. Our server pointed out that we still had 10 minutes before Happy Hour ended (6pm), so we ordered drinks and our entire meal for a huge discount! We expressed that we were going to a show after dinner, so he promptly brought the bill. The food was excellent quality and flavor as well.

The waiter was friendly and ask us often if everything was okay. The food was delicious and the restaurant was relaxing. I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and looking forward to visiting again when I am in the area. Thank you

The happy hour menu is a great bargain, but the regular menu is not overpriced in any case.

We have been going to this restaurant for more than 10 years. When it was Haru, the service was excellent, warm and timely. Over the past couple years, as it became RA, it has changed the menu to be less Japanese and much worse quality in food and service. We arrived early for our reservation, were seated, then waited 15-20 mins to get water and be met with a rude waitress. We had a show and they know this is the case for 99% of its clientele, and yet 45 mins later, we had no food, no service at all, no water refills, no apology, nothing. VILE, RUDE staff across the board. We will NEVER enter any RA again as they truly were rude and we have a ton of power to make sure as many people as possible know how horrible this location is.

Sushi was sub par. Service was good and quick. It was nicely right next to the HP play.

Service needs to be more attentive. We probably would have ordered more food but the server was doing other things and the restaurant was not full. We finished our meal, paid, and started to leave. The manager asked why we we were leaving so early. Well, we ate our food and were done.
