The Hartwood also features outdoor dining in a garden-like atmosphere, complete with a wood burning fireplace. Whisper’s Pub features an eclectic wine list from around the world with more than a dozen different wines by the glass, as well as seasonal cocktails, craft beers, and wine flights.

Always a nice experience. Great atmosphere especially in weather that allows outdoor seating. Indoors is historic building. Had a lamb burger for the first time. Delicious!

Wonderful at everything, cozy and unique. I cannot say enough to do it justice. Serious about adhering to safety guidelines too. Excellent for take out as well.

My group of 4 had a wonderful time. We requested and received the loft room. We enjoyed it immensely. Our waiter was exceptional. The food was really, really good. My group (increased to 5) determined to make this a monthly treat.

We love going to Hartwood. We have gone to Hartwood for other special occasions inside & have eaten out on the patio pre COVID.
Great dining experience. Lots of outdoor seating with fireplace and propane heaters, so temperature was nice. Terrific food. Two thumbs up.
The inside is beautiful. The food was okay. There was a nice variety though.

Hartwood is always a great evening- especially when you can sit outside. Our experience overall was great, but the service was a little slow. Definitely one of our favorite places.
The restaurant side is lovely and quaint and is complete with cloth table covers, antiques, and bookshelves. Each time I have been to Whispers Pub, I have enjoyed my meal and have received excellent service. The prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants of this same quality. The service is quite good and comes with a smile in the server's voice. I am sure there is a actual smile behind each mask, but at this time, I can only say that the staff makes you feel welcome. There is also a lovely outside dining area, but I have not been seated there. Inside, there are also booths on the bar side, while the restaurant also provides take out.
