Welcome to Harry's! Named for Harry C. Groome, the original owner of Airlie House, this signature smart casual Warrenton restaurant honors our agricultural heritage with true pasture-to-plate cuisine. Most ingredients travel just 400 yards from our production farm to our kitchen. And you get to savor these hyperlocal flavors in our cozy, winery-inspired dining room or al-fresco on our inviting lakeside patio. House specialties include Harry’s Burger (made with our angus beef), chili, corn and crab dip, reuben and steak and onion flatbread (proteins sourced from Airlie Berkshire Farm), plus our ever-changing steak of the moment. And you can wash your favorite meal down with a vast selection of mircobrews, Virginia wines or farm-to-table cocktails

Food was amazing and service also up to par. Drinks were also very good! If you have not tried Harry's you need to! Open Table makes it super easy to make your reservation.

Lovely venue with excellent service. Cocktails were divine! My burger was a bit dry and tough, but the sweet potato fries were excellent. My friend had the rockfish BLT and the fish was cooked perfectly. Overall, a very good experience. Will return soon with my husband for a date night.

Maybe expand your kids menu to have some more vegetarian options? Even an option of Spaghetti with just marinara vs just meat sauce option.
Take the Sunday menu off the tables if you won't offer items everyday.

Our server was very friendly & helpful. The beef was delicious, as I had been told, the chips were thin & crispy, and the hot cider was perfect. The ambiance in Harry’s is nice casual, but not cozy - with a good view of the lake. It’s the first time I had eaten inside as opposed to on the patio, which I love in warmer weather. The only complaints I have are it’s a little dark in the back booths & that a cold draft comes whooshing in every time the upstairs or downstairs doors are opened. That’s not good on a cold day! Overall, though, I love Harry’s and the beautiful Airlie property!

Lovely setting but noisy bar-like atmosphere. Probably great outside in nice weather. Bar tender the loudest person in the bar.

Nobody was there. Food was ordinary and overpriced. The gumbo was a mush of
Flavors. We were very disappointed after hearing so much about it.
The best thing about Harry’s is the view. Looking thru the large glass windows onto the patio and pond
Was lovely.
The parking must also be mentioned because there are so few spaces or else you had to go a few blocks to the main parking area
Never again!

Had been warned by friends to avoid Harry's, but had to try it for myself. Service was dreadful, food arrived lukewarm and server presented the bill before I had been served dessert. Restaurant management was suspect as three different servers came by our table to take our order. And then we had to wait and wait and wait. Food was okay, though barely warm, but by then it didn't matter. This was an occasion, our 40th wedding anniversary. Thanks for the memories. Harry's is a fraud.

We were looking forward to dining at Harry's and, while the setting/view were wonderful, the awful service we experienced ruined things. After 55 minutes we had NO food and told the manager we'd like to settle our drink tab but we were leaving. He did comp our drinks as he did for the table that was seated 20 minutes after us who also said they were leaving. Our server was the worst --- didn't have a handle on things, missing in action quite a bit and acted as if she didn't even care. This ruined what was supposed to be a celebration.

We thought this would be an option for a sunday brunch, but when we showed up at11:30 the restaurant had just opened and they were only serving lunch. Disappointed that there are so few options for brunch in the area. If you would consider adding it I would be the first to reserve a table.

Went here years ago when it first opened, really disappointed. Was told recently they had come a long way. Went Saturday for dinner. Made reservation (no clue why) since they did not care or seat us. My wife asked another customer if they just sat where they wanted and they said yes. Had to sit at a high top because all of the empty booths (4) had not been bussed. Had a drink, left and had dinner at another place.

we had dinner here two weeks ago on the patio and everything was wonderful, food and service was great meaning we would make a reservation on Saturday with our son and daughter in law. BIG MISTAKE
it was raining, we reserved a booth, and placed at a table. the Crab & corn appetizer was not edible So SALTY the rest of the the meals came out barely warm but considering we waited over an hour for the food to come after ordering NO Wonder. The service was terrible altho the room was not crowded and not really busy ( NOW I know why ) The guitar player tried to blast above the conversations, and people were yelling to the one next to them to be heard. impossible to have a conversation without leaning across the table and yelling to be heard.

We originally were seated inside and it was very noisy, so I asked if we could be seated outside. They were able to accommodate us, however, When we walked outside there was no one to show us which table was ours. There were dirty tables on the first patio but finally we asked the hostess where we were supposed to sit and she pointed at an empty table on the outer patio. (It was raining). The waitress came, took our order, brought drinks and then our appetizer, but we had no silverware or plates. I had to go inside to ask for them. Food came out (which was outstanding) but were were almost done before we were checked on. Server was very kind but seemed busy and distracted.

Wow, best anniversary dinner!!! My boyfriend and I had our first date here exactly a year ago so we decided to come back to the place where it all started. I booked our reservation through Open table. Corey, the manager met us at the door and wished us a Happy Anniversary from the moment we came in. We sat outside on the patio which they didn't have last year but we absolutely love it!! Once seated, Corey came over and asked us if we would like a bottle of wine and told us it was on the house. They brought us the pan seared scallop appetizer which was amazing! I ordered the red snapper and my boyfriend ordered the Chicken Oscar. Both of our meals were amazing! Great atmosphere, great food and great people! We will definitely be returning regularly!!! Thank you Corey for a truly memorable night!!!!

What a beautiful evening we had with our friends! We sat out on the patio where there was live music and so much ambiance! Even though they were short staffed the night we went, the manager made sure that we had a pleasant experience.

What a great find! Just happened to see a post on Facebook one day and while out with friends thought we would give it try. We were not disappointed. Great service, beautiful property, noise was a little loud inside but was to be expected at a bar atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

Disappointing. It started on wrong foot by being told by the hostess to just go ahead and seat ourselves anywhere. This is ore like a pub than a restaurant with inflated pricing and ok food. I was hoping to find another nice local restaurant than the couple we have in Warrenton but won’t be returning. The only positive was the pond view from the patio and the Airlie grounds itself.
This really could be a great place but need to improve quality of staff and food.

You can't go wrong with Harry's! My husband and I were meeting friends for a late dinner on a Saturday night. There was a small mix up with our reservation (we asked for patio seating). The Manager comped our first round of drinks to make up for what wound up being only a 10 minute wait (sitting at comfy couches overlooking their picturesque pond) to get the correct table. Quality service, people, food & attitude!

Short version: Dinner took 2+ hours because of a server calling out. I still fail to see how that makes dinner take 1hr to arrive and 20min to get someone to take a drink order. The waitress did comp one beer and our dessert (showed up after we said we couldn't wait any longer). For the record, the place was not full. I don't know if I will be back. If I do, I am going to call ahead and ask if everyone showed up for work. If this is how bad it gets when one server is out, I am scared to think what would happen if the kitchen was missing people or if there were not enough wait staff. I get some delay but it was ridiculous. The food was very good which is the one bright spot. I guess either check on staffing or make sure you have 3 hours for dinner.
