   The manager sat and handed us off to a waiter. They then changed waiters on us a few times. We ordered and the waiter came back and asked for a 2nd and 3rd time what we ordered. When our food was delivered a waiter showed up and suggested order a salad with our dinner which we had already eaten before dinner. We were celebrating my spouses birthday and they brought cotton candy. We thought it was tacky when they delivered chocolate cake with a firecracker on it to a table next to us.

   Este lugar hace su gran regreso, se nota el esfuerzo y compromiso para mejorar, la locación, el servicio y la comida excelente. Cuando aún estaban abiertos hace unos años, la verdad que no lo hacían muy bien pero se reivindicaron, gracias por esta tarde de domingo tranqui. En especial gracias a Adrián, atención de primera. Solo por este restaurante, volveré a la zona de Polanco. Gracias por todo

   The menu is so heavy to hold it in your hands with a limited space between chairs and table -makes it a little uncomfortable to think about your choice, I wasn’t sure whether to worry about the space or paying attention to the limited options of the menu. Food overall is good (nothing impressive). Music was so loud making it difficult to keep a conversation at a regular voice volume level. Prices are high - they charge you for bottles of expensive water without asking you (more than $1,000 MXN for 8 bottles of water is kind of weird to me - I would have preferred tap water). Cappuccino tastes like 90% milk and 10% black coffee - not good at all. Cakes and salads are delicious. After 8pm live music is very nice with talented musicians.

   La comida, bebidas y atención es buena, sin embargo considero que el hecho de que el mesero te pida le otorgues una cantidad mayor de propina por el servicio no es adecuado, en atención al lugar en el que estás, mi consumo fue de $5500 y le dejé una propina de $620, desde mi perspectiva es una falta de respeto el que me tenga que enterar que el lugar le quita un porcentaje al mesero de lo obtenido para ser repartido entre todo el personal, no sé, realmente me hizo sentir incómodo y es razón suficiente para no recomendarlo y ser muy expresivo del motivo por el cual hago dicho comentario

   El servicio fue malo, nos ofrecieron vino y pedimos una botella, la cual no tenían en existencia, por lo que vino el capitán y nos ofreció otras dos que tampoco tuvieron en existencia y nos trajeron el vino hasta terminar platillos

   El lugar está muy bonito y el servicio es excelente. Se esmeran realmente por que uno se vaya contento y bien atendido. Mi único pero es la carne. Nos comentaron que el proveedor les está quedando mal y me cambiaron mi Rib Eye ya que realmente no estaba buena. Estaba muy seca y se ve les costó muchísimo cocinarla. Me la cambiaron por un filet mignon y ese si les quedó bastante bien.

    La comida muy rica, las bebidas muy ricas; solo el servicio debe ser más atento a las necesidades de sus clientes y no criticar si alguien no pide algo de la selección de cortes de carne.
