Het eten was heerlijk. Prima kwaliteit voor een nette prijs. De bediening was ronduit slecht en "over de top" ❗️ De serveerster kreeg bijna "een orgasme" bij het verwijderen van de kruimels van de tafel. Als je geen dessert nam kreeg je toch dat kaart "om te zien waar je spijt van kreeg". Een goede serveerster/ober moet "onzichtbaar" zijn in uw klasse restaurant. Gelukkig liep er nog een serveerster die normaal deed. Een goed advies: geeft eens een goede training hoe je je gasten goed bediend. Uw klasse restaurant verdient beter.

We were staying in the Willem suite at the Beaumont Hotel and had booked a table for 6.30pm prior to the Andre Rieu concert that evening, and was sad to find our dining experience a little underwhelming. We were seated at the side of the room, but moved, at our request, as we had been seated at a table close to a larger party which was not conducive to our anniversary celebration. We ordered a bottle of wine and water, but were not given food menus. We requested them after about ten minutes had passed as we were aware that we were getting short of time to enjoy our meal. With no allergen advice on the menu, you have to choose then the waiter checks to see if your choices are suitable. Fortunately my first choice was served ok after a short discussion. The bread and accompanying dip were both excellent and we were asked if we would like more bread. We said yes, but if never arrived. My husband's oysters were excellent - some of the best he had tasted, and whist the pork belly was good it as a little overcooked when it arrived. The staff were very busy taking orders and serving throughout, possibly due to mist patrons running to a similar timescale, and attention to smaller tables appeared to fall by the wayside. Sadly by then we were running out of time so skipped desert and settled for a quick coffee before leaving for the concert. We noticed throughout that some tables received far more attentive servicevthan others - possibly 'regular' guests? It was the same at breakfast the next morning. We left waiting for a full glass of orange juice each whilst other tables were topped up frequently. Nothing significant enough to complain about, just disappointing when the hotel itself is beautiful and well appointed. The helpful reception staff are to be commended, and of course the Willem Suite is fabulous. We will come back to the hotel, but will eat out next time.

Mijn man koos het menu en vond het heerlijk. Ik was minder blij met mijn gerechten, vond de steak tartaar erg zuur en niet heel smakelijk uitzien. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van het gepocheerd ei met groene asperges vond ik niet best, overpriced voor wat het was. Uitstekende bediening en een gemoedelijke sfeer maakte voor mij veel goed. Mijn man was wel heel tevreden over de gehele lunch.

Harry’s just keeps getting better and better. The menu being updated regularly makes it a delight to visit often and never be bored (the steak tartare was outstanding!!). Also, what I always appreciate in this restaurant is the staff: everyone is friendly, professional and kind, which leads to a cosy and fun dining experience. Lastly, I really liked the background music, which was oddly upbeat for Harry’s (more like pop songs), but played at a very suitable volume which made the atmosphere relaxing and, again, just fun and modern. Can’t wait to be back!

Harrys is echt een mooi restaurant met een mooie keuken en personeel kleed zich goed. Er is een eigen groentetuin maar er wordt weinig plantaardig gekookt. Er is veel personeel aanwezig (vermoedelijk om het gasten naar de zin te maken). Bij binnenkomst hebben 3 mensen zich geëxcuseerd dat wij zometeen wel geholpen zouden worden. Door 5-6 mensen voorbijgelopen voor we gewezen werden. Bij vertrek kwam ik naar binnen om te betalen, er werd met het nodige chagrijn gemeld dat dit niet mocht. Toch een beetje vreemd in de horeca. Er wordt hard gewerkt om een mooie zaak neer te zetten maar het begint bij vriendelijkheid en mensen die er zin in hebben om het gasten echt naar de zin te maken. Dat mistte ik. Kort en goed, de gastbeleving kan echt veel beter. Ik streep deze van mijn lijstje in Maastricht en vond het leuk eens geweest te zijn.

We had a fantastic long lunch, the food and wine and service was excellent! It's pricey but totally worth it for what you get. Highly recommend!
