   The order came out at different times and one not at all . Staff were swearing to each other in front of two young children that were on the table. Cold food. Wont come again.

   Food came out at all different times. Wasn't very warm and overpriced fish and chips. Will stick to other local businesses and eat home instead.

   Prawn salad had no sauce, chips on main course were very overcooked, not edible

   Not a great experience, the staff had no record of our booking they found us a table at the back of the restaurant. The staff were clearly over worked, they got our order WRONG. The food was OK but nothing special and the chips were soggy and not very hot. Not great for a fish and chip restaurant.

   Very disappointed with this restaurant not up to the standards of other Harry Ramsden ‘s I have visited. Service very slow and Haddock I had was tiny not worth £10.99. Would not recommend it and it’s a shame as in a prime position in Swanage. Might be due to the chain being a franchise now.

   Fourth visit when on holiday over the last 2-3 years always booked on line staff always looked horrified saying knew nothing about a booking despite my confirmation email. Only ever go here with the grandchildren but feel too much trouble won’t bother a fifth time

   Had a great evening and a fabulous meal thanks to the team at Harry's in Swanage. Fantastic service - Harry's team were friendly, helpful and definitely customer service orientated. Great job guys. Keep it up!

   Food was lovely couldn’t fault it the new owners have definitely done a fabulous job we would 100% come back and recommend to friends thank you 😊

   Food was at best average. Ordered and paid for large cod meals, pretty sure what was delivered was the standard one, charged for large though as didn't realise until seeing the food being delivered to the next table what a large should have looked like! Also ordered bread and butter which was forgotton about. Then had white instead of brown as the brown was "still defrosting". Then no butter so had to call the waitress over yet again. Almost comically bad service, blamed on having been "very busy" 2 hours earlier by a member of staff. That was 1pm - surely one would expect to be busy at lunchtime? Best avoided when there are so many other independent chips shops in every direction - only went here because we could sit down and have a cup of tea (the tea was the highlight of the meal actually).
