Love this place! My favorite steakhouse in the city!

Harris' has always been the steakhouse I take out-of-town friends to for the best prime rib in SF!

We ate a celebratory dinner the last night before indoor dining was shut down again. Food and service were excellent. Delicious!

SF classic! The ambiance, the food, the service, the staff are the few of the things that make this place amazing! My go to for a steak and martini ❤️

Had a 12 oz fillet, it was very good! Their onion soup was beyond outstanding and drinks were great too!

Harris did Covid indoor dining perfectly. The “just right” level of attentiveness where we never wanted for anything but no one was visiting the table unnecessarily.

And the food was excellent as it always is. Sadly our new restrictions have them closed Down again but we will be back when they reopen!

Fabulous food excellent service!

Came from San Diego and wanted to have dinner in a good steakhouse and found good reviews here on OpenTable. Food was excelent and customer service was experienced since the entrance all the way out. For sure will return and recommend.

Dinner was excellent, service was attentive. Definitely felt spaced out enough for covid compliance.

It was so nice to once again be able to dine at Harris'. And it did not disappoint. The dining area was not changed much except for the clear barriers between booths. Service was excellent as was the food.

Maybe the best prime rib I’ve EVER had! Just wish they had more appetizers and sides to choose from.

Great experience, wonderful food and wine.

Perfectly cooked tender, flavorful prime steaks. Creamed spinach and mashed potatoes included and delicious. Classic martinis before dinner set the stage and fired up the appetite. Our waiter was a pro. All covid protocols in place. Bar is closed which is a shame, but the rest of the experience was wonderful.

all good, a superior dinning experience. its a quiet, subdued, and quite elegant
setting, i want to nit pick something, but honestly cannot think of anything negative.

The service, meal and ambiance were very good... as usual

We had an amazing time. Mark A. Was our server and he was juat very helpful with the manu. It was our anniversary and they give us a really cute dessert with a chocklate stamped with Happy anniversary on it!! It was just very nice thing from them to do.

The service, food and wine could not have been better.

It was mediocre at best. Food was overrated and service was not all that great. Was disappointed to be honest.

Great evening. Service was impeccable and food was deliciously prepared. All safety precautions of COVID-19 were being followed while staff were being very attentive.

Service was slow but food was great. Took 40 mins to get our steak and another 20 mins waiting for our tab..

It gets no better than Harris' for a good piece of meat cooked perfectly, delicious, sides and desserts all served by professionals that care and all in an ambiance that drips class.

Absolutely fabulous filet and lobster. The food and service was amazing!

First indoor dining in San Francisco since March!

I am not sure what happened, but the food quality and taste are not as it use to be, which is disappointing. Is there a new chef in the house?
The prime rib was good but the bone-in ribeye was a big disappointment. Very salty! This was my go-to steak house!

So good to see Harris back again. They have limited indoor seating, people were far aoart and I never felt at risk. So great to dig in to their prime rib again. Let's hioe this continues and they can maintain their business

Always a San Francisco standard! The prime rib is worth coming back for! It was extra special since I was celebrating my birthday there!

Could not wait to get back to Harris’ when heard they were reopening. Was not disappointed! Wonderful meal, exceptional service and attention to detail. Such a beautiful restaurant and when we think of San Francisco, we cannot think of a finer steakhouse that represents our city by the Bay. We ordered two filets which were cooked to perfection. Loved them so much that we ordered four filets from their butcher counter to take him and cook at home at future dates. Every aspect of meal from starters to dessert was exceptional. Thank you Harris’ and welcome back!

Expensive but worth it for a special occasion. It is a real shame that others are now going to have to wait to sample the fantastic steaks they have.

My family and I have been going to Harris' for special occasions over the past 30 years and had good memories, so we decided to go again this year for my brother's birthday. Our waiter's service was a huge disappointment and ruined the evening for us. Our waiter was totally inattentive throughout the entire meal; we actually had to flag him down 2 times to get his attention so we could order a 2nd round of cocktails and at the end, he had the nerve to mention the tip. We had all planned to get dessert, but decided to leave without ordering any due to the horrible service. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant, unless you don't mind paying over $100 per person for a meal with poor service.

Please note: the food and the other staff that we interacted with (such as the host and the bussers) were excellent.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Quite and romantic. We shared the crabcakes and lobster mac and cheese. My wife had the petite steak and I had the petite filet mignon. The food and service was excellent!
