   Excellent food, great service; however the dress code is NOT enforced. There were many people in Tee Shirts! VERY Expensive also.

   First off, great server!! Stupidly, I didn't get her name. But she was super friendly and service was on point! Much better than the last time I was there. Taller dude almost seemed like it was chore to serve my party. Had a caesar salad and the rib eye steak. Caesar was good but could use a little more garlic in the dressing. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Snap peas were crunchy and cooked just right. Scalloped potatoes also were done well and tasted really good. Dining room is spacious and appealing to the eye. I went there decades ago when it was Grison's but can't remember if the dining room has changed since then. Besides, basic upgrades, of course. Overall a great experience!!

   After Steak house hopping in the Bay Area, I think Harris is still the best ! The service is excellent and of course the food!

   When we first came in the host was nice and friendly. The waiter was kind of stuffy but warmed up a little after a while. Felt like we were bothering him.

   Good restaurant for date night or business meals. Cool vibe, old school feel and decor. Service was great, very attentive. Steaks were seasoned well and appreciate the accompaniments.

   As usual, the food at Harris’ was top notch and the service was excellent. Harris’ has the best prime rib in SF.

   Steak was delicious and cooked properly as ordered. Waitstaff attentive but not overbearing. We wanted to enjoy our cocktails before ordering dinner and we were not pressured. We arrived at 5 on Thursday so restaurant was quiet. Not long afterwards most every table was full and bar area active but could still conduct our own conversation. Will definitely recommend and come back ourselves if in the area. We’ve been to steak houses in Chicago and NYC that were superb and this restaurant is in the same league.

    Classic steak house. Excellent service. Great ambience. A little bit of a throwback in the best kind of way.
