   I’d start this off with saying I usually do not write reviews even for poor restaurants. But as the tag line “San Francisco steak house” expectations were high. Disappointment was quickly followed as we were seated on our 1 year wedding anniversary dinner right next to the serving station where waiters were heard taking poorly about guests and what they were doing. Steaks were both over cooked as we ordered medium and medium rare one was well and the other medium well… on the second go the steaks were better. My second cocktail they brought the wrong one and my wife’s refill glass was taken away when there was still half left. When dessert was offered we were both too full, and a “oh are you not interested because the steaks were not perfect” followed. For a $260 dinner for two service and quality should be the focus. Unfortunately it fell short

   Ambience was classic, refined, elegant; food was spectacular - fresh, seasoned, cooked to perfection; service was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. Harris' is my favorite restaurant in SF!

   My first time having dinner at this restaurant. Great place and experience to celebrate my wife birthday at this classic restaurant. Aged steak was tasty and yummy appetizers like oysters, salad, deep fried mushrooms and onion rings. Server Adam is excellent and we felt very welcoming. Wonderful experience ended with ice cream for a little surprise!

   Excellent food, great service; however the dress code is NOT enforced. There were many people in Tee Shirts! VERY Expensive also.

    We were there to celebrate our anniversary. We had an excellent time. Valet parking was great !!! We had the best waiters, the food was excellent !!!
