A bit of Old Hollywood in a City of Diversity…

This West Hollywood bar was inspired by a single painting of a vibrant 1930s Socialite, along with an assortment of vintage portraits (often dubbed as her closest friends) gracing every wall. Harlowe captures the feel of an invigorating social club from Hollywood’s Golden Era. Its design reflects the turn of the 19th Century; a time when European influence was prevalent in stateside culture, in part by renowned artists, revolutionary figures, and poets with shared ideas.

Harlowe has the soul of 'an age once forgotten' and the spirit of a young vivacious neighborhood bar. A lively list of classic and original drinks coupled with 'old-meets-new' dishes that tickle the palate. Come and snuggle up in a booth, mingle around the bar, or express yourself on our dance floor. We enjoyed dining here because it was very cute inside, but were underwhelmed with the food, drinks, and service. Our server was super friendly and kind, but service was slow. Food felt overpriced for what we got and the menu options were limited. The cocktails were good enough, but overpriced for the quality and size.

The whole experience was overall good. Only downside was food took awhile to come out and not all at once making it so one of us had to eat without the other because the entree that arrived first was getting cold.

service and ambiance was great but the steak fries (most expensive entree on the menu) was not edible. it was saltier than the Pacific Ocean

Sean was great he’s a fantastic server but we did not like the new menu. We were disappointed and ate elsewhere also the drinks took a very long time - again Sean was great though. ❤️

The place was a great vibe and the food and drinks were good. There was a large party with reservations at a similar time to ours and it sometimes felt like the staff forgot about our table due to it being smaller.
