Service was not great. Waiter was not informed on the days specials and offerings and let us know he hadn’t tried the special. We also inquired if we could upgrade the “sparkle bar” to a Brit champagne. Waiter showed us the bottle on the menu... it was not a champagne and to our discovery was a $4 bottle of sparkling California white wine. Design and ambience were wonderful, but our service made the experience not that great. We went for brunch. Will try rooftop again, but would not recommend until we try again.
The drinks were all amazing! Instead of the typical mimosa, I got the Jessica Rabbit! It was amazing!
This place is not to be missed. The restaurant itself is a great-looking space, and has a very nice, open atmosphere. The food was inventive without being pretentious or off-putting. Familiar items with a delicious twist. I would definitely recommend the boar tots. They a perfect crisp and browning on the meat. Their cocktails range from coffee-style to the old classics. I would recommend checking out their beers as well. Overall, the place is great, and the staff is excellent and attentive. Definitely will go again.
Great Sunday brunch spot. Amazing food and even better service. Great for people watching.
The atmosphere is great. The decor is beautiful and the food was delicious. Brunch has a build your own mimosa “sparkle bar” that was really fun. And our waiter Josh was amazing. We’ll definitely be back (hopefully outside next time)
Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and the evening became even better when we were told of the rooftop bar! The lobster rolls were exceptional!
The food was not good, unfortunately but a great place to drink. Beautiful inside and out.
Awesome! Best pork chop I have ever had. Great attentive service. Anniversary night was happening and it was a blast! Highly recommend.
We had a reservation for 1:30pm, arrived on time and had to wait for 30 minutes, this wasn’t a great impression. We decided to sit at the bar and wait for our table. We didn’t receive any service for about 20 minutes. Once we got to the table the server was nice and was great. The food was good, the time it took to get it was not bad. The only other thing that happened was as the table was being cleared the server hit my glass and it spilled all over me. She comped out mimosas and Bless her heart she was nice. Can’t remember her name.
Poor service, felt like a burden to the staff.
It was good.
Walked into a practically empty restaurant for Sunday Brunch. We arrived a few minutes early, but were seated right away. We were waiting for friends, however, no one brought us water or took a drink order while we waiting. The Servers and Bartenders looked quite bored and were talking or looking at their phones. I would have loved to give them something to do. Our friends arrived shortly after, and drink orders were finally taken. We ordered the Tots appetizer, which was quite good. However, the "churros" were very undercooked/ doughy. Drinks were so-so. Our server came sporadically and did not refill water. Entrees were lackluster. I ordered the Shrimp benedict. The shrimp were overcooked. The English muffin seemed to be made in house and was more biscuit-like and very salty. Overall, we were all disappointed and won't be back.
Food and cocktails were delicious. Food portion size for the entree was a little small. Make sure to get an appetizer or you’ll leave still hungry.
Loved just ordering tapas and drinking in a great place with great service!!!
The beet salad was wonderful along with the crispy pork
Had to wait for table but enjoyed sitting at bar during wait. Food was very delicious, especially the savory cheese puffs and latke fries. Drinks were on point. everything was just maybe a $1 too expensive. The Bright natural light was beautiful.
Food was good but I'm not a fan of the a la carte menu. Not to mention some of the menu items didn't fit their description, i.e. if you order cheese puffs, they're more of a puff pastry muffin. The mimosa bar by the bottle is not worth the price, better off getting it by the glass. The service and ambiance was good, but I probably won't be back.
We had a great time in Harlowe MXM. This was our first time and we will definitely go back. The food was really creative, with fresh ingredients. And the cocktails were amazing! We also went for drinks in the connected cocktail lounge called Trick Pony. It was a lot of fun.
We had the most fabulous experience! Our server was Kathleen and she could not have been more warm and genuine; we loved her!! We were there to celebrate my Mom's birthday, so we had a table with ages ranging from 14 to 80! The menu had a great variety for brunch and everything was simply delicious. 5 stars out of 5 stars
I went here for drinks on the 4th of July with friends. All the cocktails and beer were $5 until 7:00. The spicy watermelon margarita was my favorite! The view and rooftop patio was awesome! We did not get food, but the staff was very nice. Dog friendly as well which is always a plus.
First time there was for brunch. Food was great, our server was very attentive and knowledgable. Really enjoyed brunch and will be back to try dinner.
Great decor! Excellent service and tasty food!
The food was really good. Much more upscale that I had expected and at a great price point. Ambiance is spot on.
Went here for brunch and it was great! The food and drinks were very good- the waffle and the brunch fondue were to die for. The ambiance is great as well. I look forward to coming back here for dinner!
The Lobster Roll was amazing!!
The staff courtesy and attentive!
The venue has great ambience.
Must try the Oyster Rockefellas and the Lobster Roll.
It was great! The atmosphere is something unique for Deep Ellum and the food is outstanding!!! The staff is great and super friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for something new to try.
Host and bar tender were fantastic. Our server seemed a bit rusty/out of it but wasn’t awful. Experience was great, loved the atmosphere and location. Easy parking close by.
Excellent food! We were visiting and had great service and excellent food! Loved the pork chops! Pasta was handmade and delicious as well!
Tried it for brunch and planned a get together with 10 friends on a Saturday evening. Brunch was good but a bit too loud. Dinner the service was slow even at 7 pm when it was not busy. Music is overly loud so do not expect to enjoy a convo and the food was underwhelming. Not one person enjoyed their time or food unless you ordered the burger.
Mother's Day brunch was perfect!!! The food was fantastic, the mimosa bar was yummy and the service was friendly. Highly recommend!!!
What an amazing brunch! I care with friends for Mothers Day. Food and service were top notch. Highly recommend!
Not fitting of the area. Food was marginal and the managers attitude was pretentious. Apparently she thought Harlowe MXM was so special, that she’d chase away local talent ...which actually gave much need ambiance to the outside patio. Not even half full on a beautiful Friday night, should have taken the clue. I won’t recommend. Could be so much better if management would let go of apparent corporate attitude of superiority.
The food was amazing...from appetizer to small plates to entrees and dessert. But even better was the wonderful service. Will definitely be going back!
Wait staff was exceptional. The food and wine was good.
Great rooftop bar and happy hour prices on a Friday night
Ambiance and service were great! The drinks were watered down and the food was bland. Not a place I will ever “crave” to return to.
We stopped in for dinner and drinks. We were a little late getting there but 2 of the party had showed up and order drinks while we were trying to find parking. Drinks were not bad but for the price they were average and waiter couldn't say if they could make them or not. Also brought the wrong drink and at one point we had to raise our voice to get his attention to get him to wait on us. Other times he would forget things, like with oysters he didn't bring any hot sauce or crackers but also didn't even ask if we would like any. We even had to catch other waiters to ask them for things. Food was good but for me value comes out of the service along with food quality and in this case I believe they are overpriced due to poor service. 1st time to be there so can't say if it is like this always or if we just had a bad experience. I wouldn't say that I would go back but it won't be on the top of my list of places to make a reservation at.
Met here for dinner and drinks before a gallery opening!
Loudest restaurant I have ever been. We ended up leaving it was so loud we could not even talk. Pretty interior, but not I remembered my experience from several months ago
Too loud and average food.
