We were so excited to try Harlo. The place is beautifully done with kind of a dark, moody atmosphere. We ordered 3 8oz filet mignon, Mac & Cheese, and smashed potatoes. The filets were all well seasoned and tasted great. 2 were ordered medium rare and 1 was ordered medium. One steak came out truly medium rare and it was fantastic!! I could eat a couple done this way. The other medium rare was more medium and the medium was more medium well. Although the flavor was great, it would have been better had it been cooked correctly. The Mac and Cheese was more like a gnocchi than Mac n cheese, so I would pass on that a 2nd time. The smashed potatoes were great as they come with cream and wagyu beef bacon on top. What did not meet expectation was the Harlo steak sauce(which costs $6) as it tasted more like a BBQ sauce than steak sauce and the time it took to receive the steaks. We were seated at 7:20 and the food came around 8:45. The table had zero apps, so just the steaks. Our server, Jake had the best personality and offered a round of drinks as the kitchen service was lagging. All in all, I would rate the experience as just ok. I think if you go, make sure its not a holiday or expect to wait a while..

Father's Day Dinner - his first time, my second and is one of my favorite neighborhood gems! He's red meat, I'm fish. The sea bass is to die for - right up there with another establishment on the strip. He loved his steak and at medium well temp - no sauce needed - which says a lot! The staff from the hostess, to the drink host, to the server are all fantastic! Both times I've been here, the manager has gone out of their way to stop by say hello and thank us for coming asking if service is okay - this is a rarity in today's society - but not lost on me! Thank you for another great experience! XO

We went for las vegas restauant week and they were out of the 8 oz filets and substiuted a 4 oz. skirt steak that was chewy. the fried green beans were greasy and over seasoned and we were told they would take it off the bill, they did not. Deserts were overly sweet.

Phenomenal experience top to bottom. One of the most beautiful restaurants / interior decor in all of Vegas, and perhaps the best in Summerlin. Top notch 5 star service between the multiple servers / bussers / sommelier taking care of you from start to finish. Food is fantastic - from the bread and butter, to the salad, to the bomb steaks, to desert - not a bad morsel in our meal. Staff was super friendly and always attentive, but not so much as to let you eat and enjoy your meal. And the interior is just lovely - the entry is pretty, the bar is shiny and spectacular, everything is well done. Great spot for a special meal!

Table staff were great. Bar staff should be fired particularly the main bartender. Waiting for our table went to get a drink and my husbands martini was served immediately and to order. I waited sitting at the bar for my little glass of Chardonnay for 10 minutes and he never came back and neither did either of the other two bartenders. They were literally at the other end of the bar . It was 5pm. I will never go back. And that was for the reserve wine. Never happened to me before and I don’t plan on letting it happen again.

One of the best restaurants we dined at in Las Vegas, and that’s saying something. The French onion soup was possibly the best we’ve ever had. The service was also superb. Actually don’t have a negative word about anything. We will become regulars!
