I had the dry aged porterhouse medium rare with blackened shrimp and sautéed spinach. The steak was tender and juicy, seasoned well and especially flavorful when topped with the accompanying roast garlic. The spinach was light and flavorful and paired well as did the shrimp, which were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent with our waitress making sure my drink never went empty. Wonderful food and excellent service!
The service was good from the hostess through our waiter. They were attentive and got us everything we asked for. The food was priced for a real steakhouse but wasn’t as good.
Our visit was disappointing. We have eaten there in the past and always enjoyed our meal and the service. We were seated immediately and were asked if we wanted water for the table, which we did, and requested still, which turned out to be a $9 bottle. I ordered a pomegranate martini, which tasted bitter and actually was a Cosmo! My husband ordered Stella which looked and tasted off, and then found out it was the end of the tap. When the rest of our party came, they ordered drinks, and the server was very attentive and came to the table several times to see if we were ready to order. We did put in our appetizers, but not everyone knew what they wanted for dinner. Our appetizers were very good and came in an acceptable time frame and our entrees were ordered. We ordered more drinks which took quite a while. Some appetizer plates were cleared, but empty glasses remained. And then, we waited. After about 45 minutes or more, we were told our meals would come out next. They didn’t and no one came to ask if we wanted or needed anything. Eventually the manager explained the kitchen was backed up and it was a new menu. Four of us ordered steak, which is not a new item, and one person had shrimp. The filet mignon were delivered and so was the shrimp. The ribeye was not served. One person had subbed fries for mashed, but did not get them, and had requested additional Demi glaze which he got, for an additional $3, which was surprising. My filet had a heavy char so that the ends were tough and not edible. We had to ask about the ribeye again, which they did go back and get.
To the restaurant’s credit, the manager did apologize and adjusted our bill, which was greatly appreciated. Truthfully, we were extremely patient and did not complain, which we could have. Three members of our party have worked in the industry for many years and recognize that sometimes things don’t run smoothly. I hope this was just a glitch during their reopening and our next visit will be better.

Food was average if not poor! I’ve been there two times before “renovations” with not great experiences and decided I’d give it another try. I don’t mind paying steakhouse prices if the steaks are good In this case it was another bad experience. Sorry Harleys….. I tried.
Reopen 6 days in. Waiter was terrible, kept leaving area, never checking, had to wait forever for drinks. Said he was going to get his pad to finally take our order, came back no pad takes orders, then comes back to ask what we ordered. It was really bad situation. Mid way informed waiter had "family emergency"1 bartender was also new. Turned our table over to bartender said next round of drinks on the house. Food was good. Service all around was terrible, Some guy lurking around said he was the restaurant new manager. Bill arrived second round of drinks on bill had to ask for it to be removed. They don't need a "lurking manager" . The young man who helped us out I believe is owners son. He would be just fine as the manager, always was. STOP trying to make things more hip! Go back to great service, good experienced bartenders and good management. Two previous times had trouble there before renovation. Three times a charm? Not sure, probably would give it another try. One of few bars/restaurants in town that doesn't have drunk, loud customers of a certain age. Used to love Harleys. Renovations look good but stick to what you know, stop trying to be so different you will loose your previous customer base. New guys are a dime a dozen. One more thing, perhaps Harleys reopened too soon, before they had their staff in place and kinks worked out
Food took about an hour an 45 minutes to come out. Manager was unapologetic and rude and told us better late then never!!!!
Went to Harleys the day after their grand opening and the food and service were horrible. It took over an hour to get our dinner and once received it was cold and overcooked. I ordered the Lil’ Gem Caesar Salad with Steak and the steak was very over cooked… burnt. It resembled beef jerky and was inedible. I’m not sure what is new and improved about this restaurant as I’ve eaten there previously, but it definitely wasn’t customer service. After taking our order, our waitress did not check in on our table or offer any drink refills. Needs more improvement. I will not be eating there again.
The restaurant is beautiful. Perhaps it was because it was the first night they were open after their renovation, but no one seemed to know what they were doing. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our drink orders and it took about 15 minutes to get them. The martinis were served in low ball glasses and the waitress had no ida what I was talking about when I made reference to the glasses. The drink itself was very good though.
Once the drinks were served she took our order. The appetizers came out fairly quickly and were good. After we were done with appetizers it took nearly an hour for our main courses to come out. They did not all come out together either. There was about a 10 minute time difference between the first entree that was brought out to the fourth entree. The Branzino and the scallops were good, but the chicken cordon blue was very dry and the chicken tacos were flavorless.
Nice place but they need to get their act together.
Harley’s is one of our favorite restaurants. Would’ve given it 5 stars for the food except they took our very favorite app off the menu - theSpicy Tuna Nachos. PLEASE… bring it back!!!

Last day before closing for renovation. Not all food on the menu was available.
My meal was terrible as was my wife's. If they do not improve when they reopen don't waste your money. 7$ for a non alcoholic beer. Give me a break.
Waitress disappeared for too long at a time. But it was busy so we didn’t get mad. The fish wasn’t cooked correctly or even the right meal ordered.
Delicious meal and attentive service! Beets & brussel sprout salad was so good, as was the salmon entree. Thoroughly enjoyed!

We’ve been to Harley’s many times but this time it was very disappointing. The restaurant was fairly empty yet our drinks took a long time. Maybe they were short staffed??
Two of us ordered the blackened salmon… the topping on both were burned and pretty tasteless. Another friend order a salad w grilled chicken which was very salty. The risotto in another dish was very undercooked. I will think twice about coming back. There are other restaurants to try.
So wish I could give a 5 star review. However, I cannot. We received a very warm welcome, our server was outstanding. Our cocktails were spot on. The Burrata and Octopus appetizers were delicious. My Branzino entrée was fresh and prepared simply. Unfortunately my husband's entrée, Porkchop Milanese was not what he expected. It was so dry he couldn't eat it. Truthfully, we should have sent it back. We were enjoying ourselves celebrating our special anniversary and didn't want to spoil our evening. It's a shame that it put a damper on the meal. and the experience. We had hoped this would become one of our go to places, a place we could bring friends from out of town. Definitely have to rethink, reconsider and cautiously recommend.

My only complaint is that they need to do something about how slippery the floor gets when it’s wet coming in when it’s raining. My wife actually took a nasty fall in front of the hostess station. Had to be helped up, probably should have given her information, but was embarrassed.

Overpriced. Oysters weren’t shucked well. Tuna salad looked like tuna was on bed of bagged iceberg lettuce for $30. Ordered a dirty martini which was good.
Waitress and staff attentive. Just wish food was better.
Porterhouse, ordered medium rare, came out medium in some spots, well done in others. Bearnaise sauce was watery and flavorless. Crispy calamari were soggy. Not a high end steak house.
Never fails or disappoints. Top notch quality at a local spot. We love it.

Good food and good service. It’s a steakhouse with USDA Prime steaks. So, the price is not going to be a bargain. However, it’s a fair price for an excellent meal. Go, you will like it.
Food was great! Everyone enjoyed their meals. Porterhouse for 2 special was excellent. The short rib, stuffed chicken and pasta was also delicious!

Excellent food and service. The drink menu was fun and interesting - try the muddled watermelon margarita with a fresh slice for the garnish! I had a soft shell crab which was a special and it was incredible. My husband had the pork chop and said it was fantastic. Waiter was incredibly engaging and made our visit pleasant!
Six of us came for dinner. Each had something different. Everything was delicious with a nice presentation. Service was excellent!

It was a quiet evening at Harley’s, which was great. Mitch was our waiter and he was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been nicer or more personable. Everything from the salads, to the porterhouse for two, the Mediterranean Salmon and the Harley Burger were plentiful & delicious. Lovely evening!
We love it there! It's my favorite place on main Street. I would highly recommend. The menu has something for everyone.

Great great food!!! One of my favorite places to eat. Waiter was nice and friendly but had some difficulties with our order and serving. He seemed a little nervous and maybe he was new. He put in the incorrect food order which caused us to wait longer for our dinner and when he was serving our plates he had a little mishap. The waiter did feel bad and the manager came over. They gave us complimentary coffee and dessert which was nice. I love Harleys!!! The atmosphere and food is fantastic!!!

Food and service was good, the place is very loud during the weekend. Could barely have a normal conversation with the music blasting. Thought this was odd for an upscale grill. Otherwise it was good. My husband and I where happy with our meals but the music could be a little lower so you could hear the person across the table
