We went there on a double date with our adult children for a paint nite experience. I thought the food was just ok. Plenty of food choices and they had a nice oyster on the half shell appetizer. I thought my husbands steak was average as were the other food items we picked. The wine and beer selection were nice and the paint nite experience was wonderful especially as we were able to keep our wonderful waitress for both dinner and cocktails thru the paint portion. I loved the ambience of the restaurant and even though it felt like we had to wait a bit for our meal, our server was outstanding (I would have given the service 5 stars if our dinner came just a bit faster). Parking was easy and I could see having dinner or cocktails there prior to an event at the Perry's Egyptian Theater as it is directly across the street. Modern design giving it a NY loft/bar feel was nice and there were no children there the night we went which allowed us to enjoy an adult atmosphere. I'd go back for appetizers and cocktails and fun! We really did enjoy ourselves!

Greeted fairly promptly but service went downhill after receiving our drinks & placing our order. Food came out lukewarm. Was suppose to be SMOKED prime rib but did not have much flavor to it at all. Waiter seemed to have the whole room to wait on. Asked if bread came w/ dinner & was told he'd bring it right out. Needless to say we didn't get it but we asked the waterboy & he did bring us some. One person in our party ordered a second cocktail & never got it. We wanted a dessert as one person had a birthday. The dessert that was on their website wasn't even offered. When we asked about it, we were told they only had a cheesecake, brownie or creme brulee. Big disappointment with the whole experience especially at the prices they are charging. We've had a couple good experiences here before but definitely not this time. May not ever go back. Waiter primarily ignored us & didn't seemed to care if we had a positive experience or not.

This place is good. Not exceptional. My burger was a bit dry but good. The restaurant has that "old building" smell. Some might like that. I'm not running back soon but I would give it another try sometime.

We were heading South for the winter and wanted a sit down nice dinner. We decided to try this place based on Trip Advisor reviews. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and had a table for dinner. Consistent with other reviews we found the atmosphere pleasant, service was fine. We both ordered prime rib, medium rare. What we got was rare but we ate part of it and took the rest with us. The chef needs to be calibrated on the different levels of doneness. We observed another person send her prime rib back to the kitchen. It was a nice evening after an 11 hr drive.

Harley and Buck's is a hidden gem in Ogden. With quaint industrial ambiance and live music, it was a fun find in Downtown Ogden. Oysters were advertised, but when we asked the server for a recommendation she said they were not good due to current conditions. The salmon special was fabulous, however.

My husband ordered his Kona Ribeye "medium ". It actually was on the rare side of "medium rare ". However, he refused to call this to the attention of our server nor our darling Hostess, who inquired about how our dinners were..several times. Since my husband didn't give the restaurant the opportunity to make good the error, I have to go 5 stars in service. However, the chef needs to do better at steak temps. My steak was fine.
