   The BBQ is delicious. We tried several items and loved them all: brisket cheese fries, loaded nachos, wings, pork ribs, brisket sandwich, pulled pork, all were great. The service was friendly and helpful, the cocktail list has something for everyone. We loved the TV’s since we’re sports fans. We’ll be back!

   Been here a few times and it’s always been a good experience. It’s in a part of town that doesn’t get too much traffic so the place itself is not too pack. I think just the right amount of patrons where you can actually get seats and chill. Food is good, the bbq is smokey and abundant is quantity. The workers are very friendly and service is very quick. Definitely would recommend for groups of people to grab drinks and eat.

   BBQ seems to be more of a Carolina vinegary style, while I prefer a more midwestern, style. Food was probably the best Carolina style I've had. Restaurant is a sports bar and staff were extremely friendly despite being very busy.

   We are regulars for weeknight dinners here. Great brisket and sides. Generous portions. A Hawaiian style grilled chicken plate dinner that’s fantastic! Very reasonable bar. And fun, easy-going service people. We sit outside as we bring the dogs. No heaters though. Small inconvenience considering the great food and prices.

    We chose to go here because of the menu linked on OpenTable. Was very disappointed to show up and the menu is 100% different and had nothing I could eat. Very disappointed.

    Went for last minute dinner with husband, had never been there but curious as good BBQ is rare in the city. We were not disappointed. The smoked brisket and grilled Hawaiian chicken were superb. The Mac salad side, potato salad and even the Cole slaw, all delish sides. But that brisket…just the right amount of peppery salty bark and fat.

    The staff could not have been more accommodating as it was a chilly night and we are still more comfortable eating outside. They were quick to clean and set plug in lights in their covered outdoor area as it was a cold Monday night. The brisket and pulled pork was amazing as well as the sides. We did a combo for our group and added some sides. Plus, the hand pies for dessert were the perfect finish. Thank you

    Bc of COVID, windows were open, making it a little chilly during the meal but understood why. Would like the chicken wings with a little more spice and salt for an extra kick. Would also like the ranch dip with more kick or else have a blue cheese dip. Otherwise it was overall delicious.

    The staff were welcoming, but the food isn't great. The brisket was fatty, and I didn't like the BBQ sauce. The worst part was that the food came out warm, not hot. Also the portion sizes for the sides aren't equal. The side salad was also soggy. The best part of this peace is the staff.

    It was good going with 2 couples, and because we were practically the only people there, it was quiet and we could converse without raising our voices. However, the food was not good, especially the brisket chili.

    We had a reservation and arrived to no available tables, the place packed wall to wall, and waited for 20 minutes without being able to talk to a single employee before we gave up and decided to leave.

    The pulled pork and brisket were really good, the pork ribs was the star of the show. The chicken was dry but had a nice crispy skin. Really would have liked some cornbread, didn't see any on the menu.

    Brisket was melt in your mouth delish with a slight sweetness in the crust. St Louis ribs had the right chew and were almost “fall off the bone”. Mac salad was our best side dish. Price was prohibitive for frequent visits, however. Metal stools weren’t very comfy. Overall the food was the star here.

    I love this place! We had a full slab of ribs with sides of the mac salad and cole slaw. My friend had $5. margaritas, Tuesday night special, and I had a paper plane coctail. Everything was outstanding. I loved the guy behind the bar who served us! I'm not an expert on barbeque .... I just know what I like. I can't wait to go back. The ribs were not too fatty with amazing taste. Like I said....I WILL BE BACK!!

    Read review as one of top BBQ in SF. Food was pretty good, but I was not blown away. Had better. Definitely more bar than restaurant. Cocktail I ordered sounded fancy. But was small, weak and not notable. Passable but not great.

    Great food and service. We didn't go to watch a game, so our fault if we wanted to be able to have a conversation. Had a great view of several TV's and for a Saturday it was clam.

    The food was excellent as was the service. The smoked brisket and the smoked spicy beef links were delicious. Some of the best smoked meats I have eaten. I liked the decor. The only real problem was the cold. The restaurant, in early November was cold. All patrons and even the waitstaff were wearing jackets.
