    Fantastic service! Very helpful and polite - advised us on the good places to listen and watch the concert. Nice (non-alcoholic) drinks - perhaps a greater selection could be considered. Great evening overall.

    Very nice wait staff. Food was ok, but not as good as the 15 other Hard Rocks I’ve eaten at in the world. Wings were overcooked and extremely dry. The steak salad tasted totally different than other Hard Rocks. The onion rings and burger was good. However, the shop had the coolest T-shirts I’ve ever seen in any Hard Rock. Excellent unique sugar skull designs and ones with a mermaid, the city’s mascot. I bought several. Overall a fun time.

    Hello, Upon entering the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by one of the servers who invited us inside. As we descended to the lower floor, we encountered the host, a woman with vibrant blue hair. We presented our reservation for a table for two. The atmosphere in the cafe-restaurant was calm, devoid of any rush. However, we did notice an unpleasant odor reminiscent of beer pubs. Consequently, we opted to sit outside, as the host did not guide us to our table. Unfortunately, we had to wait approximately 15 minutes before receiving the menu, which was not available in the form of a QR code. This prompted us to return inside. After an additional 5-minute wait, we decided to approach the host and request the menu ourselves. Once we perused the menu, it took another 10 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Regrettably, the server did not introduce themselves, engage in small talk, or provide any information about the Hard Rock brand, which we are familiar with due to our own worked experience in another Hard Rock cafe. Despite the service shortcomings, we were pleasantly surprised by the prompt arrival of our food, which was served in just 10 minutes. The quality of the dishes was excellent, providing a redeeming aspect to our experience. However, we cannot overlook the inconveniences we encountered, such as the delay in receiving the menu, the unfavorable smell, and the presence of dust around the tables and walls. Additionally, the manager seemed disengaged and did not make an effort to check on the customers. As individuals with professional backgrounds in the hospitality industry, particularly within Hard Rock cafes, we are familiar with the expectations and responsibilities involved. We believe it is important to provide an honest review in order to highlight areas that require improvement.

    We go there with my parents every tome I visit and always gave a great time. The atmosphere is very cool and the music just how we like it. I would definitely recommend it for guaranteed good time!

    Unbelievable low level of band performance, I have been to Hard Rock Cafe around the globe and would never imagine it is possible )) like an April joke )) poor performance of ABBA, not a very complicated music, the band did not play well at all, and the singer did not know the words and was literally reading them from iPad that she put on her knees )) . Disappointment, below basic level of a village band in a cafe in the middle of nowhere. But very funny after all though I am not sure I want this fun again )) The service was great and the food was good quality, to make it fair .

    This HRC has restored my faith in the chain. Last few visits to other restaurants have been poor but Warsaw was the complete opposite. Staff were great, friendly, helpful and really excellant all round. Food was great (that hasn’t happened for a long time) the memorabilia is some of the best I’ve seen, crammed full. Sped of food and service was outstanding. Didn’t stay to hear the live music as with my young daughter however music being played during our meal was great and the noise level was perfect. Really one of the best HRC I’ve been to. Highly recommend

    You know what to expect going to a Hard Rock. That’s why we went as that’s the kind of evening we wanted. The welcome we had was brilliant and hosts/managers were very friendly. Our server however was not, did the bare minimal. The food was gorgeous as usual.

    Food was just fine, nothing special, but waiting time wasn't too long so that's good. The venue itself is really nice, however men's bathroom floor is really sticky and one of the tworzenie cabin doors don't close. The waiter seemed a little inexperienced but was very friendly and did really mess anything up. All in all, there's room for improvement. The place is just outside the central railway station, so if you're waiting for a train, you might go. Otherwise, not my first choice for a date night out or a meet up with friends.

    Not the best first impression. We had a table reservation. After entering the premises, we stood for a good 5 minutes before anyone was interested in us. During this time, several waiters passed by, but no one even approached us. And the occupancy of the restaurant at this time I estimate at a maximum of 50%. Eventually we were shown to our seat. The waitress was nice and the order was delivered quickly. I rate the food 3/5. BBQ burger was very dry, fries not very hot. But the mango strawberry cocktail was very tasty. We also liked the decor of the place. Overall, however, I have mixed feelings.
