I've visited a few Hard Rock Cafe's and this venue should be right up there at the top - unfortunately it isn't. The location is all it has; at least that's the impression you get from the lack of acceptable service and food. The staff are typical of that who think that just be "playful" and "noisy" is all that is required of them while the booking in staff think they are doing you a favour by showing you to your table - very reminiscent of the Planet Hollywood brand. The food was very average and certainly not worth the price paid - I have eaten better take-aways in my time. Didn't bother with a desert as the starter and main were so disappointing. Verdict: Great building in lovely surroundings - but that's it! It's a shame because London and Nice are two of the best HRC's and certainly know how to treat their customers and provide great food; the message just needs to make it's way here.

Der Service und das Essen waren absolut in Ordnung. Die Preise für Venedig waren ebenfalls okay. Was ich sehr schade fand, dass der Geburtstag nicht erwähnt wurde. Nur, ein kurzes "Herzlichen Glückwunsch" auf der Treppe. Andere haben einen Eisbecher bekommen. War schon enttäuscht.

Visited on our last night in Venice! Couldn’t fault the staff as they were all so welcoming and enthusiastic when greeting and speaking to us. Our server was Daniela and she was absolutely lovely ! She was very sweet and great to talk to when ordering. The atmosphere in the building is a great one and the team make you feel very welcome and settled. Will be going back again!

All'hard rock c'è sempre una super atmosfera, il personale è cordiale e gentile (ringrazio Giancarlo soprattutto che ci ha serviti), si mangia beve, si ascolta ottima musica, il tutto nella cornice di una città meravigliosa come Venezia.
