Food was good, server lost interest in us pretty quickly and was surprised when we asked for a dessert. The two ladies at the door were delightful and dealt with the stress of a massive school group coming in very well. So noise level was loud but would go again when quieter.

We always visit Hard Rock Cafe’s wherever we go and unfortunately this was by far the worst one. Food was inedible, even the waiter did not hesitate removing the meal from our bill. Chicken burger was partially raw and had been smothered in a hideous raw batter. The waiter did apologise for this and he looked very embarrassed when he took the plate away. Offered us an alternative but at this point I was not keen to eat anything else. Very disappointing to have to leave a negative review but this really was not a good experience.

Reservierung hat super geklappt, Empfang war sehr freundlich und bemüht, Atmosphäre außergewöhnlich. Nicht zu voll, Personal war sehr nett. Essen super. Und ich war extrem überrascht, ich kenne sowas nicht, aber plötzlich kamen alle Kellner mit Kerze und Dessert und das gesamte Lokal hat Happy Birthday gesungen. Außergewöhnlich nett war das. Die Menschen waren wirklich sehr freundlich. Herzlichen Dank an das Hardrock Team für diese herzliche Überraschung.

We specifically went for the Thanksgiving meal. Thankfully, we ordered 2 plates instead of 3 because a plate of sliced turkey with gravy, 2 stuffing balls with cranberry sauce, sweet potato puree, and a side of carrots & Brussels sprouts was almost 20 euros but the only thing I liked was the sweet potato. Turkey and stuffing balls were extremely dried. Glad that we ordered shrimp and burger appetizers.

Visiting a Hard Rock Cafe have become a bit of tradition on our European city breaks (Barcelona, London). We arrived 10 minutes before our booking time and was welcomed by the staff. We was escorted to a good table for two on the mezzanine with a decent view of the canal below. We started with the ‘signature’ hurricane cocktail which were both fine. For starters, we decided on the share nachos with extra guacamole. While portion size was good, the actual flavours were completely underwhelming. Nachos were soggy and tasted almost stale. Between the two of us we ate about 10%. Our server noticed this and asked if everything was okay? Our response was that we did not like the dish. A look of ‘that’s a shame’ was given and no further action was taken. For the main meal I ordered the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and my partner the grilled chicken burger, both with fries. Firstly the beef burger was sold with ‘crispy’ onions on top, unfortunately these were not particularly crispy and certainly not fresh. The burger itself was bland & was not at all seasoned. My fries were very salty, strangely my partners were not. The chicken burger, again was bland and rather plain. The venue was typically decorated in hard rock uniform with some interesting film and music memorabilia. We would not recommend the Venice HRC due to the poor quality of food and mediocre service.

Another visit to a HRC in a different city. Always lovely and food is standard fare, but satisfying. The Apple Cobble was delicious and put a warm feeling in the tummy on a cool night. Customer service was fabulous and will visit again on next trip to Venice.

We've already been in Hard Rock cafè in the past and it was a great experience. This time we've gone for classics (nachos, Cheeseburgers and so on), but meat was incredibly poor in quality and taste. I hope this time we just had bad luck... On the other hand, the venue is in a great place and position in the Venice heart and is worth the visit

Amazing service. We arrived for a pre theatre birthday meal. The staff were attentive and very caring. It was my son's 18th birthday and the waiters all sang happy birthday and gave him a birthday cake Sunday. Fab!
