I had lunch a few months ago with my grand daughter and was very pleased, because she found the place « fantastic ». I have decided to come back with her brothers who looked forward to sharing this experience. Unfortunatly this time was a big disappointment: atmosphere, limited choice on the menu, quality and presentation of food. I will not visit your restaurant in a next future.
the people at the reception were very nice but not our waiter. Food was okay but not the best we ate in a Hardrock Cafe

Service was really good, they have a lot of options what was not mentioned on the menu for example ranche sauce and mac and cheese.
We found hair in the lettuce that was in the Burger and it took about one hour to remake the burger !

If you only want to go for the food you'll probably find it a bit expensive, but if you also want to enjoy the experience of rock music playing in a very stylish place you'll have your money's worth.
Very professional staff and really good organization. The burgers are very tasty and the cocktails are also very enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys this time of scenarios and atmosphere.

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mio marito e ci siamo trovati bene, Vittoria è stata gentilissima. Il cibo ottimo, anche se il menu è stato un po ridotto rispetto all’ultima volta. L’unica pecca è che sulla pagina di facebook c’era scritto che fino al 31 Agosto i bambini mangiano gratis, (kids meal) ma noi non abbiamo usufruito di questa offerta e non siamo stati informati.

I would have recommended the Hard Rock Cafe Rome years ago, wouldn't really do it now. The Menu was shrunk drastically and many classic options were missing.
Service though was incredibly nice.

Due to Covid and the multiple Restaurant mandatory worldwide closure we had to reduce the menu so that we could offer fresh products and great execution.
