Hard Rock Cafe - Northfield

Love the new smokehouse menu. The smoked turkey club was great and such a large portion. They also offer a larger pour of wine, which is a great idea.

We were getting together before the SNL Veterans of Comedy. We enjoy the Cowboy Ribeye when we’re there. I was really happy because for the 1st time, I didn’t have to send it back because it was extra, extra rare - both the chef AND our server listened!! I tipped accordingly. 😉.

Open air space, not much memorabilia, but easily accessible from the casino floor. Also, no children are allowed in this restaurant.

Overall the food was really good! My complaint would be it wasn’t busy and the drinks took forever, the appetizer took forever, and the main meal took a long time too! I would hate to see if it was crowded. Do not go there hungry.

The casino was very, very crowded and the Hard Rock Cafe is in the middle of it and therefore a loud dining experience (but to be expected). Our server, Linda (I think) did a very good job of taking care of our party of seven. She was helpful with the menu items for a vegetarian patron.
As busy as it was, we expected to wait much longer than we did.
We would go back.

This was one of the worst dinners we have ever experienced. We will never be back.

Unfortunately our reservation never arrived to Hard Rock, put in spite of that, they were able to seat us within 15 minutes. Having visited them before, we knew the food and service would be great which it was and the manager was extremely helpful.

The ribs were absolutely excellent, the drinks were perfect and the other dishes were very good.

Staff very friendly and efficient. I was on crutches, so they put us at a table so I did not have to go to the other end of the restaurant and up the stairs. Great Food.

The nachos with steak and guacamole is amazing! The atmosphere is fun and energetic. Recommend for a fun night out.

Crappy food; Never again will I waste my time on this or any other affiliate.

The Abe LaMarca Band was the entertainment. Excellent. We had a great time.

Excellent food and service. Only negative: Made reservation day or 2 ahead of concert show. Turns out that although online they were so booked up that we had to take a 3:45 reservation for 4, the restaurant was only 3/4 full the whole time we dined...made the trip and time in the casino about 2 hours too many.

Great food and service. The video screens playing rock songs. Very comfortable.

Great burgers and quick service ! Lots of tvs around to catch the games , good music level and no wait time with two concerts going on being able to make a reservation was a great option.

The music is annoyingly loud. While our waitress was great, it seemed to take a while for the food to arrive; overall quality of food was simply average. There were very few people eating inside the cafe; most patrons were in main bar area which was extremely loud.

Server was very friendly and charming. But she was coming by for our plates quite frequently while we were still eating. It was all very very rushed. The food was mediocre. I had a burger with a grilled portobello mushroom on top. The mushroom was so burnt and black that the top was actually flaking off black. The workers were pleasant but the food was highly overpriced for its quality. Was also really pushing liquor.

Never a problem getting seated. Always a great time there service is great. Food is excellent.

Good food, great hamburgers. Fun place, great location.

Our burgers were pretty good. The fries were so over-seasoned that for the first time in my life I used a napkin to wipe each one individually before I ate it. They were good after all that stuff was off. I ordered a mixed berry margarita and it tasted like an ashtray. It was awful. The server asked about taking it away and I told her three times I would keep it since she insisted if they made me another drink with just tequila and berries/syrup it would taste the same. She took the drink away anyway! If someone tells you repeatedly they want to keep something you should not take it away from them! The girl who brought our food to the table was so concerned with arguing with another girl about how she didn't have enough tables - which went on for a couple of minutes - that she was annoyed with my husband when he asked for something else we were waiting for which was supposed to be delivered with the food. Overall it was not an experience we would want to repeat. Great burger, but everything else made it not worth it at.

Also, they didn't have the dessert we wanted to order. It was on the table menu, but was apparently no longer really on the menu. The server remedied that immediately when she realized it.

Excellent service. Food was good except for the dessert. We ordered a brownie w/ice cream which was good until the bottom of the bowl, which for some reason tasted like someone had put some liquid smoke in it. Nasty surprise to punish us for eating junk food? It ruined the entire meal.

The waitress was awesome. She was pleasant, friendly and not overly bothersome. Food was great and drinks were good. Would absolutely recommend and have recommended to friends already. Will definitely return.

Menu item was not what expected, special ordered an appetizer, manager tried to adjust but still fell way short and over priced for what we ended up with. Ordered 1 appetizer and a large salad to split and took much too long for the order to be cooked.
We been here before and had a much better experience before this one.

Had the filets and they were very good and a good price .

Our reservation was at 4:15. We sat for about 10 min before even placing our drink and food order. We didn’t get our appetizer until close to 5pm and the tenders were cold but crispy. After only eating 2 tenders our entree came. This restaurant is very short staffed and waiters and waitress are overwhelmed with the amount of tables at one time so service was rushed. Had to call our waitress over two times to get our pop refilled and waited a long time before getting the refill. Management should take this seriously because happy make happy servers

The food was good. The music was VERY loud, TOO loud, and our table was in an area where it was extremely hot.

Service was horrible. Food was not hot or even warm. We received the dinner before the appetizer so took back our food back to warmer while we ate the appetizer. I will never eat there again or recommend it to anyone else. Friends don’t let their friends eat at the Hard Rock Cafe. Felt severely let down and disappointed.

The food was good the one disappointment was we wanted to try the new cauliflower burger and they were out of it so that was a bit of a bummer but we got the veggie leggie instead and that was good as always

We made a reservation ahead of time for our group of 15 people. Upon arriving at the restaurant there were not many people dining, but our food took close to an hour to come to the table. Several diners also had hard rock gift cards that we were told could not be used there, which caused chaos when the bill came. The food was good, but we spent over two hours in the restaurant, most of the time spent waiting for our food, which made the whole experience overall not so enjoyable.

Best pot roast ever. And the chicken fajitas are splendid.
