Went out for husband birthday. Service was not usual standard. Quite slow/ long to be served. Restaurant half busy. Food came out inconsistently- first kids, then 1 adult, then 10 minutes later 2 more adults. It was hard to get waiters attention for more drinks. Waiter was very polite. 2 burgers were incredibly over cooked, waiter offered a new set but everyone else had finished by then. We went elsewhere for a birthday pudding.

Mr. Waiter lied about things we could not order. But others could and did. Fries was from «yeasterday» and the waiter did not come once and ask if everything was ok. The food was ok minus. We have got better food at every other restaurants in Nice.

Cool place, cool merch and cool music. But prices are clearly high..and by the way, my girlfriend was a bit disappointed by the cooking of her steak (which was rare and not well cooked as she asked for)... Waiters and waitresses was kind...

The table(upper level/sea view & sunset)that the manager had suggested/ authorised a member of staff to book for us that same afternoon had been allocated to someone else. No apology whatsoever given. Came away without eating and extremely disappointed. Wherever we are in the world, we always visit the Hard Rock cafe and have always previously enjoyed the experience and left with memorabilia to take home. Sadly not on this occasion.

Made a reservation for 6 PM though the place was nearly empty when I arrived. Ordered a plate of 3 hamburgers (called sliders) and a mojito. Mojito was adequate. Burgers were horrible. Meat and onion rings were cold, room temperature at best. Could have been cooked 3 days ago then assembled, Bun very dry. The idea seemed to be to make you have to drink more. Saved a complete burger for the manager and presented it. He took the food off the bill and I paid for 2 mojitos. Then I realized that I was charged 14 Euros per drink instead of the 4-7 PM happy hour price of 6 Euros. The bill was already paid so the manager then refunded me with cash for the 28 Euros. I have seen this before where some European restaurants keep two menus with one set of prices for locals and another with steep prices for tourists. Could be the origin of the term 'tourist trap.'

We had a great time at Hard Rock Cafe. There was live music when we arrived. The food was awesome. We ordered veggie burgers and fries. The waiter was attentive and amusing. The prices were average considering how much food we got (a big bigger and fries). I will definitely return.

Overall great. But we were put on a table with a bench chair which was broken and is like sitting on the floor. My father in law refused to sit there. We were moved thankfully. The benches need to be replaced they were broken last year too. Service was ok but telling the table to enjoy they're meal when still waiting one a meal and side orders bit odd. Bit more attention needed. Didn't want a another drink just as well as wasn't even asked if we wanted one. Again just a bit more attention needed

Insanely fat, oversalted and overpriced. I went there so that you don’t have to. Mediocre food with a ridiculous price tag. The value/money ratio is very poor. The overall experience is similar to that of McDonald’s, only worse. There’s no ambience in the room, the burgers are really tiny for their price and the hip hop/pop music (why call it Hard Rock?) is so loud, it’s nearly impossible to have a conversation. Plus, it’s more expensive than most restaurants in the area. Best thing about it? The service. The staff is really great and kind. Still, not coming back.
