This was a poor experience from beginning to end. Food came. Kids pizza was DRIPPING with sauce. Took several minutes to get my server, had to ask another employee to find her for me. Pizza was taken back and replaced with a cheeseburger which then came with the incorrect side. We didn’t bother to send it back a second time. Wife and I shared fajitas. At first all was well except 90% of topping was onion. We ate several pieces of the chicken - only to notice it was still pink. Overall awful experience. We have been to many hard rock over the world and unsure if we will ever return.

Had a great meal- tons of food, was awesome to be able to make a reservation for 9 people (3 little ones) didn’t need to wait forever and try to occupy little ones ! Kinda loud inside so kids didn’t need to be quiet ! Server (Ed) was great ! Thanks Niagara Falls Ontario - we’ll be back!

The food is extremely overpriced for what you get. Fries had a terrible taste, the fish and chips gives you only one piece of fish , the burgers and presentation for food is mediocre , drinks including espresso martinis and Cesar’s looked bad . Also servers came and went past us and never decided to clear our dirty plates. Our waitress was nice however she admitted and apologized for being so absent with us . Long wait times would have been forgiven if the food and service was better.

Nice place and a nice server. The Food was good, but way too expensive. I know that is Niagara Falls, but the Prices are ridiculous…

Food was terrible. Specifically asked about the chicken tenders with the waitress and was told fresh chicken battered in house. False!!! These looked to be frozen tenders you deep fry like you buy at the grocery store 4 tenders for 33.00. Get serious. Highway robbery

Old and tired place, food was ok but we have bad much better at other HRC all over the world. This one was a disappointment. Staff in the shop was rude too.

We were with friends and a group. We were very pleased. Fast and very tasty! I want to highlight our waitress Suzie. She is super!!!!!

I think my biggest complaint is the cost of the food compared to other Hard Rocks I have been to. The service was great. No views. All interior with no windows. Quiet, cool place to grab a bite to eat. Food was okay.

I gave one star because zero was not an option. We sat down at 7:15 and were ignored for the first 10 minutes. We didn’t even have drinks until 30 minutes in and everyone around us that came after us had already received food before we got drinks. My wife had to go to the bar to even get our drinks. Food came burnt and disgusting. One side of chicken completely burnt and served upside down to hide it. Would NOT. Recommend. Maybe because we were Americans?
