The receptionist was very welcoming and has a positive energy, but the seat we were placed to is a small table at the corner of the restaurant even though there are more empty tables that has more space. For the server, we didnt get her name because she wasnt wearing her name plate. The moment she gave the menu she gave us a "look" and then when we ordered one meal for two to share, she gave us a look again and was rude to us. The meal we ordered was a big portion that two people can't even finish, we are not western by the way. For the whole experience the server was rude and always giving us a "look" like we dont belong there. When we asked to remove the Local Fee as we are residents of Ontario as well, she asked for an ID and my partner gave her OHIP and said its not valid, so I gave my Driver's License and she said that she will check to her manager if they will accept it or not. She came back and told us that the manager doesnt wanna do it, and for tipping we gave a minimum as we were not happy dinning with them. Me and my gf works in the same industry "service industry" and we expect to be treated like everyone else in that room that night. But we felt different. It was the worst experience for a first time.

Food was great !!! Small portions for an absolutely ridiculously high price. Servers should have to write orders down, especially groups bigger than 3, a few minor mistakes were made that could have been avoided.

The pricing is high, very high. Though good was good it hard to feel good about the experience with the cost.

It was very busy and very noisy with several large groups. We were in a side room separate from the main area, but it was still very loud. Service was slow, and some things when they came out were cold but took so long to get that we didn't send them back. They got one order wrong and brought fries instead of mash offered to change it, but we waited long already we just ate. I've visited several Hard Rock Cafés and this is by far the worst.

Typical busy Niagara Falls restaurant with not enough staff, over priced, below average food for the price. It is a tough time of year as they are exiting their dead season.

Our server was amazing, he checked on us often. The food was 50/50. My food was a little cold, likely waiting for the meals with meat to cook. The margarita tasted like it was made with a premix and not an actual margarita.
