   We booked and paid for bottomless brunch. We travelled a long way to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant closed down the day before but we did not get any notification.

   Was closed when we arrived. We found out later that administrators had been called and it was closed that day. Feel sorry for the staff who have lost their jobs

   Great food and atmosphere, as ever. Good choice of beer. Can't fault anything. Morgan our server was fantastic.

   Das Essen und der Service waren super - auch das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis…. Dieses HRC hat bei uns das Pech, dass wir bereits in ca. 40 anderen waren und da kann ich bei 4,5 Gitarren in einem riesigen Raum mit 4 m hohen Wänden leider nur 3 Sterne für Ambiente geben… außerdem liegt es sehr versteckt und nicht wie die Meisten central…. Sonst war es ein schöner Abend 👍

   Had a great experience, service was amazing. Our waitress was helpful and looked after us, making sure we never had an empty glass. Also would recommend hard rock for the pre gig dining 20% discount. Will definitely be returning next time we're in Newcastle.

   Great service and food. There was no pins or magnets so a little disappointing that we couldn’t add to our collection

   Went for the bottomless brunch. Wasn't informed that there was a weekend surcharge. Paid that then £10 for cocktails to be included. Wait time between drinks was long even when the server offered to take the following drinks order when she brought our first drinks. Food was OK, did arrive quickly. Drinks when they did arrive were nice but slow service let it down
