Our experience was horrible. They didn’t have many things listed on the menu so choices were slim and then management did very little in effort to make things right. I was not happy nor will I ever go back.

Nice location if your tired of resort food everyday. This place is extremely dead in the evenings. I’m not complaining it’s open seating and a good meal, without the wait. Very kind and friendly staff. Great food! Apple Cobbler dessert is a must

I made reservations and could not get in. The cafe should had mention the party no one at the door knew they was having. $40 in taxi to be told $100 to enter the party. I was very upset.

das HRC liegt einfach wunderschön und ist insgesamt eine tolle Anlage mit Strandzugang (extra zahlbar), Pool und Loungebereich, von der Außenterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang Das Essen ist sehr lecker, typisch HRC eben, der Service ist ok (dauert lange, falsch gebrachtes Getränk findet sich auf der Rechnung und wird nur mit seehehr viel Zeit ersetzt, Pommes und Mayo gehen beim Servieren auf den Boden, direkt neben unsere Taschen :o und alles wird sehr gemütlich entfernt), aber in der superschönen Anlage schaut man darüber sicherlich mit viel Wohlwollen hinweg

My hardrock experience was great my server Joannie was awesome I've eaten out at multiple restaurants and I must commend her great customer service and that is what made my overall experience great 😊

Customer Service was fairly good. Enjoyed the Stew Soup, though a bit too expensive! My server, Shana-Ka gave off a satisfactory performance.
